My wife and I were very impressed with Travis, the Service Technician from NexGen, he was very friendly, polite, knew the business and answered every question fully and truthfully. We had a blockage on our sewer system and even the bathtub was not draining. Travis tried several times to clear the blockage with no luck. He then told me he was calling for support and that they would use a camera to try and identify the problem. When the camera arrived they had to go through the vent pipe. Travis once again had a tough time but through determination he finally broke through the blockage. Unfortunately I was shown the condition of my 70+ year old galvanized pipes and it was terrible. I also found out that there were many leaks of my pipes.I was offered three options but chose complete replacement of the old pipes. Six people came the next day and worked very hard to do the work and finished the job quickly. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. I highly recommend NexGen for all your plumbing work.

My name is Brandon Kennedy and I had an appointment with NexGen today scheduled between 9-11. The technician Jose was early showing up at 8:30 which was very impressive! I called for a slow draining tub not only did Jose fix the tub but identified other problems that could cause issues later and I greatly appreciated that! Jose then began to educate me on certain maintenance things that should be done on a regular basis and how Next gen offered a monthly maintenance plan. Long story short I joined and not only did I get my drain fixed but I got my hot water heater serviced and it only cost me $15!!! Good service ,good company GREAT TECH. Thank you Jose !

Yesterday I had a service call by Jevon a nexGen technician complete a service call on my heating and air conditioning unit. He was early for the call, very courteous and took to time to answer my questions and was quite knowledgeable. I also have been working with Ryan Obremski who is the branch manager for Palm Desert. He has also been both knowledgeable and very patient with working with me to replace my A/C unit that was destroyed by a fire. He actually arranged for the technician to come out and assess my other A/C unit that is still working.I typically don’t post reviews but Ryan has been very helpful through this entire process.

Robbie from NexGen exemplifies everything a company could ask for. He is professional, knowledgeable, articulate, personable, friendly, and really seems to not only enjoy his job but take pride in what he does as well. This is hard to find these days. We had routine servicing on our HVAC system to make sure everything is running smooth. He explained everything he was doing step-by-step and he provided some recommendations. NexGen is lucky to have him on board and we recommend Robbie for anyone needing work done on their HVAC system.

Welcome to my journey of three years with Nexgen HVAC.Blower will turn on but my compressor fan will not turn on even though the thermostat says its on. I am now on my third thermostat installed by this company with no resolution.Recently they came out and quoted me a $2000 repair paid it but issues still not fixed.As you can tell throughout my post, Ive been very frustrated with this company and have said quite a few things. To be honest this company I used to regard as one of the worst companies Ive dealt with, but they have changed my mind and my view, and I am now a lifelong, customer of theirs. Their team has genuinely done above and beyond spite my negative reviews to make things right. One of their technicians has come out. He did a great job and even told me what to do for minor cleaning.I recently had a chance to talk to Ruben, who gave me the opportunity to discuss all my issues and their team has been solid and actually fixed everything and addressed all my issues and concerns.To anyone looking for a solid company that will genuinely stick with you till the end to get things right take a minute to read my past reviews and see that despite what I said about them, they genuinely care .No, I wasnt bribed. No, I wasnt paid for anything. These guys genuinely change my view by just going above and beyond and I hate to say it, but these guys really care.

Had a leak from upstairs come down through our ceiling downstairs. Nextgen sent a couple guys out the very next morning. All three Jesse, Noah and Arron were very helpful and detailed in their work. We were asking a lot of questions and each of them seemed very knowledgeable.They also checked our water and showed us how high our chlorine levels were. We decided to move forward and buy filter for the house and it instantly was improving our water. We have 3 kids so this was something we truly appreciatedWe have nothing but good things to say about Nextgen and would 100% refer them to anyone needed help with their home. Major plus too was the option to pay monthly instead of paying a big bill upfront.

