    Technician #19 named Francisco R. was an excellent repair specialist for Splash who has completed 3 assignments with the most care and diligence.He gave our faulty tankless water heater a thorough inspection and gave us the most honest and professional estimate for repairs.He then replaced the water heater and came back and replaced a broken bathroom faucet with great effort.Francisco repaired 2 shower faucets and a sink faucet and finally installed a new vent for the water heater .Francisco is one of the most professional and courteous plumbers I have ever had.

    I called Splash plumbing to replace 2 of the toilets in my condo. Jose was my technician and he was awesome! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He did an awesome job and made sure that everything was in good working order. Even though he was efficient, he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. Jose also did a great job cleaning up after he was done, which I sincerely appreciated. Jose had me check everything before I paid for the service, and he pointed out some of the things I should keep an eye on over the next few days just in case. He said to call if I needed anything else. I would definitely use Splash plumbing again in the future, they provided a great service and were highly responsive.

    We had an emergency call for a flood in our lobby. Contacting Splashes emergency line has never been a problem. The after hours call center is great. Jonathan arrived moments before his forecasted arrival time. Came in and repaired the toilet problem and helped in some clean up and then he was on his way once he felt we were conformable with him leaving. He was very helpful and on a late call, he was very alert and very processional. He didnt make any of us feel like it was a drag to be called out so late.     The Splash team showed up on a Saturday morning after a pin-hole leak in a copper hot water line (in our office building!), which dumped 20 gallons of hot water on the floor. They showed up quickly, solved the problem in short order and took every safety precaution needed. The light above the ceiling fell when the water ruined it - the team made sure the electricity was Off in that area.We always appreciate the professionalism of Splash!

    I recently bought a condo that needed some plumbing work. The HOA Board strongly recommended Splash due to past excellent work, both for the HOA and for other condo owners.The day before work was scheduled, the dispatcher reminded me that their team would be there promptly at 8am (they did, in fact, arrive EXACTLY at 8am!). Josiah and an apprentice went to work immediately, bringing in a 50 gal water heater, 3 toilets, and all of the materials and equipment needed for installation. They then worked in a quiet, coordinated, and efficient fashion for the next 6-1/2 hours, pausing only to show me what they had done, how to turn the gas and water on and off, and recommending additional fixes (e.g., better shutoff valves for each toilet) as they identified them. Mid-way through the job, we were visited by 2 managers who stopped by to check up on the work. I was able to ask them questions about other anticipated plumbing needs.UPDATE: Splash Plumbing continues to impress with their professionalism, technical skills, and knowledge about plumbing codes, fixtures, and appliances.Ben did a walk-through to determine how best to address my priority goal of reducing risks of water leaks and damages (a leak in one condo had recently flooded the unit below, triggering insurance claims and litigation). I authorized Splash to implement Ben’s recommendations: changeout all existing shutoff valves to new, quick acting angle valves; replace the guest bathroom and half bath fixtures and install new cartridges to stop and prevent future drips and leaks. Josiah did all the work himself this time and as before, was extremely focused and diligent.The fix to the guest half bath could not be completed during this visit because the faucet I had purchased wouldnt work with the existing wall-mounted valve system. Splash helped identify a faucet that would work. After I purchased the new faucet, Splash sent Bryan, another Senior Tech, to install it. Unfortunately, as he started the work, Bryan discovered that the condo builder had not cut the backsplash faucet holes properly and the screws could not be reached. It took several weeks to figure out the resolution but finally, my brother and a handyman were able to re-drill and re-center the faucet holes. Finally, Josiah returned to complete installation of the new faucet and cartridges for the guest half bath - no more drips!Throughout the process of resolving the plumbing challenges in my condo, Ben, Josiah, Bryan, Marisol, Kristi, Eric, and a variety of other technical Splash Plumbing staff have been helpful, patient, responsive, and supportive. They recommended options for each challenge and worked collaboratively with me on all the fixes. I have no doubt that their thoughtful approach and advice has saved me $$$ and reduced future costs. Splash is now my trusted plumbing advisor; I wouldnt use anyone else.

    Excellent techs with quality service. They strive to maintain long term relationships. While they are not the cheapest, you definately get what you pay for, and that is excellent quality workmanship. Also their trucks are equipped like no other. Other companies might show up with a van lacking the proper parts or tools but their trucks are fully stocked with parts and tools making most visits a one visit experience. We have grown skeptical of the Bluffs contractors, due to some unfortunate experiences we have had with them, (former, not Splash). I should also note, that I am not a plumber, but I do own a laundromat that I helped build; so I am familiar with best practices.With that said, the four people they sent to this job were of top notch quality and professionalism. The first two were sent to investigate the issue. They were very thorough and knew their way around the camera equipment and knew what they were looking at. One was a trainee, and the trainer was very patient and taught him each step as he helped him accomplish them. Being a business owner, I know not everyone can teach or train like that; I was impressed.After the repair was made, and I can say that it was done right!! The two plumbers who were sent to replace the clean-out were diligent and did everything as I like to have it: they tarped the grass area for the dirt, and dug only what they needed to dig. I do know enough to recognize the fittings they used in the connection and the process of installing them was textbook and clean. They even torqued the clamps and compacted the soil. No shortcuts were taken.After having my share of plumbing nightmares, I had to write to their company and share what an exemplary job was done. This repair was a simple one, but one that is often fraught with shortcuts, as evident from the previous Bluffs contractor who installed that clean-out. But Splash Plumbing handled it properly and in a timely and NEAT manner. And all four of their guys were also very polite.I will not be hesitant to have Splash Plumbing handle any future HOA-related plumbing issues related to our home - God forbid.Thanks Splash!!

    DeAndre was on time and very professional . He had all his equipment with him. My water valves and hoses were so old and he gave me a quote. Since he was there I decidedto have it all replaced. It took about 3 hrs as my main water shutoff was in Garage. He did a great job and now I can shut off the water in the Kitchen with the new valves. I am extremely happy.

    The people from Splash were only here for a few minutes before finding the source of the problem: The water heater. The connection point at the very top of the water heater was oozing water droplets, which were eventually dribbling down the rear of the tank. The puddle then soaked through to the guest bathroom. The workers were very friendly and worked fast. They shut off the electricity to the water heater, then worked together on it for about half a hour. After which, we were good to go; they also took a quick look at the garbage disposal and dishwasher, as requested, but found no additional causes for concern.
