After my last leak, I decided it was time to repipe my whole house. I have a 3bedroom, 3 bath house. I got 5 estimates in total and Plumbing Solution Specialist was referred to me by friends. We met with Robert and Marcos after work for the estimate. I liked that they were able to accommodate a later evening appointment so that we weren’t disturbed during working hours.Robert explained the whole process and showed me everything that would be replaced. All hot and cold lines, bibs, water pressure regulator, new shut off valves, quarter turn valves, etc. He explained how they planned on repiping and where they would be running the PEX pipe.Plumbing Solution Specialists weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive estimate we received, but my husband and I felt Robert and Marcos were the most detailed, upfront and honest of the 5 estimates. They didn’t pressure us to sign that day. They were very honest and affordable. We liked how they broke down the estimate so you could see exactly how much the repipe was and how much the drywall patch work would be. They also gave a lifetime warranty by Plumbing Solution Specialist as well as a 25 year warranty for the Uponor Pex.We are very satisfied with the services. They arrived on time with a 6 man crew. All 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and water heater pipes were done on the same day, water turned back on earlier than expected! Patch work was done the following day. We can’t even tell where the holes were. Both crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Robert was very professional, knowledgeable and always available to reach via cell-phone.I would highly recommend Plumbing Solution Specialists.

Marcos came to the home to give out a free estimate and was incredibly knowledgeable. I repiped a 3900 sq ft 5 bathroom home and installed two new tankless water heaters and a lifesource whole house filter. They had 15 guys all come on time 7:30am. They put up plastic screens everywhere and kept the furniture neat and protected. The crew stayed until 10pm and made sure we had water and they all worked like champions. Before this work; we had disgusting hard water and it took over a minute to get hot water in any faucet. Now I get hot water under 5 seconds and the water quality is the best money can buy. Additionally I don’t hear the water running from the pipes now when other floors are being used which I love.They literally solved all my plumbing and water problems and the house now shot up in value!!!

My wife discovered water in the floor near our two bathrooms late Thursday, I turned off the water to the house to stop the leak. Friday I called several plumbers, only one returned my call and didnt do leak detection. I searched the web for leak detection and found Plumbing Solution Specialist. Their website said they could do repiping in one day. I called and Marcos came out and found our slab leek. They came out Saturday and repiped the house. They started at 8 am and were done around 2 pm. The next day the crew came out to patch all the holes. They did a great job. Some rooms still have cottage cheese textured ceilings and they matched it perfectly. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, and how fast it was done. All that needs to be done now is repaint.

No upselling just facts. We met with another company on Tuesday morning and decided to go with Marcos. He had a crew out to our home on Wednesday and completed the re-pipe. Thursday he had the Drywall and patching team out. The entire team was hardworking, professional and on time. Everything was completed just as Marcos described. The work is clean, looks great and was less expensive than the competitor. We are very pleased with Marcos and Team and would highly recommend them. Great customer service , honest and efficient.

We called Plumbing Solutions Specialists Saturday evening to schedule an appointment for a slab leak that had our water heater constantly running. Marcos contacted minutes later to inspect the same night. Marcos arrived and did a thorough assessment and identified 2 slab leaks. He provided affordable options for remediation. His crew came out on Sunday and capped the existing and reran a new line through the walls and ceiling preventing the need to trench and damage to the floors. Reroute took a couple of hours and everything was working again. Marcos had his drywall and texture team out the following morning.Highly recommend, Marcos and his crew are professional, effecient, and great at what they do. Will refer others to this company for plumbing/slab leaks - they are experts and affordable.

He was able to price match plus Plumbing Solution Specialist was a referral from my neighbor. So I was more confident on their work. I discovered that I had a leak inside of a wall and was told by my regular plumber that it was probably the tip of the iceberg and that I needed a whole house repipe. I called on a Friday morning, left a message, and my call was immediately returned. Rene came out that afternoon to look around and give me an estimate. He said theyd be able to start the job that Sunday, which was fantastic. The plumbing crew showed up early Sunday morning and were finished that afternoon. The drywall guys came the next day to patch everything up. Both crews were polite and took care to protect my home with plastic, and they cleaned everything up when they left. Rene stopped by both days to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I honestly did not have time to get other estimates, so I cant speak to the cost, but as for service, I was very impressed. So far, everything seems to be working fine. I appreciate Renes efforts in making sure I was satisfied with the work, and Im especially happy that they were able to get the work done so quickly and professionally.

After I made an appointment, they said that it would be done in one day and I would be back up and running. Marcos is great to work with - super helpful, service-oriented and very responsive by phone & text. My parents had a slab leak and needed to get the house repiped very quickly. Marcos offered a good price and worked to keep costs affordable. The repiping was done the very next day and the drywall was repaired perfectly 2 days later (with 1 day for city inspection), so no repainting is even needed. Both the plumbing and drywall crews were nice guys who worked very hard, efficiently and professionally, and cleaned up well. Marcos handled all the city permitting, and the inspector complimented their work. Throughout the project, Marcos took care of all our questions and requests quickly and went above & beyond to be helpful. My parents and I are very happy with the work. I am very satisfied with the services they arrived on time with a six man crew. I had PEX re-piping done to my entire house. They are available to work on weekends. The price was reasonable. I only recommend that next time they do a job they should have a plumber on site with tools in case they have to unclog any drains before or after the re-pipe. If you do a re-pipe make sure it includes both the horizontal and vertical pipes. Rene was a very nice person and kept me up-to-date on the project

Overall we have a wonderful experience! Recently we decided to repipe our whole house water pipe system due to more than 40 years old galvanized pipes. After we compared a couple of estimates, we finally decided to use Plumbing Solution Specialist. Mr Marcos gave us a valuable representation why we should choose Plumbing Solution Specialist, and a reasonable, competitive estimate that including labor, materials,city permit etc. Marcos arranged everything for us, and the plumber crews showed on time. They covered all the floors, stairs with canvas, the furniture with plastic films. The whole crew is very efficient, respectful, polite and did a fantastic job. They finished all pipes from garage to the house, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, water heater, laundry and outside bibs in the same day. Our house was done with Repiping and water heater Installation last week with Plumbing Solution Specialist . The crew came on time and the repiping plus installation was done in one day. These guys were quick and professional.I have an unfortunate situation where my house had low quality pipes and I had multiple pipe breaks in two years. I decided to re-pipe the entire 2.5 bath townhouse.I found these guys from google and Im glad I did. They were $2000 cheaper than anyone else I spoke to and they included re-patching all the dry wall as well. No one else I spoke to did the dry wall. On top of that, they sent out an army of plumbers to re-pipe the entire house in one day and the dry wall team came the next day. Done in two days!Also, we had a situation where some water leaked from the drainage pipe from the washer that wasnt properly secured after the work was completed. An honest mistake -- these guys were very quick to make the situation right and were willing to come out replace all the affected areas.I highly recommend them.

I needed to repipe my whole house due to slab leaks that was difficult to repair and most likely Would have been a short term fix. After doing some research and called few repiping companies, I came across plumbing solution specialist. Rene called back and was able to come the morning after to provide an estimate, ability to start the work the following day, and complete the project in 2 days (one day repipe and one day re patch). I was skeptical if that would be possible given a relatively large house with 4.5 baths. Did some further research, read some reviews and decided to move forward. Quick repairs with minimal disruption. The gas company shut off my gas on Thursday due to a leak under the kitchen slab.
