    Walter and Alex did a terrific job at our home. They are professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and work well together. Scott English Plumbing communicated very well regarding appointments, timing, delays, etc. Walter and Alex resolved the problem in a timely fashion and identified another issue which if ignored could have created a very serious problem. We would welcome these gentlemen for future plumbing work. Very pleased we called Scott English Plumbing.

    Ben and Alex came over immediately when my elderly mom had the pipes UNDER THE HOUSE broke. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND their job description. Alex/Ben crawled under the house in a very small space on a very hot day and stayed there for 3 consecutive days. While down there they saw Brown Recluse spiders and killed every one they found with a blow torch. Alex was such a hard worker and both were very humble and GENEROUS WITH THEIR TIME. they didnā€™t rush off but stayed and explained everything to my mom and we all felt safe and very comfortable in trusting both of them without being home!!My mom who doesnā€™t understand a plumberā€˜s job, called Ben and wanted help with her pilot light. He literally told her that he would come over on his day off,the next day, to take care of it for her.I donā€™t know why anyone would want to use a different Plumber because this company was amazing ā€¼ļøā€¼ļøā€¼ļø

    Bo has a vast knowledge of older houses as well as the newer models. Mine is 1957 build. I am redoing the front bath and purchased a sink, faucet and stopper of my liking. My sink is wall mount on irreplaceable Italian tile. Bo made sure everything was done perfectly! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

    I was extremely satisfied with Rafaelā€™s service. He was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to unclog my kitchen drain after my plumber. I mean my old plumber couldnā€™t get it. He gave me a fair assessment of what was blocking the drain. Afterward he showed me the camera of the gunk that was in the piles that a snake cannot get. This quote was $100 more then the one I received from the previous guy. But we will for sure go with Scott English. I feel professionalism and friendliness are worth the extra money as I feel I can trust this company.Rafael is a great employee and if I ever need their device again I will ask for him.

    We were surprised this morning with a steady leak from the pipes behind our water heater. Walter showed up in about 30 mins after we called and after agreeing on a reasonable price, he started work right away. The service was fantastic; would highly recommend!

    Called Scott English Plumbing for a slab leak emergency. Sean was our lead tech.Sean showed up each day, every day, on time or earlier. They took care of everything far more quickly than we expected even though the job was a big one. Sean kept us up to date on progress, problems and estimated costs. We needed specialists and he coordinated and managed everything. He clearly went above and beyond to help.The company wasnt cheap, but our experience with Sean was that if he said something would be done by a certain date or time, we could rest assured it would be done.If youre fortunate enough to get Sean on your job, youre definitely in good hands.

He was very courteous and professional explaining his plan of action to both me and my husband (had to repeat twice and was happy to do so). Took care of our blocked shower drain quickly, left the shower as he found it - all clean, and then tested it for proof all fixed.     Ulises C. arrived on time on the day of service. He was very polite and answered all questions that we had. He performed his evaluation quickly and sent info back to his office. After that he left briefly then returned with everything needed to swap out our tankless water heater. He worked quickly to take out our old unit and install the new one. One the install was completed, he cleaned up the install location and vacuumed with his portable shop vac. He tested the faucets around the house for temp and pressure. Great service all around!

    My kitchen sink had backed up and I called about 5pm Thursday evening and reached someone to speak with on my first call. I explained my issue and told her it was not an emergency. She said someone would call Friday morning to schedule service to clear my drain.By 7:30am I had a text asking if it was okay to call me at that time. So they called and said they could schedule someone to come out this morning. I received another text at 8:15am saying they had a technician who could be out in 45 minutes to 1 hour if that was convenient..Sure enough they were on time, they even texted a picture and the name of the Tech, so I knew who to expect. Joshua showed up on-time, professional looking, and even put on booties before coming into my house and evaluating my problem. He explained my service options after inspecting my issue. He started the job after explaining pricing and what to expect.He was fast, efficient and worked very clean. My drain was done before 10am for the price agreed upon with no after the fact salesmanship or trying to upsell any service.I couldnt be any happier with the total experience of working with this company. Every interaction was professional and they took care of my issue in a very timely manner.Five stars out of 5 for sure.

