JJ Vance and his team were fantastic!! We were pretty nervous about tackling a large project like out primary bedroom and bath, but JJ and the guys didn’t miss a day and made the whole thing a breeze! Highly recommend and will use them on the next project!

I learned of Vance Construction because our neighbors used them and had great experience. JJ Vance and crew proved to be excellent choice for our bath remodel too. Very timely each day, clean w workspace, quality work, polite crew members, concise and responsive communication every time there was a need.JJ always considerate of my budget and worked within it. Highly recommend Vance Construction for home remodel and I learned they do commercial work too.

They did an awesome professional job , far exceeding my expectations. We had them remove an existing kitchen peninsula and reconfigure into an island. They did the move, all the trim, etc. It looks like it was there all along. Very professional, punctual, and most importantly did a great job! Would absolutely use again if needed!

We have hired Vance’s Remodeling for multiple projects over the past few years. I can’t say that about many contractors! They completed a renovation project which involved a pretty big layout change and greatly improved to flow of the home. They also helped us update our kitchen with new cabinets and countertops and completely gutted and remodeled our master bathroom. JJ is honest, polite and reliable to work with. His team is consistent and and trustworthy. They are now my “go-to” contracting team. I have already recommend them to many friends and neighbors.

Jay has totally remodeled our master bathroom and finished our basement. He and his crew are wonderful to work with and listen to the owners desires. All of the projects he has done for us exceeded our expectations. In fact, we have him coming back tomorrow to demo and replace an aging deck with Trex. We would highly recommend Vance’s work.

JJ and his crew persevered through a primary bathroom remodel for us. It was several months of buying a vanity that did not fit with a broken countertop to a beautifully finished product. We needed to have the trim replaced on our large windows. We’re very pleased with the work JJ’s crew performed for us. Since it was a “time and materials” job it was a good value and and completed within a few hours.
