    I hired this plumbing company because they rated 5 stars at Yelp, and i wasnā€™t disappointed for sure, they worth the 5 star rating. This company runs the most efficient business. They come out in a team of two. While one stay at the repair site, the other runs all chores. They are knowledgeable, quickly diagnose and investigate where the problem is, and get the repair done. They run pricing with their boss which I should say itā€™s not the cheapest, but pretty fair based on my experience. Highly recommend!!!

    We recently had an urgent issue with a gas leak that caused a significant increase in our gas bill and a persistent gas odor around our patio. After contacting the gas company, they confirmed a gas leak on our property (not the city line), evacuated our home, and shut off the gas overnight while addressing the immediate danger. The entire experience was stressful, and we were extremely worried about finding a reliable plumber who wouldnā€™t take advantage of the situation.Thatā€™s when we found Bert and his team at First Option Plumbing.     Five stars. I gave them a call at 6:30 am. Spoke with Bert and he scheduled someone to arrive at my residence by 8:30 am. Scott and Eli came out, were quick and friendly, and helpful in responding to questions. They were quick and cleaned up, and finished in about 30 minutes. Great work, Scott, Eli and Bert!

    I have used First Option Plumbing several times over the past 3 1/2 years. I own an 83 year old beach cottage. I have replaced toilets, shutoff valves, main gas line, and more. This last project was replacing two water heaters (tanks) with tankless systems. I never worry about the quality of the work and First Option stands behind their work. I wish I could find a contractor of the same quality.While nobody wants to need a plumber - my first call will go to First Option Plumbing when I do need to make the call.

    Bert was there every step of the way to fix the drain pipe from start to finish. He was great, professional and when it looked like it was getting worse he reassured me it was going well. He helped save me 5k on a redo of a shower drain from the 2nd floor down. At the end of the day I found out he was the boss and I felt amazed that an owner still gets down and dirty especially if he didnt have too.     Called Bert on late afternoon for a slow drain and backed up toilet. Bert scheduled for an appointment next morning at 10 AM. Got a text at 9:20 AM that Ivan is on the way. Both Ivan and Jacob showed up before 10. Jacob quoted price to clear the blockage and toilet removal. He also replaced the fill valve, flapper, wax ring and new connector. I also asked him to look at the slow drainage on upstairs bathroom faucet. The price is reasonable, and very cleanness. Both Jacob are supper professional and friendly. We appreciate the awesome job and we will be First Option Plumping for life and definitely recommend them to family and friends.

    Bert is truly amazing. I quoted out a very complicated job to replace pipes from a leak in the upstairs bathroom through the drywall and kitchen downstairs. The previous plumber (who was very good and experienced) was unable to finish the job and said that he had to come back and needed to up his estimate by 2x to finish. I went to Bert after reading all of his great reviews. He came over and immediately understood what needed to be done. His quote came out much lower than the previous guy. He came over with one crew member and was able to finish the job to perfection within a few hours. Then a few days later, a couple of his crew came by to change our bathtub/shower fixtures, also very well done. Bert has a great personality, and friendly & caring demeanor. I have definitely found my new Plumber @First Option Plumbing!

    Excellent job to first Option Plumbing! first option plumbing is second plumbing company I called for this job, The first plumbing guy came, ran the cable snake, but unable to resolve the clogging, and left me hanging. So I quickly called First Option Plumbing Inc. They were able to get plumbing stoppage resolved through access clean out pipe without remove the toilet. that save me from a lot of headaches. Afterward they also service the sewage pipe with a camera and hydro jet to have a thorough cleaning of any remaining, and taught us how to maintain the sewage pipe from future clogging.

    Been using first option plumbing for at least 5 years. Bert and his team always stay until the job is done. If they find something unexpected, they adjust and price fairly. In my experience you should expect the unexpected in plumbing. With Bert the unexpected is explained well, usually demonstrated if possible, it is not a bait and switch. In the end I have always been happy with the result; the problem is always fixed.

    Two days before Thanksgiving my 50 gallon water heater began leaking and making noises that sounded like it was going to come apart, Thanksgiving is our biggest family holiday and when we called our plumber he was on vacation, it seemed that any one I called was booked up. my nephew gave me the number of First Option Plumbing and to make a long story short the had a new water heater installed before close of business that day and applied a warranty rebate to my bill that I wasnt expecting . great fast service at a fair price. will use again

    I have used First Option Plumbing 4 times now. Bert is always quick to respond and come out to give a quote. His pricing is very fair, his employees are very timely and courteous and always a job well done. Most recently Bert came out to take a look at my bad gas supply line to my fire pit. He said they would try to replace it without having to bust out concrete around valve, but he couldnā€™t guarantee it. He gave one price and a higher price if they had to go through concrete. I couldnā€™t be there that morning so I couldnā€™t verify if first attempt worked or not. Bert texted me that they got lucky and the cheaper quote was going to do it. They could have easily added the more expensive option without me knowing if it was legit or not. Bert is an honest plumber who you can trust.

    Bret and his associate were great. I had a clogged sewage pipe in my bathroom. He came out the same day, put a camera in my sewer pipe to try to figure out what was blocking it. This clock apparently went approximately 75 feet out into my yard. He then kept trying to clear it with their large plumbing snake and after a few attempts finally got it clear. He again put the camera down to make sure everything looked good and tested everything out. It is sure nice to have a honest and reasonable priced plumber that you can trust. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    George was able to diagnosed the leak and was able to isolate it to a tub overflow gasket issue. He replaced the gasket and plate and caulked for a good seal then tested for leaks. He was courteous and polite. I didnā€™t get the advertised 10% new customer discount as he stared the service fee was &120 and that was what he charged for the fix. The service was fast and simple.

    I had a leak in one of the copper supply lines under the house that was discovered at 8:00pm. I looked for an Emergency Plumber on Yelp and called First Option plumbing. Last weekend my house went crazy and two (vanity and washer) drains backed up. i had one router service come out and fail (cleared the wrong line) and then I tried with my home depot router and couldnt get to the clogs. A few texts came and then Jesus showed up at 10:20. Very polite, in a clean uniform, in a newer plumbing panel-van (equipment matters). We asked him to don a mask and he had that and shoe covers on immediately. Showed him the drains and got a quote that was what I expected, and low market probably for two simple clogs. Within 20 minutes he had the washer cleared. Half an hour later had the vanity cleared. He reassembled all pipes and cleaned all areas. Emailed invoice was just as bid (no need to call the supervisor with the big-machine). So; basically; flawless.Stapled this card to the wall. Thanks.