    Diego was such a lovely young man in addition to being a terrific plumber! I thought I had a slab leak but he knew better and was able to find the leak by cutting just 3 small holes in my wall.     James and Sam arrived at my house to swap out a couple of water supply valves for my new kitchen faucet. Both technicians were friendly and cordial. Experience felt like a combo of work completion and hang-out session which I appreciated. Was better than the usual work-completed, now-pay-me experience. Was nice to not feel like a business transaction. Work took about an hour and work was high quality. Valves were swapped out. Kitchen faucet installation was completed and no leaks of any kind under the sink. Also appreciated the tips and questions answered about other pluming items for the sake of being proactive before problems arise. Thanks!

    Overall a generally good experience. Once I explained my problems, they had somebody out the next day to give an estimate and start with repairs. We had several unforeseen issues, but the technician was able to fix everything that was unexpected. After the initial indoor repairs, We had a second technician out to fix a leaking gas line in our yard. He was very professional, prompt, and efficient. he was able to detect the source of the leak and had it repaired within 2 days. Since this happened right before Christmas, he worked hard to finish the project on time for our holiday party.Their technicians, Johnathon, Arthur and Chris, all did great work.

    Had our kitchen sink back up this weekend, called their customer service line and setup a call back for an appointment. The techs arrived, asked a few questions to make sure I qualified for the drain cleaning special price, and then they got to work, showed me the clog via camera and let me know my options for cleaning out and maintaining the drain system. In under 45 minutes from arrival my drain was cleaned out and flowing again.

    The team at Scott English Plumbing was great. We had a broken drain under a cast iron tub, and they were the only plumber that took the time to fully understand the problem, and find the most cost effective solution.     We have used Scott English for plumbing several times in the past and they always provide friendly, professional and quality service! We are in a condo so navigating the plumbing can sometimes be very difficult. Jayson and Michael were great at diagnosing and communicating the problems and work they needed to perform.     Our repair was needed in the bathroom as our sink had a leaking pipe. However, we didnt know how bad it was until Evan arrived with his partner. They gave us quotes about the assessment, demolition, repair, and patching. The material for the repair was discussed, and a walk through of where those pieces would go was given. Once the demolition began, the actual damage was a lot more severe than anticipated. Three different sources of the leak were found. Luckily, we had caught the leak before any real damage was done to the interior of the wall. From start to finish, every step was explained and walked through. I appreciate the care that was taken in replacing parts and repairing. I am thankful that they had taken the time to explain the problem and different options for continuing further with not only me but with my brother and my mother as well. Overall, I am satisfied with the company!

