Eric was my hero! My garbage disposal went out while hosting my family of 17 over for Christmas dinner. This company is incredible. We dealt with one of the the owners, Eric, and he was knowledgeable, efficient, and very well-priced. A lot of times contractors will come out and make you feel dumb and charge you an arm and a leg, but he was fair, informative, and so understanding of the fact that I’m a first time homeowner with zero knowledge of anything. If you want a company that will get the job done at a great price and is trustworthy, I would hire them without a doubt.We were in a bad situation and he did everything he could to help us. I would recommend him to my own mother which is saying a lot.

When our 60 year old home began showing its age, Elder & Young Plumbing came to the rescue. They replaced several feet of cracked drain pipe and fittings under our bathrooms, added a clean out outside, and cleared all of the drains to the street. They did a complete re-pipe of the water supply lines, including a hot water recirculation system so we have hot water within seconds. They installed all new toilets, sink and shower fixtures, and a Halo 5 water filtration system to keep everything looking new. The entire crew was professional and courteous and I could not be happier.

Elder & Young plumbing has saved the day yet again! I reached out to a few plumbers for quotes on a fixing our water heater. The pilot light kept going out on ours, it was over 10+ years dated and time to put a new one in. I spoke with Eric directly who was extremely knowledgeable and explained what we had to do. Originally scheduled a few days out then woke up to a major leak the next morning. Eric was able to make it happen and move our service date up. Our techs were Ashton & Robert and I’m so pleased with their work! Having to take a few cold showers this week, I’ll never take our hot water for granted again! 😂

I had the opportunity to utilize Erick & Elder & Young Plumbing on a home we had sold. The home had a leak somewhere on the property that was creating moisture in a Casita wall. Erick not only sourced the leak but gave the new owner a detailed explanation of the problem.He resolved the issue and I was a very happy customer along with the new owner of the property. After heavy rains I noticed a leak in the ceiling. Naturally I thought it was a roof leak. Plumbing can be anywhere in the house and I was informed of that. I searched specifically for a vendor that could find the source of the leak and fix it or refer me. I found Elder & Young. Most importantly someone picked up the phone and spoke to me. I spoke to Eric and we discussed it in detail, very accommodating and professional and someone was out THAT NIGHT. Sean came out and got straight to work he was pleasant and all business. Sean check the home, all of the plumbing fixtures and found the leak, showed me the leak and properly advised me. Next am Sean was back at the house took down the part of the ceiling that needed to be removed to do his work. The pipe was removed and replaced. He also advised me on a shower head issue.They then gave me a recommendation for ceiling repair. Southwood restoration. Equally professional and accommodating. 48 hours later they had taken down the ceiling, replaced it and painted it the EXACT COLOR MATCH. Elder and Young are professional organization that can detect leaks, address plumbing issues and refer you to dry wall specialist.I recommend this team and their associates without ANY reservation.

Highly recommend this business! We had a plumbing emergency and called numerous plumbers, but they were the only one who was able to come out right away. Shawn was professional and explained the issues we were having and was able to temporarily help us remedy the situation to keep our kitchen sink usable until a follow-up visit to do the main repair. Eddie an Nick came out a few days later and completed the necessary work we needed. All of them were professional, efficient, courteous, and explained exactly what they were going to do before the work started. They also cleaned up after the work was done. We recently used their services about a month ago for some repairs with kitchen plumbing and started experiencing some drainage issues again so contacted them to come out. Sean came out the next day, and even Eric one of the owners came out the same day with a scope to help us figure out the source of the problem. They initially thought it may have been a collapsed pipe using this cool scope they had, and said they could be out in a couple of weeks, however Eric was able to send his guy Javier out the very next day. Javier was professional and laid out stuff to protect our floor and taped off section of house he needed to work on to minimize dust. After a days work, he found the problem, it wasnt a collapsed pipe, but rather a big piece of plastic that blocked off the drain pipe. We were glad the damage wasnt worse. These guys are all super professional and responsive and great to work with. Very trustworthy business and we highly recommend using them. Were hoping we wont have to deal with anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if we do, these are the guys we will be calling again for sure!

A few months back I got home and found a message from the city water service around my front door handle. It stated that my water usage had quadrupled and that I had a water leak. I called a plumber to come out and investigate and he quoted me an insane amount to replace all my plumbing. I then called my home insurance and they pointed me to Elder and Young. Eric from E&Y sent Sean out to investigate the leak and they found it located in my main water line in from the street and not in my house as mentioned by the previous plumber. They gave me several pricing options and solutions and then sent Robert out to fix the problem. Thanks Eric, Sean and Robert for fixing the problem. Elder and Young provided an honest assessment with fair pricing, expertise, professionalism and good old fashioned customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone having a similar plumbing nightmare/experience.

Our old Takagi unit or perfect replacement is no longer available but Eric found the best solution that didn’t require completely reconfiguring all the plumbing and venting. We had major back up of our drain pipes, which we used E&Y to hydrojet and clear our main. There were 7 rootballs which we could see via their camera they use to show Before & After. It’s fantastic to be able to verify with your own eyes what they are explaining is the problem and the actual solution. We had a small catastrophe when the camera was lost during a scoping of our kitchen drains. E&Y had to break open our floor and dig deep to retrieve it. We thought they rip open everything, but no! They were so great. They opened a hole in a carpeted closet and dug under the house to reach the spot and then replaced the broken pipe and back-filled. It was a superb solution to a difficult problem. We highly recommend Elder & Young!
