They educated me on the quality of piping they use compared to the existing structure of piping. Couldnt recommend this company more! I have used them in the past and continue for all my plumbing needs. Had a hot water tank installed by them about 6 months ago and they were great. Yesterday I had a kitchen sink draining problem and called after hours, it wasnt an emergency so they said they would come the next day. Communication was great and the technician, Mario, arrived early and was very friendly and professional. He was thorough and made the terrible experience of a plumbing issue a pleasant one. He talked and made me and especially my wife feel very comfortable with everything he said needed done. I wish I remembered the other technician who helped with the hot water tank installation because he was also amazing. I do know that Mario came to help with the hot water tank as well. Amazing employees! Great service! Definitely call HomeX for your needs. You All have a customer for life and its because of your employees!

They are always able to squeeze us in when we have an emergency! Super responsive, prompt, and good work. Rudy was literally a lifesaver! He went out of his way to give us our options and pick up a part late in the evening (and last minute). We got a better price from him (compared to other local options) and the best service! Oscar is the reason I went with HomeX. His customer service is impeccable as well as his work. He worked with me and gave me an extremely fair price for mounting 2 toilets, as well as replacing the existing water supply valves for each. He is very knowledgeable and doesn’t get annoyed when you ask technical questions. Honestly it was a relief to have someone I felt I could trust do the work, since I normally do these projects myself after studying the process extensively on YouTube. However, for this, the risk of a leak meant major damage to neighboring units in my condo, which I felt was worth paying an experienced professional to ensure the job was done correctly and was done by a company which is insured.If there were more tradesmen like Oscar I would probably have all my jobs done by a professional instead of trying to always DIY it.Also a shout out to Daisy who answers the phone promptly and is on top of scheduling and appointments.I must say I *HIGHLY* recommend HomeX, and definitely ask for Oscar Hernandez by name. Our garbage disposal started to leak last night and wasn’t sure who to call. I was out for my walk this morning when, as luck would have it, I ran into Oscar sitting in his van on standby for another call. I explained the situation and he had me call the main office to make an appointment. After a quick conversation with Enrique, Oscar was at the house within 5 minutes. He very quickly assessed the situation, found and explained the problem and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from in the disposal. He grabbed a new disposal from their warehouse and had it installed within the hour. Oscar took care of the job very professionally and cleanly and he was very friendly with our dog, as well. Jesse was professional and clearly explained the problem and the possible solutions. I replaced my water heater in a galvanized plumbing system. However the replacement caused rust and scale buildup to loosen and block several fixtures. Jesse located hard to find parts for an old faucet that was difficult to access and got the hot water system working again and helped me bring the water heater installation up to code. He did not try and upsell me to a re-pipe which is most likely needed. I was already obtaining multiple re-pipe bids at that time.

Just wanted to say that HomeX and their plumber pros REALLY did the job in fixing our plumbing problem that the neighbor and I had to deal with for a week. The techs came and assessed the problem and gave a break down of costs at different levels based on our situation of what ‘needed’ to be done and other things that will end up needing attention to be done. And then got right to work and did the “dirty” of having to go under the house fix the messed up pipes. It’s been a few weeks or so now and everything has been running smoothly no problems from the moment they were done. I’m very pleased with the fellas that showed up, the customer service and all around professionalism from start to finish. HomeX came out the afternoon of my condo’s flooding. They gave me a preliminary diagnosis of a slab leak. They came out the next morning with more gear and did a full diagnostic and confirmed the slab leak. Juan and Oscar provided me options for the repair which was really helpful so early on in the situation! They also made it possible to leave out water on to use cold water for toilets and sinks which is key as my mother is 86 years-old! Both are extremely nice, polite and knowledgeable! Edward was a super nice professional guy and even arrived early. My leak problem was pretty easy as I had caused it by incorrectly trying to install a bidet on my toilet. The fix was so quick and simple with his proper tools that he wasn’t even going to charge me. He tried but the company still required a $49 service fee which I understood for his time and mileage I suppose. Would 100% use this company again and recommend to friends. I even liked their branding with pink and yellow colors used on the uniform, van etc. Even the the booties he put over his shoes were pink which I thought was an unnecessary but very cute touch. Thanks Edward! Both women I talked to at dispatch over the phone were extremely friendly and helpful. Mackensie was one of them, didn’t catch the name of the other but both were very very nice.

HomeX Plumbing is great! We called them on Saturday due to a leaking water heater. They showed up quickly and did the repair. We were very satisfied with the service. That said, hot water was not flowing properly a few days later, they sent out Jesse who assessed the water heater and found a defective part. It was replaced for free. While a second visit is not preferred, things happen and how a company handles their callbacks is important. HomeX is a stand up company! I would call them again and refer to friends! Within seconds of beginning my search, I got a call from their office and they scheduled a free estimate the following morning. My kitchen sink was leaking but it wasnt an emergency, so when Mario came the next day he explained to me the issue and let me know my options. He was so professional and friendly, I felt confident that I didnt need any additional estimates because I knew I wanted to work with Mario - he also did not make me feel pressured to hire them and gave me a sense that they were offering an honest rate. Afterwards I ordered a new faucet of my liking online and waited for it to arrive in the mail, during which HomeX gave me a courtesy call to ensure I could get my issue fixed asap. Once the faucet arrived, I was able to schedule an installation the following morning. Mario and Oscar spent the entire day evaluating the leak and getting the necessary replacement pieces to ensure everything was solved before they called it a day. They are hard workers and were determined to make sure they left having provided a service they could be proud of. Although HomeX isnt the cheapest company, they arent the most expensive either, and for the quality of service and communication I have to say it was well worth it and no one else can compare. I have every intention to call them in the future should I need any plumbing services. I have already referred them to family members and truly cannot recommend them enough! You will never feel scammed, they operate with integrity.