    I recently had shower valves replaced in two bathrooms and a water conditioner connected by Diego and Luke from Scott English. They provided high quality work and were able to complete the repairs without issue. They were very professional, thorough and timely.     The Technician James Paulson was a Professional plumber that ask me to describe the problem I reported, he asked questions, inspected the toilet as it flushed and gave me several suggestions as to how it could be repaired. He also had a trainee with him and discussed the options with him and let him try out the first option. Within no time the toilet was working again and they continued to test it to make sure it continued to work. They worked well as a team and he helped the newer employee to gain more experience.     We were very impressed with Nick Davis. He called us prior to coming giving us a 30 - 40 minute time frame before his arrival. Upon his arrival he was professional and quick to get to the problem at hand. We had a plugged bathroom sink drain as well as a plugged bathtub drain.     We were referred this company to have water access installed in a home we recently purchased to allow water/ice to dispense from our refrigerator. Nick and his partner arrived, were very friendly, and examined all possible options for the difficult job (our sink is not close to the refrigerator and is separated by doors/walkways, so there isnt an easy route). He provided a ton of knowledge (was patient with MY LACK of knowledge) and gave us a great price. We will have to seek another 3rd party provider to complete the task, which he had recommendations for and marked exactly what was expected from them to ensure the project runs smoothly.     Needed to get a plumber out to our home, as I found a puddle of water, that flowed from under the kitchen sink and onto the floor. And after reading up on the reviews of local plumbers that service Orange County, I placed a call this a.m. to Scott English Plumbing. And with over 1296 decent reviews (far more positive reviews than negative) I was certain this company would be a good way to go - and I was not wrong! A couple hours later a very nice and extremely professional plumber named Ulises C. from Scott English Plumbingknocked on our door. But an hour before the service call, they gave us a phone call to alert us they were on their way.After listening to my concerns, Ulises took the time to answer ALL my questions. He explained what he would be checking and provided us with an estimate BEFORE work began. It was refresing to know beforehand, of what EXACTLY would be done, the cost, and best of all, NO unnecessary surprises! The cost for an in-depth exam was quite afforable. After getting our electronic signature, he was extremely thorough, and ran all sorts of tests to see where the link might be originating from. He provided us with some invaluable pointers on the workings of tubes, the drain, connectors, the garbage disposal, even a bit of info on the dishwasher air gap. Hubby and I were pleased with Scott English Plumbing, and with plumber, Ulises C. They did not try and up sale us on unnecessary repairs. I hate it (and who doesnt?) when a company tries that tactic. But Scott English Plumbing did not go that route. Would highly recommend this group for your plumbing needs.Five stars? With a resounding, YES!

Although he didnā€™t do work for me he came and gave me a quote after another plumbing group Murphy and sons came in and said I had a leak and it was going to cost $4000 to put in a new water line from the meter back to the house service. Rafael looked and said thatā€™s not the case is actually an irrigation leak., he said he knew someone that can do this for a little less money, as he would have to charge me the full rate of a pressurize system, and he said thatā€™s not what you need for this particular job. You donā€™t find people that honest and I have now decide I will always go first to Robert English Plumbing and Rafael!

    Our plumbing was backing up in our veranda in July and again yesterday. I used scott pluming both times. Elliott was able to not only solve the blockage but also identified the root cause of the problem using a camera inside the pipe which was the buildup within our old pipe. He told us that we will probably experience blockage again and at that point we will need to pressure wash the pipes and told us the estimated costs. He also didnā€™t charge me for the service this time as it was covered under the first serviceā€™s warranty in July. I felt that he was very knowledgeable, informative, fast, and honest.

    Brett arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly analyzed the issues and had my drain unclogged in no time.     I noticed a leak coming from the roof/wall in the kitchen. I immediately figured it was a leaking pipe in the wall, so I shut off water to the house. After searching online and calling numerous plumbing companies I set up multiple appointments for the following day. The next day, Chris R. from Scott English Plumbing was the first appointment I had scheduled. And what a relief it turned out to be! From the beginning Chris was very professional and upfront about everything. He looked at the location of the leak but without being able to actually see into the wall he informed me that heā€™d have to run some test. Which was fine by me. First, he used a pressure gauge on the main water valve and was able to confirm that there were no leaks in the main water supply pipes. So he concluded it would most likely be a leak in a pipe for either an upstairs shower, sink, or toilet. He tested the hallway bathroom first by running water in each appliance one at a time. The shower and faucet checked out fine. However, after flushing the toilet three times he was able to recreate the leak that was occurring! So he narrowed down the issue to the hallway toilet. He then removed the toilet and ran water directly down the piping, which resulted in no leak! Which had me a bit confused. However, Chris R. quickly informed me that the leak was probably due to the toilet not having a proper seal on it and that it wasnā€™t seated properly. So he replaced the wax seal that was underneath the toilet then reseated it. Afterward, we flushed the toilet multiple times and the leak had stopped!!! He then proceeded to check the other upstairs bathroom just to make sure. No problems there! I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently Chris R. was able to find and fix the problem. He didnā€™t try to price gouge or recommend any unnecessary work that would cost me a small fortune. He simply went about his work in a very calculated and professional manner. I will definitely recommend Scott English Plumbing to others in the future, but even more so I will recommend Chris R.!

