When our rental house air conditioning unit stopped cooling again during the hot weather this week, I was determined not to deal with the old company that repaired it in July. I had a great experience with All Citys plumbing service this past June at another rental house, so I decided to give them a chance on our air conditioning repair. All City accommodated my tenants late appointment request, and Nick Valdez, the technician who came out, was thorough and quickly found the problem. Nick gave us three repair options and explained them in detail. I chose the best option for a fair price. Nick worked late into the evening hours and completed the job in the darkness of night. I cant thank him enough for his work and the good experience I received from All City again. I highly recommend Nick Valdez and All City!

Sergio came out to give me an estimate on a repipe, new tankless water heater, and to re plumb my entire house.Sergio showed up during the estimated time frame, he was pleasant and personable. Sergio got straight to work explaining everything and what it entails.Sergio did a complete walk through while explaining everything as he went. He took pictures of all the faucets, drains, sinks, and tub as well as all external access drains/pipes and spigots.Sergio showed me a video to better explain the piping process. He broke everything down for me that I didn’t understand or had questions about. He did a great job, and I hope to work with him in the future.

I literally cannot say enough good things about Jesse’s work today. He was on time for a pretty bad kitchen sink problem, he offered me a variety of ways to fix the problem (at different budget levels), he was respectful of the chaos in my house, he stayed till the job was done, and he did it right.He replumbed under the sink and replaced cheap parts (drain and trap) that should never have been installed. Also he added an accessible clean out that gives me peace of mind against future issues.Couldn’t have been better!

On Saturday, July 27, 2024 we had plumbing issues in our bathroom. My son-in-law called all city plumbing, they responded right away that they can send someone out. At approximately 6 PM the plumber came his name was Jonathan Gomez. Jonathan, check the problem out, and explain the situation what was happening with the toilet. He was very nice and very professional, I felt bad that he had to work late on a Saturday night, but being a professional worker, it didn’t phase him a bit. I called All City Plumbing because of a water leak and cause loss mitigation. I needed a plumber to look for the leak and give me a report to my insurance company. All city plumbing response time deserves a 5 star rating. No holds and provided me a plumber ASAP.Ruben Silva, did a great job looking for the leak and recommended to attach a pressure valve to prevent future problems. My water pressure before was at 85psi..recommended pressure should be at 65-75. He was very patient, came in timely and respected my house by wearing a shoe cover and a mask. Our 3 year-old Noritz tankless water heater started leaking in the middle of the night on Sunday/Monday. Since we bought the unit and had it installed by All City Plumbing so I called them at 6am to set up an appointment. Daniel came out on the same day around 9:30am and did a diagnosis on the leak, found connector pipe had a lot of hard water buildup that corroded the part and damaged the heat exchanger. Daniel ordered the replacement part from manufacturer. Bc the unit is considered new so it’s under warranty. Parts arrived at our home on Tuesday and Daniel returned on Wednesday to work on the repair. There’s no “downtime” throughout the whole process. Everything went super smoothly. Daniel is rather professional and personable at the same time. It was a pleasure working with him.

Sure enough their plumber, Ruben Silva, arrived on-time on a holiday weekend as well. He assessed the situation and was very impressed his knowledge of our unique situation. He describe what he was going to do and showed us in writing. Ruben did exactly what he said and solved our dilemma. Ruben was cool and confident about his ability as his expertise showed it. I hired Joseph from All City Plumbing to install a wifi-enabled leak monitoring system in my home. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained the benefits of the system, how it works, and how to use the app to control it. He also answered all my questions and gave me some tips on how to save water and prevent leaks.The installation was done quickly and neatly, with minimal disruption to my water supply. The system is installed on the main water line to the home, so it can monitor all the water going into the house. It can detect leaks, abnormal water usage, and even shut off the water automatically in case of an emergency. I can also monitor and adjust the water flow from my smartphone, which is very convenient.I am very happy with the service and the product that Joseph provided. Extremely professional service. We needed our tankless water heater replaced. Jonathan was incredibly kind and thorough. Made us feel comfortable with the money we had to spend to replace the unit. He made sure it was done right and worked all day to get it done. Thanksgiving was two days away so he made it a priority to get this done for us. I was at work while he was installing it and my wife and kids felt safe with him there. He was very quiet to not wake up my kids while they napped and my wife was so thankful for that. Once it was done he made sure everything was A-Ok the next day. I could not be more happy with all city plumbing and one of their best employees Jonathan! My family is so grateful to you. It is also nice to know that we can request you for anything else that may come up with our plumbing needs.
