No plumbing emergency is ever easy to deal with as a homeowner however, I appreciate Ben Franklin for their amazing service from start to finish, Jeremy came the very next morning as early as his schedule would allow. He was friendly personable, and really took the time to listen to me and offer the best solution. He provided a reasonable quote and took care of our issue quickly as a result. I believe that I will continue to use Ben Franklin for any of my future plumbing needs.

Satisfied prompt Service. What I thought was going to be a $4000 job. It wasnt the pipe that I was thinking. Thank God. Elliot was awesome findingwhere the leak really was coming from.They need to install a new Plumbing pipe and toilet😊. Elliott found the problem on Saturday., Was gonna have someone here ASAP Monday I suggested Tuesday if that was okay. cause its my day off since it wasnt urgent and he totally agreed Tuesday would be great. They work well with their customers. You dont know the condition of what was underneath my 3-year-old toilet. I just purchased this home and it was put in 3 years ago by LLC. Issac Perez was such an incredible technician. He took the time to explain things and really made sure everything was working great before he left. We found a leak in the apartments kitchen from a pipe from the upstairs kitchen (we have a two family). My husband called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they sent out a tech the very next day. Devin looked at the pipe and said that he would be able to fix it the same day, which he did. Devin was very knowledgeable and polite. As soon as we gave the okay, he started with the repair. Other than the noise from cutting back the sheetrock and cutting out the old pipes (which couldnt be helped, obviously), we would not have known he was in the apartment; he was that quiet and busy with repairs. We had a clog in our main sewage line and Ben serviced our home. He was punctual and very professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. After the job was completed, his boss showed up with a camera to make sure our pipes were good. They were both so friendly and helpful, my husband and I were very impressed. Good service reflects good leadership! Hopefully, we won’t need their services again but if we do, we will definitely be calling back and requesting Ben! AMAZING service! I just wanted to share my great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Max especially! Friday morning we had what I thought was a simple plumbing problem that turned out to be a very expensive fix due to someone hitting our sewer line while working on running cable underground. Max walked me through everything he had done, and when he realized that it was an issue from the street, he talked to the guys out in the street and explained what he thought had gone wrong. He made sure I felt confident in what was going on, and was able to get another plumber out with a camera that evening to make sure it was 100% nothing on our buildings end. Max returned today and again talked to the city workers and explained what was going on so we didnt have to! Everyone I had talked to from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was patient, kind, and understanding, not to mention prompt! I would absolutely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.

Ryan came out for a checkup on a bogged down garbage disposal on a somewhat emergency call. We had a spare that we were prepared to use if the original was broken, but Ryan was able to clear it and get it working again in no time! Beyond his professionalism, Ryan was also friendly, funny and good natured. I am a relatively new customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.i used them almost a year ago when I had a refrigerator that was hooked up to my water supply that I needed to have disconnected. I had purchased another fridge but the company I bought it from had no one who knew how to disconnect it from my water line and no ideas of who to recommend. I signed up with Ben Franklin Plumbing at that time and they did the job. I was satisfied so I signed up for their service that was available any time for a small. Monthly fee. The service also provided a checkup of my system annually.The first servicing was today and I could not be more satisfied. Joseph R. Trehy came to my house and did extensive work cleaning out my water heater and making sure everything was functioning. He replaced an item or two, made sure everything is working and did a thorough job. Started positive with the appointment arrangement taking only a few minutes and no long wait. On the day of appointment, Nick and Malachy were a little early, keeping with the Punctual. Cost for less than on full day was $4600 for two men, At $100 an hour, labor should hav been $1,600. Parts include about 100 feet of copper pipe, some fittings and perhaps 3 gate valves.

07-2022John did a great job with the whole house review of our plumbing fixtures and their functionality! I got a report with pictures and highlighting problems uncovered. As it turned out there was a badly rusting connection to our domestic water heater which he repaired the same day.08-2023Ben Franklin Plumbing has now done perhaps a half dozen jobs for me over the past few years. First, I applaud their thorough policy of communicating with customers about all aspects of anticipated and completed service. They provide confirmations and reminders of scheduled service, scheduled arrival, and upon completion, where applicable, a report and pictures are provided. Upon completion they always solicit feedback on my satisfaction with the work done. Service people always speak well and dress well.After a thorough whole house review of our plumbing systems we decided to have a tankless water heater installed to replace an aged tank. Jr Green (and his associate, Matt) arrived on time, did a great job of installing the new heater and cleaned up the area when done. As a free add-on to the job they did a camera inspection of waste lines leaving the house; they found that the 70 year old clay pipes need replacement. And... they stayed until all the work was done, and they had reviewed the new heater with us, which ran until after 5 PM. Thanks guys!

You guys at benjamin plumbing are incredibly fast! Amisadai was amazing! He was able to trouble shoot our problems in a matter of minutes. He found a clogged baffle and was able to clear it quickly. Also noticed that our main drain pipe was in bad shape. He gave a couple of options for fixing and the pipe will be fixed permanently.Very pleased with his service and with Benjamin plumbing! Felix and the field supervisor came over to evaluate a large leak. Rotted copper piping in my old house, causing a leak from the second floor to the basement. Personable techs, no complaints. Talked about fly fishing and life with them in between. The bad reviews I see, seem to be from people not asking basic questions while the tech is at their house. Youre not forced to do anything with these guys. Theyll let you know a price for the job completion and you can accept it or not like any other place. But they have to diagnose the issue like any other plumber, which costs money - pretty obvious. Ive fixed a lot of stuff in my house via YouTube and some Google research and it seems to be what a lot of the complaints are from - smaller jobs that people are baffled at the price of from a professional plumber. Diagnosis costs money, unbelievable that people complain about it especially if the issue isnt immediately apparent. This job is beyond my skill level and theyre quick, and will be back tomorrow to finish (not an emergency for me). Cant complain at all.

I accidentally put a pin hole on one of the pvc pipe when hanging a picture and when I rip the wall to se,I knit two more pipes. To replace about 1 foot of each pipe it cost a little more than $500 for pvc but technician explained to me that it is company price and no control over it which is understandable since even I know what material to use I have no tools to do it myself. They were in and out, job was done fast. I know I paid close to 2k because of $1,627 for the job plus almost $200 for coming in. Overall good service
