So thankful my husband found Drain Solutions. We had a bad sink clog that we were unable to fix ourselves. I called and got a hold of the owner Chris and he came out the same day and fixed my clog! Reasonable pricing and not to mention he was extremely personable and friendly! He will be go to guy from now on, and Ill be recommending to my family and friends!

Chris was extremely professional, efficient, friendly, on time, and excellent at communicating his schedule and arrival time! I wish every service professional could provide the same level of service that he does, quite rare to find and very thankful we did! Also the value of what he did for what we paid was excellent. I highly recommend, no reservations. This was for our mom who lives at a distance from us, so we were really trusting in a recommendation from Nordblom plumbing to have a kitchen drain unclogged.

My family was having issues with our drain in our tub and we couldnt find a honest plumber and someone to fix the issue. I spoke to Chris over the phone and he was very nice, and sounded like he knew his profession. I live in the south metro, and Chris is all the way in Dayton, but still decided to come all way to help me. He was able to come out right away and made it work with my working schedule. I was worried with my plastic pipes but Chris was gentle and took his time to make sure I was happy. He was respectful and took his shoes off without asking. He also took time to run to Ace Hardware for additional parts. It has now been 3 weeks later, and the drain works perfect, and my family and I couldnt be more happy. We will be using Chris in the future for any drain issues and we will definitely be recommending him as well! Thanks Chris!

Very good service! Chris arrived on time, handed me his card and looked at a very troublesome spot in our basement that had a pipe that I thought needed scoping and cleaning. I really appreciate his honesty because after looking at our drain pipe he told us it was not a drain cleaning issue, then showed me how the plumbing was assembled and gave some great advice about what to do going forward. We will definitely call on him again for any drainage issues!

100% recommend Chris, he was super professional and took his time to explain everything to us. Pricing was extremely reasonable especially for quality of work. We went with a different company that came out spent 20 minutes cleaning out our main drain charged $275 and when it was backing up again in a week they said not my problem. Will only be going with drain solutions in the future and will recommend to everyone I know. Cannot thank them more for the ease of mind he has brought us by properly fixing the issue.

We called Chris with Drain Solutions for what we had hoped would be a quick fix for a slow draining kitchen sink. It turned out to be a bit more complicated and time consuming. Even when Chris thought the problem was fixed, he wasnt entirely satisfied that it was done to his standards so he went the extra mile to be sure the problem was resolved. He gave us advice on how to maintain the drain going forward, but if we ever need drain cleaning services, we will absolutely be calling Chris. His price was more than reasonable. He was humble, professional and honest, everything youd want when having in-home services done. Dont hesitate, call Chris!

If youre like me, you hate it when you have to call a plumber (or anyone else in the trades for that matter) without a recommendation. Who do you trust to do honest work? We found ourselves in that position this weekend. Our main line backed up on Easter weekend, and the guy we usually call couldnt come for another week. I did a quick online search and found several candidates. I ended up deciding to take a chance on Drain Solutions because I was happy with the reviews I saw. I was VERY happy I did.Chris was able to come the next morning. He was prompt, asked a lot of questions about the problem, and got to work. His rate was competitive and reasonable. But best of all, I appreciated his work ethic, his approach to business, and his desire to acquire happy, loyal customers.Next time we need a plumber, well give Chris a call, and I recommend you do the same.

Chris showed up right on time as agreed the next day, dive right in to fix the problem, very professional, very friendly and to the point. Problem solved and complete less than an hour. Chris cleared a clog in the bathtub drain main pipe and replaced the necessary piping from the bathtub drain to the main pipe including the trap all of which was in very bad shape and leaking. He has done work at my daughters home and my sons home and we all think hes fantastic, Im very happy we found him. Hes honest, reliable and reasonable. I completely recommend him!

A little backstory on our issues: We had a backed up main sewer line and originally called bonfe as they were the first to respond to our call in a time of need. They came out and cleared the line (temporarily) for around $100. I thought this was great at the time because everywhere else was more expensive and slower to respond. The technician at bonfe recommended a more permanent fix and advised getting a sewer liner and offered to have his camera technician come out and scope the line and get an estimate for the work. Well we did this and the bonfe technician came out and quoted us 20K for a sewer liner of around 100 feet long. We didnt have the money for this so we said no. Well a month after they cleared out the line the same problem came back. This time we ask our realtor for a recommendation on a cheaper more permanent fix. She directed us to Jeremy Peterson who sent out Chris with Drain Solutions. More than anything about Chris work on our line (which was fantastic) he was honest about the tactics that bonfe uses on us and others. They basically run the same equipment down the line that Chris did, only on a much smaller diameter drill bit to just make a small hole in the blockage and then try to sell you on a fix when they show you the roots that they left in your line. Chris uses a larger diameter cutter in your pipe and ACTUALLY cuts out your roots. Trust me people, spend the little extra money for a thorough clean and avoid getting a long sales pitch. Chris will give you an honest recommendation if your pipe needs to truly be relined and even go a step further in providing you a recommended company to do it for you. This goes against his business of clearing out pipes for you and shows you can trust him to be honest and respectful of your business and money. 100% recommend.

I looked through a lot of plumbers before choosing this one cause I dont know a lot about plumbing issues or costs, and I think I made a good choice. He cleared out a main line clog that was backing up wate into a basement toilet. He was able to get it done quickly on my lunch break the next day.The cost was on the low end of what I was expecting from my research into the type of clog, and much lower than big chains were quoting. Seems like a one man operation so youll work with the same guy, Chris, who people are reviewing. He was very friendly and seems like an honest hard working guy to me, which is my main concern dealing with contractors.Bottom line: Everythings working again and Im satisfied with the price!