Our old Garbage Disposal went out on us a Monday night. We are having a houseful of guests coming two days later, on Wednesday. Got a next-day appointment on a big holiday weekend; Ismail was great and left the area spotless when he was done. I’d absolutely call this plumber again.(One year later:) This is the second time this company has saved our bacon. Shane and Andrew did a fantastic job clearing and fixing up our sink drains, in the process fixing up some problems that had been introduced by another plumber wed unfortunately had out first. Very professional, very knowledgeable, they fixed the problems, explained their work well, and left the place spotless. We will absolutely use HomeX again, and next time well call them FIRST.(Two years later:) A pinhole leak developed in our pipes on a Saturday afternoon. HomeX was available within the hour, and looked for the leak until they determined they needed to come back the next day with equipment to hear where the leak was (and see if it was a slab/foundation leak). Happily, on Sunday they determined that it was above the slab, and were able to fix the leak and save our bacon. Jeff and Hector were great; very professional, and took the time to explain all our options to us. We took the opportunity to replace our old water heater as well. I had an issue with a clogged toilet and was unable to unclog it myself. HomeX was the only company that could service me the same day so I went with them. The problem was much larger than a clogged toilet. Roots had grown into the main drain pipe and was the root cause of the clog. The original clean out was not installed properly by the home builder and in order to clear the pipe, a new two-way clean out was required. HomeX was able to successfully install a new two-way clean out and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Great experience! I’ve had a leaky outdoor hose bib for several months. I contacted my son who had some plumbing done at his house. He strongly recommended HomeX and Juan specially. I contacted Homex who had Juan come for an estimate within a couple of hours. Juan was very friendly and professional. He walked up with booties in hand to protect my floor. This told me right away that he was not only professional but respectful of my home. He inspected my situation and explained what he could do for me without being pushy. He gave me a very reasonable price before he left. After checking with my wife, I called back right away and set up an appointment for the next day (Saturday).Juan was on time and ready to go. He immediately turned the water off and began his repair. Juan was very knowledgeable and efficient doing a very clean professional job. He made sure everything was perfect before he left and reminded me of the 90 day warranty. I called HOMEX for a clogged laundry line drain. Jorge and Louis showed up give me an honest recommendation. They first tried to snake out the clog but where unsuccessful. They gave me step by step description of what they were going to do. They ended finding another access to the drain and was able to successful clear the clog. They did at a great price and did not try to upsell me but we’re honest through the whole process. This was at a better price then two other local plumbers that quoted me. I would call homex again and recommend Jorge and Luis.

The HomeX team was really great to work with. Theres been a sulfur smell in my hot water and I reached out to HomeX online pretty late in the evening yesterday to inquire about getting a technician to come out. To my pleasant surprise, I got a very quick response from Makenzie yesterday night, and a phone call first thing this morning to schedule a technician to come out.My technician, Dakota, was right on time and was so very patient with my endless questions. Of course, the sulfur issue magically disappeared when Dakota was here and we couldnt replicate the problem. I explained and described whats been happening with the water at my place, and Dakota looked at the water heater, pipes, filtration systems, etc. He also talked to a few other senior techs to get additional opinions on what might be causing my problem and presented me with few potential solutions. I really appreciated his talking me through the different options, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand, and answering all of my questions.

I called HomeX plumbing after the pull to our shower diverter came out. The other challenge was that I did not know the brand of the shower fixture. Fabian was able to meet me right away and he was so polite. He and his field manager spent a lot of time trying to figure out the brand which they did. And they were able to locate the replacement part and fixed the diverter within a few hours. I was very appreciative because the cost to replace the entire fixture was over $1,300. They saved me lots of money and I would recommend HomeX plumbing to my friends and family.

My wife and I were interested in adding an additional water bib in our backyard so that we could hook up a hose. This job involved rerouting our drip irrigation system and attaching a water bib to the side of the house.We had a great experience with HOMEX! Juan answered the phone and helped setup our estimate appointment for the next day. Shortly after I setup our appointment, I received a confirmation email and a text confirmation the day of our appointment. The text confirmation provided the name and picture of the person that was going to come out to the house. I appreciated knowing who was going to be coming out.When he arrived, Juan came in a truck that clearly stated the name of the company and he was dressed in the company uniform. Juan took a look at our current situation, listened to what we wanted done and clearly explained three different options. One being the most cost effective, a second being a little more expensive, and a third that would have been really high end. He explained that given everything that I told him, he would recommend going with the most cost effective option. Throughout the whole process, I didnt feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I asked for a little time because I wanted to talk to my wife about the options and the job. Again, I didnt receive any pressure.I called back later that evening and scheduled an appointment to have the job completed. Juan came back out and went over the options again to make sure that the job was going to meet our expectations. Again, I didnt feel pressured and he never tried to encourage me to add on things that I didnt need such as replacing our existing pvc pipe or drip irrigation system.Juan was extremely fast and he explained the steps before he started. When he was finished, he showed us the completed job and gave us recommendations on maintaining the area. Juan was professional and he did an excellent job of cleaning up the area. I would definitely recommend HOMEX.
