Andrew was very thorough in explaining the set up and reviewed all options before installing the RO system. My 4 year old was very interested in what he was doing and he allowed him to be his “apprentice” for our visit. We’re excited to try our new drinking water system!

Jon from Aquarius Home Services worked on our Kinetico water softener system today. If 5-stars represents a grade of A, then Jon should get 5+ stars for his work and service today. He diagnosed our problem, had someone drop off additional parts, and rebuilt our water softener system. He explained options and costs before taking any action that would result in a bill. Jons joyful spirit, clear communication, and exceptional work are MUCH appreciated. I highly recommend Aquarius Home Services for your plumbing and water softener needs!

David was the technician that came to our home to check our furnace and ac. He was outstanding! He was thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain things in an understandable way. He showed me pictures of the inside of our furnace and explained the areas that were ok as well as areas of concern. We would highly recommend David and Aquarius.

Friendly, prompt, thorough. A young technician doing routine cleaning of my furnace/air conditioner discovered a problem with my air conditioner even though it was still “working”. Within a couple of days an experienced technician came to address the problem. As a no-charge courtesy, he also found and corrected a problem with my air exchanger. They stick with solving problems until everything works.

Aquarius sent two plumbers and an HVAC repair person the morning after I called. Since I had already paid the plumbers and all the HVAC did was thoroughly check my system, Aquarius did not charge for the second call. All three repair persons plus the dispatcher were courteous and knew their stuff.

Joe was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of our home. It started with the Aquarius rug he placed before our front door and the shoe covers he wore the entire time inside. The options he provided for us to upgrade our K5 system along with possible upgrades to our whole house filter and water softener will be acted upon by us very shortly.
