    Zach, Tyler and their team were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They painted our whole home in just over 2 days. They were easy to work with, dedicated to a quality job, and attentive to our needs and allowing us to maintain normal family functions while they were working. Asked many times if there was anything we would like to see done better, spots to be touched up, and didn’t hesitate to make every detail correct.

    We had some insurance damage done due to the hail storm in June. Our contractor used Paint it Right for our painting projects and I can honestly say these guys are awesome! They were responsive and worked with our schedule to get out here. They got us in and got everything painted beautifully and cleaned up everything after they were done. Ken was the painter who came out and he was knowledgeable, kind, and talented. He even helped answer some questions about other projects. I am so happy we got to use them because I want my kitchen and dining room painted and I will 100% be using them when that time comes.

    Zach and his team did a great job on the outside of our house! The back side was in rough shape after years of heavy morning sun exposure but they power washed, scraped and put two coats on and it looks like new. The on--site project manager had great communication with us and made sure the job was done right before they wrapped up. I would highly recommend Paint It Right!

    We hire Zach and the crew to paint our large 4,500 sq feet home. They did an excellent job. I’m very grateful that I found Zach and Paint It Right. John was our project manager and his crew was fantastic. Prices quoted by Zach were the best. They gave us the best price, and did the best work in my opinion. They were patient with us as we had to adjust our initial quote to add a third coat of Emerald paint to a few areas. The added prices were very reasonable. At the end, Zach hired cleaners to come by our house and clean everything up. We are finally enjoying our brand new house and we have to thank Zach, John, and Paint It Right crew.

    Paint It Right came out within 24 hours of calling them. I am a Realtor and needed the listing ready to hit the market in two days. Zach and his team came out and made it happen. The painted the whole home beautifully, did some drywall work, and replaced all of the door knobs and hinges. They’re now my exclusive painting company!

    Excellent communication from owner, Zach, from initial inquiry through final walk-through and payment. Ours was a small bathroom job, but one requiring a mighty hand to re-skim, prep and paint a job that wasn’t done correctly the first time. PIT was able to accommodate a specific window of time when tenants were out of town, to make it the least disruptive. Ken did an outstanding job, going the extra mile to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. All while taking on an additional last-minute project to repaint four shutters, which he fit in in-between coats in the bathroom. We highly recommend PIT and will be calling on them for any future projects.

    Hired Paint it Right to paint the interior.Ken did a wonderful job, took good care to protect everything that wasn’t being painted, and cleaned everything up when he was finished.Started with a basically all white paint scheme and when it was done we had many different colors.10/10 would hire them again.

    We moved into a house with a pretty big open loft bedroom that was previously renovated from an attic space. For whatever reason, the previous owner decided to put in wood trim on the ceiling and walls before painting, so all the wood still needed to be caulked and the walls needed to be painted around the weird trim--no small feat. We were glad to find Paint it Right who took care of this daunting project in one day and did a really nice job. The caulk looks great, not sloppy, and the new paint brightens up the room. Zach was flexible with the quote and our requests. Kevin and his team arrived promptly and while they did the project in only one day, they did it really well and with care.You do have to be flexible with scheduling as they are busy and sometimes have last minute openings for interior work with rainy days--all worth the good work they do.

    Found this company through Angis recommendation and hired them for painting inside and outside of my house. I was preparing house for sale and the guys did an outstanding job. They gave me a quote and at the end there was no change to the quote, i paid what i expected to pay and the house looked amazing. I had cathedral ceilings and some areas that are complex to paint and guys did an amazing job. They cleaned after they were done and i am one happy customer. Would definitely recommend this company.

    This antique (originally built in the 50s) plaster ceiling paint job was something that I didnt know what I could do to take care of then Zach and his team did everything perfectly. I asked my office for an extra day off accidentally considering I was almost positive his team would be at my house more because of how tough it looked. The repair was done very well because he used the correct top quality products to make things fit and look great! Im not a photographer (definitely not for ceilings) but Ive got some before and after photos you can view here. The first is my bathroom, the second is my kitchen.

    Just had our converted attic, family room, kitchen and all cupboards painted by Paint it Right. Juan, Wilder, Daril and Walty were my team and they did a phenomenal job. Communication was great and care was taken to prep everything and protect my floors and furniture. Everything looks brand new and my cupboards were sprayed and are beautiful.     Our painter, Ken, was amazing! That guy has a real motor on him. He was working in high humidity on the hottest day of the summer so far, and he went above & beyond to get the job done.     Paint it Right did a stellar job on our basement renovation. When the job started, we were just planning on taking out a 1970s dropped ceiling and painting the exposed ceiling black. But, quickly I realized Zach and his crew would be able to do the whole job for a fair price. So, we expanded the scope to include installation of a crown molding and painting the walls.From the start Zach was responsive, professional and never left me wondering what was happening next. He and his team were extremely friendly and considerate.     Zach and his crew at Paint It Right were great. Zach was able to put his proposal together based on my room measurements and pictures, and we were able to schedule the project for just a few days later. Good communication via text from him and the crew leader (confirming color and finish choices, arrival time). The guys who came out to the house brought a lot of positive energy and got the work done in less than half the time Id anticipated it would take, and without taking any shortcuts in terms of prepping or clean-up. They periodically asked me to check whether everything looked good to me, which it did: the paint job is great with crisp lines and good coverage all around. Ill definitely hire them again for future jobs.