    Itā€™s Sunday at 10 AM. Our kitchen sink is overflowing and we are in a panic. The contracted plumber for our community was not available, so our HOA called Scott English for emergency service. At 4:30 PM we were told an hour to an hour and a half. 30 minutes later Elliott Balboa arrived. He was friendly, explained the cause of the problem and had the clog opened and our water flowing within 30 minutes. The work was obviously great but to have such a pleasant and professional person when we were so stressed out was such a blessing. I cannot say enough good things about Elliot. His work ethic and attitude were outstanding - especially at the last minute in a Sunday evening.     We dealt with two different contractors prior to this one. We had a horrible and unprofessional service from those two. One did not want to put on the boot covers when entering to the house nor considered of bringing one. We told him the issue, he used the stopper and solved the issue no more than 10mins. The issue was not resolved and he refused to used snake to clean the pipe and asked us to pay more to modified the pipe if we want it to be fixed. The other contractor didnā€™t refused to wear boot covers but not happy to put it on as we personally felt he was force to. Spent no more than 5 mins of listening to our story and concluded we need a clean out with extra charge of $775. He didnā€™t even mentioned anything about snaking. But with Michael from Scott English company, its a whole different story. He brought his own boot cover and wore before entered into the house. He listened to our situation attentively and asked further questions to understand more. After showing him around, he gave us the price with snaking and hands-on the job immediately. We thought were just quoting first then rescheduled to come back to work on it. With this result, it tells us how considerate person he is and put our situation as priority. We were surprised how he could possibly snake it when other two contractors already said they canā€™t. We told him that based on those previous contractor said there was no access so they couldnā€™t snake it. He looked puzzled and asked us how come they canā€™t have access. Then come to realize, because the snake machine is too heavy and our kitchen is upstairs, most likely those two contractors were just too lazy and didnā€™t want to do the job. Not only he performed snaking with no hesitation, he spent hours to solve the issue of leaking, and we didnā€™t feel he was in rush because it was getting quite late. We truly appreciate his consideration just the way he explains things, carried that heavy tool up to the stairs, make no loud noise because he was very cautious with the neighbor and had his own boot cover consistently the entire time. We are very please and satisfied with his work and would definitely refer Scott English to friends and families, and especially refer Michael.

    We had a couple plumbers out to unclog a shower in our old 60 YO tract house. Originally we were told the only way to get this done was by Jack hammering the shower and replacing everything. When Arthur got here he did everything he could to clear it without Jack hammering. And he didā€¦but he did discover that the other bath/shower was leaking and the pipes were pretty corroded. He was out the next day and spent the entire day working on the repairs. We now not only have our shower back but the shower/tub works like a charm and looks so purdy!     We started using Scott English Plumbing back in October when we had a complicated electronic problem with our master bathroom shower system, Tyler Mello came out and handled the entire issue from beginning to end and was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous during the process.     These guys are great. They came out today to fix a lead that another plumbing company left. Matt diagnosed the issue, called our landlord, explained the issue and even got her to sign off on the repairs right on the spot (not always an easy feat with our landlord). Tim was who visited us this time and he gave me valuable insight on my tankless gas water heater, and took care of installing a pipe on the escape valve to ensure no water will be dropped in my garage in case the pressure ever gets too high - for a little background, I got the house 2 weeks ago and discovered that the previous owners never fixed a few issues nor serviced the heater. Im sure to hire them again next year when its time for servicing it again.

    We had a leak in our ceiling that Jimi had to come out on a Friday night after hours to look at. He had a great attitude and made sure he did everything he could to help us. We were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to assist.
