    What a wonderful experience! The sales consultant by the name of Craig, guided us through the process of picking out the right carpet for our needs. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the many different options.     As soon as we decided to update our bathroom, I knew right away where we were getting our flooring from. To be honest, I didnt even shop around once I got the quote.     My wife and I stopped by Ann Arbor Carpet and was helped by a very courteous and knowledgeable Tom Mitchell. He showed us a great looking carpet and gave us a very fair price. In about 1 week we received a call that our carpet was in and the installers came the next day. Eli and Sam were two of the best carpet installers I have ever seen. They were meticulous in the installation and unbelievably quick; really nice guys. I recommend Mr. MItchell and Ann Arbor Carpet to anyone who is looking for quality, from start to finish.

    We purchased carpet for our home in 2014. The carpet was purchased from one of the big box stores and it included FREE installation. Well, we got what we paid for in regards to the installation. In 4 years it was loose and rising up in several places. The carpet is still in excellent condition so we did not want to get wear spots where it was starting to lift up. Ann Arbor Carpets came out and gave us a reasonable quote so we set up an appointment to have them fix the loose spots. Their installer showed up on time and did a great job fixing someone elses poor workmanship. I would highly recommend Ann Arbor Carpets.

Doug was prompt in his initial reply, fast and professional in taking measurements, patient in helping me understand my options at the store, and thoughtful in ensuring I was satisfied with the end result. Steve was clear and professional in his installation planning. Last but not least, Bob was punctual, polite, and did a great job. He was even generous enough to help lay a small extra area of flooring I forgot about in the initial measurements at no extra cost.     We were pleasantly surprised to see our new carpet and flooring when we returned from vacation. Yes, we let them into our house while on a short trip. They are a very trustworthy lot. The salesman was great. Very knowledgeable about every product. He also had a good sense of decorating and value. They didnt just pick the most expensive style, but one that would work for us. And the installation was flawless. Very, very good job.

    We couldnt be happier with our experience with Ann Arbor Carpets. We brought in a sample of carpet from our basement and were hoping to find a close match. The fabulous staff were able to find exactly what we were hoping for. The in-house measurements/consultation was very smooth, they were able to get us on the books very quickly, and the installer was amazing (he even vacuumed when he was finished...what a nice touch). They will always have our business.

    We were very pleased with the quality and knowledge of the staff, Steve, in particular. He followed up on some very complicated forms required by our condo board regarding the safety and quality of the floor we were buying to conform with all the local requirements. Obviously, this was not his first rodeo. The installation crew led by Craig worked fast, cleaned up and did a very precise job (perfect, really) of getting our flooring on a diagonal within many adjoining rooms. We were really quite amazed at the precise measurements and their anticipation of obstacles in order for the finished job to come out perfectly. This is a quality organization, top to bottom.

    Steve helped us find a beautiful product: a vinyl/stone hybrid that looks like ceramic tile, but is more flexible for application to floors that are not perfectly level. Bob was our installer and worked very quickly to finish 3 rooms for us. It looks amazing and I was impressed with the finishing details that were supplied in the way of matching transition strips and baseboard molding. I would recommend Ann Arbor Carpet & Flooring to everyone!

    We chose Ann Arbor Flooring America because customers praised their timeliness, efficiency, and the smoothness of the whole process from beginning to end, and thats just what we received! For each of two jobs--one downstairs with luxury vinyl, one upstairs with carpeting--Craig, our excellent salesman at the main store--sent out a skilled team of two. Alvin and Jose finished the downstairs in one day rather than the expected two, and communication was clear from start to finish. Jim and Lucas, likewise, finished ahead of schedule on carpeting the upstairs, and left our place free of nails and restored to order. This company is not the cheapest option, but you DO get what you pay for with them.

    From start to finish these people are real pros. They’ve been doing this since the early 60s. This is more impressive since the flooring category can get filled with a lot of cheesy owners, by that I mean, the floor owners will saw you are bad product. You’ll have to replace in six years just so they can make a big Marco on something you’re not aware it’s cheap The installation was immaculate. If you wanna rest assured, people will come in your house and do the job right from start to finish choose these guys

Doug and Lucy to the rescue, getting additional tile in small quantities, offering to pickup at the distributor, arranging for Fed-X shipments so my tile guys could keep on schedule. They were great - easy to work with, friendly despite the hassles, flexible. Would work with them for sure again anytime!
