With all the rain we’ve had, our sump pump stopped working, and we called Ryan (we’ve worked with him in the past and his work is excellent). He was able to fit us into his schedule on short notice, came out and replaced our 15-plus-year-old sump pump and saved us from a very wet basement. Ryan is honest, fair, dependable, and a really nice person; we will definitely keep using his services. If you are needing plumbing services give him a call, we highly recommend!

Ryan did a great job on replacing the pipe for our tub spout and installing a new one. Super fast response and turn-around time, discussed the issue over text messages with photos, and Ryan was able to provide me the quote and stuck to the price. He arrived on time and was very nice to me and my family. I highly recommend and will certainly give Citywide Plumbing a call for any plumbing issues that may come up in the future.

I noticed I had a leak under my sink. Turns out my garbage disposal was shot and leaking. Ryan was quick to work me into his schedule today. He also saw that my faucet had started to leak as well. He was able to replace them both and was very knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. I highly recommend Ryan. I will use him again in the future. Good value too. Thank you Ryan!

Had Ryan from Citywide out to the house today to replace/upgrade our water heater and must say it was a great experience from start to finish.Ryan arrived on time ready to work and seamlessly coordinated the delivery of water heater.I greatly appreciated that tarps were laid out to protect the flooring and the work was performed in a very efficient manner.Pricing was clearly stated upfront and very fair considering the high level of service provided.I will use Citywide again, and highly recommend them for your plumming needs!

I called Citywide Plumbing because of a leaking water heater in my basement. He was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable on the situation. I end up having to switch from a gas to and electric water heater due to a handyman special from the previous house owner. Ryan came up with multiple options with price points/recommendations and even referred me to an awesome electrician (Brett at Metro Lakes Electric)! Will definitely be using Citywide Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Ryan came out to fix a dishwasher line that broke. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and transparent with pricing. I plan to both use Citywide again in the future, and recommend to others.

I would highly, highly recommend using Citywide Plumbing! I called (in a bit of a panic!) yesterday with a water leak and was so relieved when they answered their phone in the late afternoon. Ryan spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me while we discussed our water issue. He gave me sound advice and was even able to give a reliable quote over the phone. Citywide Plumbing even rearranged their schedule for the following day in order to fit me into their schedule. I truly appreciated the willingness and flexibility they demonstrated while working our job into their day. The work they did was professional and matched the quote I was given over the phone. Ryan even spent time answering my questions about unrelated plumbing issues/jobs we anticipated in the future for our house. We fully intend to use Citywide Plumbing for everything plumbing related at our house! Call them - theyre great!
