Will arrived within the expected time window. He was knowledgeable in cleaning my furnace and diagnosed that it should be replaced soon. I appreciated his advice and professionalism.This should be a separate review, but still 5 star rating. I used Air Mechanical to clean my ducts. I was the first stop of their day, so they called to say they were on their way. The brothers arrived when expected, took off their shoes immediately, even though they had to return to their truck a little later to bring in tools. They explained what they were going to do, answered my questions, and confirmed the price quoted would be the price charged. They didn’t shame me for not having ducts cleaned more often and added later that they’d seem worse. They chatted enough with me to be friendly, but not interfere with getting the job done in the expected time. My shy cat even liked them and she doesn’t like anyone. ❤️ and thanks!

AMI was professional and helpful starting with my first contact. They graciously rescheduled my appointment. I was seeking a full house duct cleaning on recent townhome purchase. Cory did a thorough inspection, noticing there was a tag on the furnace stating the ducts had been cleaned the previous year. ( I missed that and was wondering if they had ever been cleaned ). Cory described the how he performed his inspection, promised an email quote, recommended a follow-up cleaning in 2 years, unless I notice the furnace filter becoming dirty quickly. He left his business card, which I will keep on the furnace as I will definitely call AMI for this service in the future. Thank you!!

Last spring we had five mini-split heads and two compressors with heat pumps installed in our 1924 four square home. While we’ve had some issues with the system (all fixable), we’ve had phenomenal customer service and overall are quite happy with the system. Mike Simon has been our main point of contact and has been an exemplar of maintaining positive customer relationships. He responds in a timely and polite manner, communicates proactively, and clearly is determined to help us through the issues we’ve had (again, all solvable issues). We’ve been very happy with the product they installed and the customer service and warranty associated with the work. While customer service during install is important, the longevity and good communication we’ve had with their team is what has set Air Mechanical apart from other companies and we highly recommend them.

Initial tech and inspection were great. Had to call to ensure part was ordered and informed would get a call when it came in to get scheduled to install. I did not, but when I called it just showed up. offered to install 4-5 days later, after informing that it has already been over a week and 40-50 degrees, came back and informed 3rd day install is the best they can do. no offer for wait list or to send someone out for additional charge. update: problem still on going but everyone is being super helpful and they did not make us wait a week for the third visit.

Today I had Chad Fortun out to install a water heater. Very professional, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He and his co-worker came in, looked at what needed to be done, and went to work disconnecting the current water heaters to get ready for the new one. The new one was delivered and the 2 I had hauled away. It wasnt long after that Chad had completed installing and hooking up the new water heater. Everything was installed in a lot shorter time than I was thinking. The service I received from Chad just confirmed why I keep going back to Air Mechanical even after getting bids from others. Ryan is very personable and took his time answering all our questions while correcting some annoying problems. We confidently let them work while we stayed out of their way. The finished install looks more finished and thought out than the products they replaced. No complaints as all our contacts have been above expectations.Aaron finished the final tune-up on our new furnace and AC just after Labor Day. As with every experience with Air Mechanical, it exceeded expectations. This is the most satisfying service experience in the 48 years we’ve.lived in our home. In fact, our upstairs hallway has always had a tinny noise when you stepped in a certain spot due to the duct work. That noise is finally gone after 48 years. Incredible bonus we did not expect!

They scheduled a new installation within a week, and within a week I had a new water softener and my water pressure is perfect! Alec and Chase installed it and I couldnt even tell they were here. AMI was very helpful (On May 23rd, 2024) when we called about our sump pump problem. They took time to understand our problem and to find an appointment for the next day to help us get it resolved quickly. Alec came out and analyzed our situation and then explained the possible solutions. When we decided on the option that he had on hand, he worked with the main office to free up his schedule so that he could replace the sump pump right away. When he was done he explained what he had done and what we needed to do to take care of our new sump pump. Thank you AMI and Alec for your timely, respectful, and cost effective service!This last Friday (8/9) Alec was back to look at a tub and laundry faucet that had been leaking. He quickly evaluated the problem and came up with the best solution. We decided just to proceed with the shower faucet repair and Alec quickly completed the work, tested to make sure everything was working, and then showed us what he had done and asked us to call if we had any issues. We appreciate the work he did.