    We hired Paint It Right to completely paint a 2nd bedroom, 2 coats, ceiling/walls/closet/trim. There was a plaster patch on the ceiling that needed a final sanding. Our other bedroom suffered a ceiling leak after it had recently been painted, so that got 2 coats also.Ken & “The Kid” were awesome. Ken had several tricks up his sleeve to guarantee a beautiful paint job. He sanded the plaster perfectly. Both men were speedy workers. This is the best paint job I have ever seen and not a drop of paint has been found on my flooring or furniture.Ken. & “The Kid” you certainly know how to “Paint It Right”.

    Had an estimate done for new garage door.. $2,500. Decided to paint the old wooden thing instead. Saw some guys painting the house in my neighborhood. Ask them to come give an estimate. So glad I did.I have basically a new garage door for a fraction of the cost. It was in pretty bad shape, so it took a lot of scraping and cleaning. The guys did a great job for a fantastic price. They were also really happy and friendly workers. Great experience overall. Going to have them come in the spring and do the whole outside of the house. Book them early as they get busy. Highly recommended.

    Paint it Right was the first company to come to evaluate the project in order to provide me with an estimate. As soon as we met Zach, we could tell he has passion for his work.     We hired Paint It Right to paint the entire interior of our house, some exterior paint, and some other small repairs. Zach, the owner came out to our house and did a walk through with us and gave us a quote on the spot. They were actually pretty booked out but they made room for our project as we are planning on selling our home due to our growing family. We had a bit of a slow start because we were being squeezed in but we expected that and are incredibly appreciative that they made time for us. Zach communicated with us every step of the way and even explained our job might go a day or two longer which was fine. Once things got rolling, it went very quickly. We had K.D. and Shelby working on the bulk of the project. They were very good communicators, very kind, hard workers, and very accommodating since my husband and I work from home with a baby and a 4-year-old. We had to be a little strategic in areas we had painted and when. There were days when we had a full team here and everyone was very polite and had a great work ethic. Zach’s wife, Taronza, jumped in a few times to communicate and organize everything. Now that the work is done, we absolutely love the results! We know whoever buys our house will love it as much as we do. We are so grateful that they were able to get us in and wrapped up in a timely fashion.In terms of cost, we felt the price was fair and maybe even lower than we expected. The work done was very good. The experience was great. We highly recommend this small business. I cannot stress enough how good the communication was and when you’re doing projects that mess up your home, you need to know what’s going on, and we really appreciated knowing the timeline and what to expect each day.

    We hired Paint it Right to paint most of the interior of our new (to us) house that is about 20 years old. After Zach and his team finished the work, it looks brand new! They did a phenomenal job patching many drywall holes and nail pops, repairing seams and other signs of wear in our ceilings and painting.We are so happy with the result. The team is communicative and the attention to detail is through the roof. Zach even insisted on painting an entire wall in my daughters room during the final walk through because he was not satisfied with how a small patch area looked. It looks perfect now and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

    We had multiple quotes, reps, and businesses come and go while we were looking for professional painting for our living room and kitchen. None of them were as good as Zach and his crew! It took weeks and weeks of searching but as soon as we found this business, we knew this was it. Besides being very personable and easy to work with, the pricing, timeline, and final product were amazing! We were thoroughly impressed with the work they did and how flawless the end product was. We have a high vaulted ceiling that was no issue for them, along with multiple colors that we wanted in a specific spot - they accommodated everything! I cant recommend Paint It Right enough. You wont find anyone better, believe me, we tried!!

    We got quotes from all over Ann Arbor and Ypsi for painting, but no one gave as detailed a quote as Zach as far as what he would do, how much he charged (he was more than fair), and he was even willing to share tips and tricks of the trade.To me that showed a level of professionalism and confidence in his work that definitely showed in the finished product as well!We have more painting to do in the future and Paint It Right is the first place were calling!

    Zach did a great job in my basement. His crew had to take down wallpaper that had probably been on the wall for 30+ years - took a LOT of effort. There was significant, also probably 30 year old, drywall damage including large holes where fluorescent lights had been taken down and new lights put in the ceiling. I cant see the evidence that there was ever any damage in my ceiling or walls, even though I know exactly where to look. New paint looks great, did a great job on the crown molding and built in bookshelves. Really nice guy, good crew, and easy to work with as I had to reschedule because of my own issues a few times. Ask for Zach and hell take great care of you!
