Armando from Pennine Plumbing came to our residence and finished a toilet installation that I had started. I was having an issue with the flange and rusted T-bolts and felt it was time to call in the experts. Armando did a fantastic job. Was very professional and easy to talk with. I’m glad that I contacted Pennine as Armando was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me and explain what he was doing along with providing a better seal for the toilet than what came with it. Would recommend Pennine Plumbing without a doubt to anyone needing quality work at a reasonable price. 5 Stars for sure!

Had the Pleasure of having one of the coolest dudes work on a washer drain for me Yesterday. This Plumbing All Star is Eric Smart, who is friendly, really hardworking and communicative, you almost feel like he’s a friend of yours helping you out. He went through all the measures professionally and didn’t leave until he fixed and tested the problem multiple times. I wouldn’t hope for anymore plumbing problems but if in the future I do I would hope it was Mr Smart Helping out. Thanks brotha I appreciate all the hard work!

Eric Smart came to bid a main water line replacement and some sprinkler valve replacement work. Eric is very professional and knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Eric was very helpful too when we had a water problem on a leaky sprinkler valve while he was at our home. He assisted in shutting water off while we contained leak. Very happy thus far, even before any actual work has been performed.

It was quite the job but all the guys were professional and friendly- esp Joey, Alex, and John. Todd was helpful also.They patiently answered our questions and paid attention to detail as they worked. We will continue to use Pennine because we like it done right!

I got you.” Those we’re Ernie’s exact words showing up at 9pm for a plumbing emergency we’d been dealing with ALL DAY. And he did. He had fixed in an hour what another plumber had told us they couldn’t do. That reassurance and those words just put me at total ease.Ernie is efficient, professional, trustworthy and kind. Nothing but confidence and gratitude for this man’s skills. Highly recommend.

My manager at my apartment complex contacted me in regards to an issue I alerted them about my restroom toilet having problems that was fixed from another person but didn’t fix it . And so she sent out a plumber and I recieved Tony as my repairer he first came in asked if it was okay with me to come in although he didn’t have to ask bc i knew he was here for the issue . But i really liked how he knocked and then questioned what’s going on then asked if it was okay for him to come in and take a look at it. After he came in and i demonstrated to him what was going on he gave me an estimated time of how long he will take and what he’s going to do . Which was really great about him & was a really great repairer! He deserves allot ! Keept it up tony!

I called at about 7pm on a Sunday for a backed up toilet. It was an emergency as I only have 1 bathroom. Other companies said they couldnt come out until Tuesday. Tatiana was so sweet and pleasant to speak with. She dispatched Eran who arrived in less than an hour. He was clean, kind, respectful and professional. He got right to work and was done in no time AND my floor was clean when he finished. While I had to pay for the repairs myself - It was totally worth it!! The price was reasonable for late Sunday night emergency service. Other companies quoted much higher and then couldnt even come out the same day. Thanks everyone. Blessings!!

An enormous thank you to Joey and Marcel for fixing my upstairs clogged toilet and tub. They had to come behind a company that made the situation worse. Due to the abnormal plumbing layout and the lack of care and knowledge of the previous plumbers sent out by the property manager, Joey and Marcel’s job was very challenging. They handled the situation with complete care and professionalism. Beyond grateful for their patience and getting the job done correctly. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.