Mike W is absolutely the best! He has been the bright spot is an extremely frustrating process. We had wind storm damage that created a power surge that fried all the electrical components in our gas hot water heater and damaged our furnace.Air Mechanical was able to schedule Mike to come out right away to give us an estimate on our hot water heater which we could provide to our insurance company. Mike was simply amazing. Not only did he give us the estimates we needed he did a superb job in explaining what was damaged and that the cost of fixing would exceed the value of the hot water heater. He recommended totaling it and replacing it with a new hot water heater. With the information I learned from him, I had a firm grasp of the damage.This knowledge was key when insurance tried to low ball us. I knew insurance was wrong and Mike provided further documentation that was extraordinarily helpful. I will have to contest the insurance coverage. Mike provided exactly the documentation needed and provided it extremely quickly.I dealt with Melissa on the phone. I did scheduling with her and when we began experiencing problems with our insurance company she was ever so helpful and friendly in trying to coordinate extra documentation from Mike and for our HVAC system. I cannot express how helpful she was. When you are dealing with a frustrating insurance problem, it is wonderful working with a company like Air Mechanical. I explained my problem to Melissa, and she took it on to contact the technicians and get the extra documentation needed. I really appreciated only needing to make one call instead of several.With employees like Mike, Melissa and Ryan (the HVAC service technician who worked on our furnace), I would not hesitate to recommend Air Mechanical. He reset the the high pressure switch, and it kicked right in. He checked the coolant pressure and a few other things, and all was good. July 3, 2024 just before the long holiday weekend.Early Wednesday morning we woke up to very lukewarm hot water. I read about a reset button to press. A couple of hours later still no hot water.I called Air Mechanical. Scott said he could have a plumper at my house between 12-5.Mike Washburn showed up at about 2.He was very knowledgeable about my 100 gallon water tank.He ran all of the electrical tests. Every thing seemed to be ok.But still no hot water. He checked with a coworker on the phone. Between the two of them , they figured out the problem.So, he installed two thermostats, upper and lower.Only took an hour and a half.Three hours later I had my very hot hot water back.All this on the same day I called. How do they do that?Needless to say I will be calling them again in the future if I need to.Thanks Mike to you and your coworkers for a job well done.

They did NOT do a good job, charged more and we still faced issues after the work was completed. We called AMI and Chad came in to perform the investigation. Air Mechanical installed a geothermal heating system in our house in 2013. Just recently, we had a long overdue routine maintenance check of this system, the first time in 9 years. The system is still working in top condition, and the maintenance check did not reveal anything that needed to be fixed. All employees from Air Mechanical with whom I interacted have been very professional, very knowledgable, and really pleasant to work with. This is truly a wonderful company to work with. We had an issue with our water softener and Mike came out the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We ended up getting a new water softener and lift pump too and all were installed the same day. Everything was cleaned up perfectly and he took the time to walk us through all the new equipment and explained all the functions before he left. We have used Air Mechanical in the past and they have always been amazing!

Michael really cares about his customers! He arrived around 9:45 and finished around 10:30.Diagnosed right away what the problems were. He needed to pick up an additional part and returned very quickly and did the install. Theres additional work to be done but he explained the details and costs and gave options.Michael and Air Mechanical are trustworthy and customer-oriented.

Had representative out to evaluate and inspect a in floor heating system. I don’t recall his name wasn’t focused on that.,however thetech was thorough, inspecting the system explained his work and when finished we noticed a much improved even heating. He showed me some particulars of how the system worked and what he wanted to to assure it was working welcome, he checked boiler time found it needed adjustment. At the end he advised me on your ‘membership options; based on what I observed I was convinced Air Mechanicalwas the gender I wanted for future annual inspections of our system. Well satisfied with his service, professionalism. He brought you a new customer.

Out boiler shut down due to low water pressure in the closed loop system. Mike diagnosed how to add water back into the system and was Soooo careful to assure there was no damage due to water spills. Once the boiler was operating he stayed to be certain there were no other problems. Good diagnosis! And, professional in communicating and performing work.Lawn sprinkler company failed to properly blow-out pipes in fall 2020. When system was pressured in May 2021 it revealed a ruptured 1 copper pipe outside the foundation. I called Air Mechanical, who had installed all plumbing in this new house 18 months earlier, to repair the ruptured pipe. The receptionist advised there would be a trip charge of $98 and a repair person would be at my home late in the day.When the repair man arrived he quickly cut out a 10 section of 1 pipe and replaced it with a new 10 section using press-crimp connectors. The job took 8 minutes as he used the power cutter and power crimper tools. I was impressed with his efficiency.The total on-site time was 14 minutes and the invoice , which was paid within the total of 14 m minutes, was over $313. That calculates to be over $1,250 per hour. The materials were probably $10 wholesale cost.Im a consultant that bills by the hour so understand its hard to make a living if you own a company and give away your time. I invoice my clients in a fair manner and never over charge or gouge. $1,1250 per hour felt like gouging particularly since 18 months earlier they had been paid more than $100,000 to do HVAC and plumbing work in this new home.I hate gouging!Dr. W.F. We used this company for the first time today. The technician Collin was very professional, and explained everything as he did his inspection. He completed a variety of tests and found a solution within an hour. And the cost was very reasonable. He suggested some improvements and we are having a comfort specialist come out to help decide the best options to make these improvements.Because of the good experience I had with this visit, I have joined their annual membership. Upon. researching their business and asking a few questions , there isn’t much this company can’t fix.I love a one call for all company!
