My experience with Collins Brothers Plumbers was excellent. I was able to secure a speedy appointment on the very same day to address a malfunctioning sump pump. The plumber, Brian, was well equipped and extremely knowledgeable. Although he wasnt able to replace the pump on a Sunday, he promptly resumed the task by 7 am on Monday. The job was wrapped up within a few hours. The area was tidied up afterwards and Brian did a great job explaining the process and even took pictures. The service was top-notch and professional. Much appreciated!

His professionalism was first-rate. The charges were reasonable - they generously provided a free first evaluation of the problem, on top of offering vouchers and markdowns. Ezra, who was the first to respond to my call, was very friendly. I rang them up at 8:45 and Terrence was at my location within the hour.

My plumbing system gave up on me over the weekend. This plumber service is at my disposal 24/7 and they dispatched Brian in under 90 minutes to identify the issue. After careful inspection, he discovered that the main valve was defective and given it was the weekend, it wasnt going to be an easy repair. So, i chose to wait until the weekdays, expecting it to be more economical. I assumed it would be mid-week before he returned, but to my astonishment, Brian was back first thing on Monday morning with the replacement part. He went above and beyond, securing the part over the weekend so the repair could be completed as soon as possible. The company is now under new management, which is definitely providing great service now. Thank you, brian! This wonderful service took place in Anaheim.

I must say how incredibly thankful I am for Ezras proficiency and understanding regarding my predicament. The toilet in my teenagers bathroom on the 2nd floor was so badly overflowed that it leaked through to the first floor. Additionally, the shower was blocked. Ezra examined every possible method to unclog it and suggested the most budget-friendly, effective solution. He also didnt mind my three huge English Mastiff dogs and even allowed them to familiarize themselves with him before he began his work. He wore shoe coverings and a mask for cleanliness. Ezra went the extra mile with exceptional customer service, right down to cleaning the toilet and shower because he knew I was grossed out. Im extremely thrilled that I opted for this plumbing company. Under new management, their service is now top-notch. Thank you so much, Ezra!

Received a response within an hour, and was set up with a plumber, brian, for Friday morning at 8am. brian arrived a bit early at 7:45am and suggested that a new water heater be installed. he had a replacement in his truck, so he promptly installed it and now its working great. really appreciated his quick and efficient work.
