    Mike will be my go-to guy moving forward! He came out yesterday (1/3/24) and provided some pricing options and was very knowledgeable about what was (and was not) needed for the work I wanted/needed to be done. He came by today (1/4/24) and started/completed in timely fashion for a fair price and I no longer have to worry about my water heater connections and I can actually clean the water heater correctly now. Thanks again Mike!

    Diving into the world of water softeners and filtration systems turned out to be a fun adventure, thanks to Sally and Mike! After a sea of so-so quotes, their honest and reasonable offer was a breath of fresh air. They were quick, clear in their communication, and nailed the installation.     Hometown Plumbing was all one could expect with a quick, professional and thorough response when our water heater failed. Mike came to the house as quickly as possible ( a very short wait), provided a thorough assessment, and then followed up quickly with his quote and timing. Everything was executed as outlined the next day. He was also respectful of our home and was careful to be clean and not leave behind a mess. A real professional in my opinion. The follow up call a couple of hours after the job was done to ensure our satisfaction was also great but not surprising at this stage.We will use Hometown in the future, no hesitation on that.

    Mike and this company is just the best. My husband and I made an appointment to get a new faucet installed and were on the companys schedule for the next day. Fast, thorough and friendly service! Mike was out today and installed our new kitchen faucet, which is AWESOME! He did a great job in explaining everything, and gave us a quote before he even started. He was very nice, professional, clean and helpful. He made sure that we understood different features on the faucet (its got motion sensors) and also on the equipment underneath the sink. We have worked with Mike before, and he is always very helpful and timely. Stellar customer service along with superior work and turnaround time. Thanks again! :)

    Mike was wonderful and professional. He did the work right at the time of the estimate. He gave me great information to keep my outdoor spigot working (which he replaced) and created a water supply to my fridge quickly. He even gave me some suggestions on my water softener and shower in the basement when I asked. Super nice guy!

    Old water heater was out of warranty and although working was showing signs of age. Mike installed new, removed old which turned out to have at least a foot of scale, explained new one in about 2 hours and left the basement nice and clean. Very happy with service. He has done work for me before as well and has always explained everything and answered my questions (which are numerous).

    Mike and Sally know their business. Mike does good work and charged very fair prices for a toilet and water heater and their installation. The quality of the products and service were very good. He was friendly and made sure to cover our wood floor with runners to protect them when he worked and was able to install both the toilet and water heater in a matter of 2.5 hours. We will use him again if we have any new plumbing needs.

    Mike was great! He was able to come right away and install a new water heater and put a new gas line in. His pricing was way better than other companies. He got everything done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely hire again.

    Salli & Mike run a smooth operation and the work was exactly as I expected from a professional. My water heater was 19 years old, leaking, and needed to be replaced. I called just after 7am and I had a new water heater installed by noon. Mike showed up when he said he would, updated me on the progress, and everything was completed on time. I highly recommend and will use them again when I have any plumbing needs in the future.

    Michael has been to our house a number of times and does a great job explaining whats wrong, how he can fix it and any other options that are available. He also answers all of my questions and advises us about future work. He keeps us informed of his schedule and calls before he arrives. His wife answers the business line for appointments and she is super friendly and easy to work with.

    We had a great experience. Having no hot water with two small children is not easy. Hometown Plumbing worked us into the schedule to get to our house quickly and replace our water heater within a day and it was sincerely appreciated. Great service and will certainly call again if we ever need to.

    We had a back up in our tub...seriously, its like the bath tub drain vomited. It smelled and was absolutely disgusting. My husband I shop vaced the grossness out but we couldnt reach the clog. We called Hometown, we were told we just needed someone to come out and clean out the pipe. They called us within 15 minutes and had someone out before 5pm same day. The scheduler said she didnt have anything until after 5pm. We could pay a bit more or we could wait until the next day. With the snow storm coming we decided to pay the extra but they were able to have someone come before 5pm. Great service. I would recommend Hometown. Also, I asked prices before they came and they were more than happy to tell me and what it cost per hour and Doug answered my questions. He was professional and helpful. ( Context matters:I was completely grossed out asking my question and gagging at the same time.) He totally didnt judge me.

    Michael completed two jobs for us this fall: a shut-off valve emergency and then an update to the laundry room. The valves were quickly replaced the SAME DAY.     What a God-send! Our kitchen sink has not been draining for a couple of days. I finally called a plumber, and thankfully I found them online. Several companies said theyre booked and today is one of the snowiest day so far this month, but Trevor showed up.He got stuck on our driveway (thats how bad it is) but he got through it.I know he was frustrated with the getting-stuck ordeal but he was still very nice and polite and fixed the sink right away!I would definitely recommend!