Gerry is the greatest water heater installer in the world! I was sold the electric water heater along with a new water softener by tommy. The softener is great, but the water heater was a bit of a transition from my on demand gas to the electric unit. Tommy neglected to fully inform me that it would take a few minutes to heat up to the proper temp to do dishes on demand, like I was used to. The electric units are more geared to large familys that need enough hot water for everyone, but not really on demand. I found all of this info out from about 5 to 6 trouble shooters that came out to tweek the temp to heat up on start up, but this is not what these units are best at! All & all nexgens entire service team is A+. From the receptionists to every serviceman that came to do the work. But Gerry installed it and was the guy that figured it all out after 5 other attempts! Highly recommended & should be promoted to instructor! Nexgen just needs to inform customers thouroghly on changing from a gas to electric water heater, its a bug investment.

I am so glad I called this company for my leaking ac. Juan was so professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me 3 options to solve the problem along with prices. I made my choice and the problem was fixed. I also signed up for their maintenance program and know that my ac, heating and plumbing are in great hands. Noah(from the Fontana nexgen) impressed me from the second he entered our home. My HVAC has had several problems for years now. Noah walked me through his entire diagnostic of my HVAC and I learned more from him in 5 minutes than I ever did using other companies in the past 2 years. Then he asked about my furnace. No other co pant asked about that. He crawled up in the attic and walked me through everything he was looking at while up there. He encouraged me to watch everything he did and it made me feel comfortable with what was going on. I learned how old my system is and all the problems I need to fix in its entirety. Looking forward to working in the future with nexgen. I have a much clearer understanding on what I need to get done with my system to ribose my house with the most efficient solution possible. I have used NexGen a few times to repair various issues with my AC. Each time they were prompt to come out, diagnose the issue, and fix it all for a reasonable price. Prior to NextGen I tried Goettl, who was just awful, so I was wary to try another company. But NexGen was so impressive that when it was time to replace my HVAC, I called NexGen. From my first contact, I knew I made the right decision. Christian Valdez and Randi Carbajal were so professional and did not try to upsell me to things I didn’t need. The workers who did the install were also very professional, on time, and answered every question we had. Getting a new HVAC can be a daunting experience but with NextGen, I knew I was in good hands. All post-install questions were answered timely and completely. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

He found that two of my motors that were on its last legs were still under warranty and got me an amazing price to replace what I needed. The biggest thing of all was his integrity. I’ve had another person from a small company check out our system and I heard different things from him and his work wasn’t guaranteed.I couldn’t be more thankful for having a trustworthy company like NexGen fix our stuff and they are a great company because of their workers. Just had my HVAC system tuned up by Gus with NexGen. Gus check the furnace in the attic change the filter and said everything looked good in the attic. He then went out to the backyard to inspect the condenser. He readjusted the cabinet to eliminate a noisy vibration and gave my system a clean bill of health. Gus was fantastic.

Patrick did an amazing job! He installed a new transformer and did a great job at explaining what went bad, and what we needed to do moving forward. OMG we almost died. Our thermostat and heating system is old and could have really posed gas leakage issues. He was extremely personable and did what he could to make our experience great. I would definitely recommend and use NexGen again. 5 out of 5 stars!

I had my condo (1,300 sq. ft.) bided for a new AC/furnace/ducting/abatement by all of the big box retailers you can think of like HD, Lowes, Costco, Sears, and a couple of smaller outfits.The journey...Interestingly enough most of the big box retailers sub-contract their work locally to the smaller outfits so expect a slightly higher price tag, because they have to pay commission to the big box retailer. The Costco sub-contractor from Associated Heating & Air was by far the most unreasonable price and insisted on pushing a 2-ton AC unit even though a 3-ton unit was being replaced. I did my research and at a minimum I needed a 2.5-ton unit and max of 3-tons could be installed. After some arguing he said “fine get a 3-ton unit consider it free upgrade…” I was getting nearly a $15,000 dollar bid from him so free upgrade my !?!?. Costco if your listening sub-contract your work to Nextgen you will make a lot more people happier. Sears rep was very informative and started high and eventually came down to a reasonable bid and 0% financing for a Kenmore unit. Lowes rep was great and had a lower bid than Nexgen, but they had a 16.9 sear Lennox unit and I wanted a higher rating.Nexgen Air was awesome from the bid process initiated 5/4/17 Thursday night to the completion of the work on 5/6/17 Saturday. Initially my father and I worked with John, Project Manager and he did a thorough review of the condo and bid us $1,200 more than the lowest bid we had from Lowes sub-contractor for a Trane 18 sear unit/80% 2-stage furnace/abatement/ducting. John split the difference and we ended up paying more, but for a better unit. I expected everything to be removed and installed over the week, however, to my surprise John said the abatement guys will be here tomorrow morning. I looked at my watch 9:30pm Thursday night, so they did arrive Friday morning and finished the work within 2 hours. Nexgen immediately called after the abatement work was complete on Friday afternoon and came by with the Tustin City permits. John called and said “My installation team headed by Aldo(Caesar) will arrive at 7am Saturday and should have the work completed by Sunday the latest. I was elated because their service was fast and friendly. Aldo was informative and his team were all professional and their attention to detail was phenomenal, so much so that when the City inspector arrived the week after he said “In my 20 years of inspecting this is the cleanest job I have ever seen”. The installation team finished the work the same day. My AC/Heating was up and running within 2 days. Nexgen team thank you very much!

