    Ted of Ted and Brothers Pluming Inc. repaired my Toto wall toilet. I am extremely pleased with the work. Ted was on time, friendly and experienced. It was determined a part required replacing. He returned, installed it, checked everything carefully, and cleaned up the area. I had mentioned a sink problem which he quickly took care as well. The charges were very fair. It is very difficult to locate honest, excellent help when necessary. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. I have already given their information to my friend.

    Fabian was very knowledgeable to diagnose the leakage in our bathroom wall. We paid the upfront $295 for the wall access and diagnosed. Unfortunately we ended up using someone else due to the higher repair quote from them. We would use the company if it wasnt more than half more for the repairs compared to another plumber.

    Fabian was able to come during the holidays and inspect a possible leak at our parish. Rather than a slab leak, which we predicted, it turned out to be a leak from the water fountain. He was able to determine the location of the leak and have it stopped within a couple of hours. Great work and service!

    Ezequiel was amazing to work with and will continue to get our business moving forward! We reached out to request service on our tankless water heater as he was a referral from one of our neighbors and he was able to connect us with his office to schedule an appointment. They had very quick turn around times and we were able to get scheduled for the following day! The office staff was very polite and quick to respond as well. We received an arrival timeframe to which he arrived on time. After taking a look at our water heater we discover that it would need to be replaced. Ezequiel quickly wrote up a quote for the replacement and provided his recommendations to us. After agreeing to move forward, Ezequiel scheduled us for a repair for two days later and was able to complete the replacement in one day with no issues! Ezequiel was also kind enough to respond to questions sent him a day after the installation. Would highly recommend Ezequiel for any of your plumbing or water heating issues!

    Ezekiel and Gustavo are experienced, careful and professional. They quickly determined the sources of the leaks in my wall and temporarily capped the problem area so that I could turn the water back on for use every where else in the house. We determined a mutually satisfactory plan to repair the sources of the leaks for next week, which works perfectly for me.

    Fabian and his hard working Partner worked hard for four hours to address my concerns. They were successful in repairing the leaky valve. Unfortunately we could not get my Drain to drain. We set up an appointment for Friday morning to replace the clogged section I’ll let you know how it goe s...Three days later they returned for six hours and had to replace some drain pipes to correct the problem..They addressed my concerns promptly and professionally.

    Absolutely pleased with the overall service. Luckily they found the cartridge needed to fix our leaky shower faucet. It was an older Delta faucet. The amount paid for overall services and part was extremely reasonable and they did not try to up-sell us. The best part they came out the same day as we called. So I am super happy!!!

    Ted and Bros’ team are always punctual and efficient. They can fix anything. They replaced a faulty faucet in my claw foot tub using flex lines so that slight movement of the tub does not cause leaks. It is such a relief to have the faucet with the poor design replaced.

    Could not be happier with Ted and crew. I had a leak under the kitchen sink below the floor; Ted diagnosed the cracked pipe and what it would take to fix it. His awesome crew crawled under the raised foundation and worked so hard to replaced the 70 old damaged pipe and did it in only a few hours. I will definitely be using Ted and Bros in future projects.     I chose Ted and Bros after reading multiple good yelp reviews. They were responsive, friendly and honest. They didn’t try to upsell me and they worked with me to help fit up the pipes but not perform the final glue up and allow me to have the surrounding subfloor repaired before completing the plumbing connections. I will surely use them again

    Ted & Bros redid our entire drain system, including our sewer line to the street. They are great; honest and prompt in both their quoting and communication. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to, kept our house clean (and they cleaned up!) Played well with our (friendly) doggo....advised on some other small issues when asked. All in all, cant recommend them enough if you want an honest and thorough plumber!!

    We are so impressed with this company. When the camera work was done, Ezekiel was professional and took his time, not a rush job. He explained and showed me everything that needed to be done. When the job was being done, both workers were prompt and polite. They worked hard, didn’t seem to take breaks, and got our job done in the time frame promised. Everything was left tidy and they cleaned up the area worked on to where it didn’t look any different than when they started. The office staff was very helpful and friendly as well.     “Ted & Bros Plumbing is simply the BEST in Orange CountyThey are serving Orange County, LA County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County also Ventura County for both commercial and residential.I have used them for first time recommended by another plumber since I had a major blockage in the main sewer line.They (Owner Mater Plumber Ted and his nephew Rick) shows up next day 8AM after I made an appointment the day before.     Update: I needed a new water heater. Not an emergency but I wanted it done a quickly as they could. They were able to come out in two days. Ezekiel showed up with the new water heater on time. It turned out the previous owners of the house had hard piped the unit in instead of using flex pipe so it ended up costing me more than expected because Ezekiel he had to do some re-piping but at least I know its done correctly this time. Even with all the extra work, it only took him about 4 hours.Update: I was replacing an old (non-working) garbage disposal with a nice new one. They did arrive at the end of the estimated arrival time but he made quick work of it and had it all done within about an hour.Previous: Ive used Ted & Bros Plumbing before. This time my kitchen double sink clogged up. I initially had called another plumber (complicated reason why) and was told that I needed to replace all the plumbing pipes under the sink and in the wall. Which meant tearing a hole in the drywall on the inside and a hole in the stucco on the outside. And getting a new garbage disposal. The quote was $3,500. I definitely wanted a second opinion so I called Ted & Bros Plumbing. Ezekiel Bustos came out and within 3 minutes, he had removed the clog and both sides of the sink drained fully. OMG!!! Magic. :) And it only cost me $155. What a relief. Thank you Ezekiel.