Turned out to be a tripped surge protection circuit which he reset.The office waived all charges, not even a service call..!!Real people doing honest work, highly recommend them!

Patrick H from Nexgen is my hero! My AC had a really foul odor that would appear when I would turn it on and I did some home research and thought it might be dirty sock syndrome. I tried reading up on some DIY options and called some local handymen and smaller companies to get a quote. They all explained to me that it would be a really complicated process that would require me to check my coils, replace them, and potentially even replace the entire AC unit! This company is really professional and offers quick help! I called around 9am to schedule plumbing emergency service and I got an appointment for the same day at 5pm. Dylan actually showed up an hour earlier to fix the problem. Our apartment is in an old building and Dylan had experience with this type. Our sink wasn’t draining so he took a look at it and snaked it. He also installed proper piping and all of that helped with our issue. He also explained why the problem occurred and gave us great advices on how to avoid it in the future and what to look out for. He is sooo nice! I explained to him the situation he then ventured to the roof top and spent 1HOUR in his diagnostic review. That alone was impressive. The first guy was 10 minutes 😡🤬 Anyway Roger gave me an honest diagnosis and stated that he can fix the problem and that my compressor is not broken! The first guy told me it was broken 😠. Roger said “I can fix it” music to my ears 😁😁😁😁 hurray 🎉 yes he did. We now have AC , ROGER we love you 🎉🎉🎉 He explained in full detail what is needed and what he did. He took pictures and a video. Who does that?…. Nexgen Air does 🥰 I loved his professionalism. Roger, you will forever be our AC technician! What a great person. I have to give props to the owners of this company they made a great choice in hiring Roger and an amazing job in training him. I believe customer service is a trait that people obtain with experience and Roger has AMAZING customer service. I would recommend NexGen for any work in heartbeat. Our AC gave out in the middle of a heat wave, 95 degree weather. I had another company come out and he tried to charge us a lot to find a leak and keep in mind that he didn’t do anything. I called Nexgen and right away Patric the technician, very professional went to work assuring me that he will find the problem, and he found it within 20 - 30 mins. My condenser had a big leak. At this point Tim was called. Very professional and polite. He explain to me my options in detail and never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need, like the other company. With the amazing vibe I got from Tim and Patrick I decided to go with a new AC and furnace system with all new ducking (I’ve been told before the ducking was in bad shape) and the crew! They were Amazing!!! Very professional. From the moment they got here they got to work! In September 2019 I contacted NexGen for an annual service call. The technicians arrived within the specified time and efficiently did their job. When they were finished they shared with me some potential problems I might anticipate in the future as my system was approaching 30 years of use. They also explained to me the energy savings benefits of the newer systems and how I would be able to run my A/C without fearing an enormous electricity bill. I opted to replace my system with the exception of an attic heater that had been replaced ten years earlier. They were here the next day and completed the work in a very professional manner and true to their word I was able to run my A/C during our hot 2020 summer without going bankrupt. They just came out for another service tune up and brought to my attention some issues with my attic heater that I was able to see myself. In addition to replacing the heater I also decided to have them rework my air ducts because of poor air distribution in our spare bedrooms. A team was here that afternoon to take out the old equipment and another team arrived on Saturday to install the new system. I now have a very quiet system and plenty of airflow into my spare rooms. Their staff was very respectful of our home, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend NexGen to anyone considering repairing or upgrading their HVAC system. Thanks

Excellent, quick acting, and responsive! I had my HVAC and water heater replaced, which they offered financing for, both times the teams were polite, wore booties over their work boots, and provided an explanation of the process. Ashton was our POC and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the products and teams each time. Give the man a raise!UPDATE: 2/17 since the system was installed, we’ve had the unit inspected and were expecting an energy efficiency certification to come soon after. It’s been a year and a few months and we still haven’t received anything. My partner and I have been calling for the past two weeks trying to get a hold of someone and no one has called us back with any information. At this point we’re getting the runaround from the company. Without the certification, I’m not able to claim it on my taxes or get any credits back on the money I spent.Update: 5/11 since leaving poor reviews about the lack of helpfulness and knowledge of the certification from their staff, the president of NexGen, Bill, reached out to help me. Within 3 days I had my certification, all because he had to submit a similar doc for his taxes as well. Very quick acting on his part and helped me save money. I just don’t understand why it had to escalate before anyone would help me.

Patrick was at the house on time for the appointment and was very professional. I told him foot booties werent necessary, but he used them anyway. He checked out the system (which is old), and quoted me on the needed repairs. Having just put a new roof before the rainy season, I told him I was a little strapped for the repairs that are needed but definitely will be using him when Im in a position to do so. I liked Patrick because he didnt come at me with the typical doom and gloom you need a new system pitch. I mean personally I know I need a new system, just not in the cards right now. Anyway, thanks again to Pat and Nextgen.

You are in safe hands with Nexgen Plumbing. We had an emergency where water was leaking from the wall of one bathroom and the sound of rushing water could be heard underneath the tub of another. We contacted Nexgen Plumbing and they were able to send a crew out the next day to properly diagnose the issue. They did not have to tear up everything to identify the source of the leak but used advanced tools to locate the manifold and make minimal openings in the wall to identify the problem. Ultimately, we decided to have all of the plumbing redone, going from copper to PEX piping, and to have a new water heater installed. They completed the job in two days and we now have peace of mind and have added much greater value to our home than existed previously. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, capable, and were able to clean up well after themselves. Further, they went above and beyond to get us new shower heads and make things better than they found them. We only need to get permanent replacements for the areas they created openings, but that should not be difficult, and they already provided temporary patches where needed. This was a major project, but we have no regrets trusting Nexgen Plumbing. If we ever need to, we will rely upon them again without any hesitation! A shout out to the most amazing group of workers: Christopher, Alphonso, Jose, and Danny of the Plumbing Department based out of Anaheim. They were attentive, communicated well, were very knowledgeable, and did the best job I could imagine. They deserve credit for a job very well done. I give Nexgen Plumbing and these plumbers my highest rating! Thanks, guys!

We had an issue with the hot water in the shower, it was coming in pretty lukewarm. I suspected the valve was not installed right since we just remodeled it this past summer and we used to get hot water before when the valve could turn a full half circle, but now it only turns a quarter circle. It wasnt an issue until now since its freezing in the morning. Michael and Clemente came by and fixed the issue with the valve and it turns a full half circle now and we got steaming hot water again. I so appreciate these people!!! I called James on a Thursday night when my AC decided it was done working for the evening… I was heading out of town and was concerned about the pets being in a hot house when I wasn’t home (yes, I have someone stopping to care for them). They were there the following day even though they had so many other clients to work in because of the heat. Roger showed up at 7:30pm on a Friday night which says a lot about the company. Instead of lecturing me on my dirty filters, he made me feel like I was human and just maybe switching them out had slipped my mind. He also didn’t try and sell me on anything, just informed me of the age(s) of parts of my system. Roger also made me aware of possible replacement in the near future and I will absolutely call when I’m ready.