    We are very grateful for Ezekiel and his team, who just knocked themselves out completing an extensive plumbing (sewer line, kitchen branch, reconfiguration of a clean out, cleaning and lining, etc.) job on our home. The workers were personable as well as articulate. The estimate was considerably less than competitors, but the quality of the work is topnotch. As expected, there was one surprise issue that Im profoundly grateful Ezekiel found and corrected: roots had so invaded one line that it had uncoupled and was leaking into the ground. All in all, we cannot too highly recommend your services. Integrity, clarity, workmanship, value -- you cant ask for more. May God bless you all.

    I need to replace the existing water pressure regulator and build a 3-way bypass valve for the existing water softener. Ted came on time to give the estimate for the job. The price is reasonable for what need to be done. The following week Ezekiel came on time to do the job. He is a very professional and attention to the detail when soldering, installing the pipe to the bracket and build the bypass valve.Removing the old water pressure is very difficult but he takes the time to do it right. Overall the job quality is excellent and I will use them again for other plumbing job.

    They finished the job on Monday- its Wednesday and theres a leak in the utility sink in the garage. The insulation and drywall are getting soaked and soggy. We called Ted & Bros and they arent available until Friday.Its now 2:30am Thursday- a 5x2 section of the wall is soaked with water from a leak. We have now shut off the water to our entire interior of the house.This review was written on Monday after they left:Their team did such a great job!! :D They were organized, courteous and really knew their stuff. We had 60 yr old drains that werent working properly, and so we called around to about a dozen different plumbers & plumbing cos. They seemed to be one of the most knowledgeable, responsive and timely co.s- especially to be able to do such a big job. It took a week. I had peace mind knowing that re-piping was their specialty, and that they had tons of experience in an entire house re-pipe.     Ted & Bros Plumbing is now our go to plumber. Since our house was built in 1924, over the last 30 plus years, weve dealt with a lot of contractors. Typically, we have to call five (5) or more, just to be able to get three (3) valid quotes, in order to hire one (1).Rachel, who is actually Teds sister and business partner, runs the office, is in charge of the customer experience and is also a plumber herself. No wonder she was able to understand and quickly answer both our technical and administrative questions. Unlike other contractors, the Certificates Of Insurance we requested were promptly emailed to us and hadnt already expired. Rachel was great about following up, without ever giving us the hard sell treatment.After gaining years of experience as a master plumber, about 12 years ago, Ted founded the company. Today, he and Rachel personally oversee and coordinate several trucks/crews. One (1) of which is specifically equipped for installing trenchless sewer liners. Due to tree roots repeatedly getting into the joints of our old clay sewer pipes, this is what we hired them to do. And, were so glad we chose them. Not only was the work professionally performed but they didnt destroy our plants or damage our sprinklers. Plus, they cleaned up so well that you would never know someone dug a four (4) feet deep hole right in the middle of one (1) of our planter boxes.The motto of Ted & Bros Plumbing is We Honestly Plumb. And, we believe it. When we originally called them, we provided the maximum length of the sewer line that we were quoted by another plumber. About half way through the job, without us even bringing it up, they informed us that our actual cost would be $1,000 less, due to the length of the liner being several feet shorter than what we told them.Bottom Line - Ted & Bros Plumbing is licensed, qualified, experienced, competent, reliable, friendly, polite, competitively priced and honest. Weve already recommended them to two (2) of our neighbors.

    Ted was prompt on the appointment for the estimate on replacing a 40 foot segment of my kitchen to my main line. I schedule the work to be done within a few days. Favian and assistant arrived early in the day and were considerate to our needs. He let us know that the bathrooms and other drains would not be in service. They completed the work as promised and cleaned up the area. I was very satisfied with the work, communication and the price. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family for their pluming needs. Roy7/8/21Second time I use Ted & Bros Pluming. My water heater was not working, Ezekiel inspected the heater, tried to turn pilot on without success, next he tested the gas source. No gas was detected, at this time I realized I did not have gas in the entire house. Ezekiel noticed the house has a earthquake gas shutoff valve that had been tripped the previous day with work being performed on a nearby fence. They were punctual and professional. I will definitely use them with all my future plumbing needs.

    Ted originally came out and gave me a written estimate for the job with good details in November of 2020. He is very competent and got to work quickly when the job started. Ted is very polite and professional and I would recommend his services. The tankless water heater he installed works great and the water softener is wonderful. Our water pressure in our shower is great now. I knew Teds crew was only going to do plumbing and I would have to repair the holes in the wall, but Ted did hire a very good drywall installer to fix a hole in the ceiling that was made by accident which I appreciated.     Zeek showed up clean biggest smile on his face and friendly, I asked him to take a bigger toilet about a 15 toilet that was being replaced downstairs by a ADA 21 toilet, and install it upstairs to replace a 10 kiddies size toilet that had been there for years, it took him less then a half-hour and he had the two toilets swap out, and the 10put in the back of his truck then came in and a few minutes later the 21 toilet was installed and he had his mess cleaned up and both toilet up and ready to use all done in hours time, I have more plumbing issues that need to be done I am going to make him my regular and permanent plumber, and the company stayed in touch with me all day keeping me up-to-date on time line, they might of been running a little late but they squeeze me in from day before, and as for there price found them a lot lower then the much bigger named company and on top they give senior discounts, I fully will recommend, I dont normally leave reviews, an have used several different companies over the years scene my beloved husband was killed 9 yrs ago by a Simi truck, please dont even think twice about Ted & Bros plumbing I give them 10 stars if I could CALL THEM YOU WONT REGRET ask them to send you zeek, goodluck and injoy the experience.
