    I still havent figured out how to post separate reviews on Google. This post has Four 5-star reviews. 1. Chris & his coworker did a Clean and Excellent job. They found and repaired my kitchen leak. My drywall was removed prior to the plumbers arriving. Chris saw the old copper pipe that was leaking was in contact with the electrical conduit and it had signs of electrolysis.Chris and his coworker replaced the old, affected pipes and also replaced 2 outside faucets, making them easier to use for my 93 year old mom when she gardens. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs and yes, I would recommend them to my friends and family. 2. This another post after 3 years my 96 year old mom got a new leak July11 2024 in the garage, Chris and his son came and repaired them their work is excellent.3.Then 7 days later the main water line from the meter to the house got a pin hole leak Freedom plumbing sent Jaime to fix the leak he did a great job. I enclosed the photos of the garage leaks and the main water line. 4. Dec 30, 2024, My Toilet Flush valve assembly needed to be repaired Chris arrived at my home and rebuild the flush valve assembly and installed a new braided water line. Freedom plumbing has treated our family very well they do great work.

    Chris, Erin and team did a Excellent job. Everything was done in a timely matter. Got my whole house repiped also a tank less water heater put in. As well as a water filter system.     Outstanding service from Tais and Andres. They figured out where a leak was coming into my house from a surprising source not plumbing-related - the roof. I had two other excellent tradesmen here today who could not solve the mystery. Tais knocked it out of the park and figured out the issue.We will be switching our business to Freedom Plumbing.     I was very impressed with this plumbing company. I worked with Cody and he was able to find a slow leak that was very difficult to detect when other plumbers could not.     We had an exterior plumbing leak at our commercial building in Irvine. Chris and his son came out to diagnose the problem, kept us informed through out the process, and cleaned up the area better than it was when they got there. Billing very reasonably priced, and the the company was easy to communicate with electronically. Will be using Dymek for all our commercial needs going forward.

    We discovered our tankless water heater was leaking at 4 in the afternoon. Called Freedom and Nathan and Tito were at our house by 5. Diagnosed the leak. Had to order a part that took a couple of days to arrive. Were back with the part by 9 am 2 days later. Got the job done quickly for a reasonable charge. Have used Freedom before. They always send a great team.

    Dymeks Freedom Plumbing is the best! We had a leak in our home when we came back from vacation. The technician Christopher came out and within minutes found the source of the leak.     I called them because one of their plumbers lives near me and I see the truck by his house. They quoted a reasonable price. They showed up promptly and on time. They did the job well. They were nice guys. They didnt try to upsell the job. They stuck to the quoted price. You cant ask for more than that.Update. Called them out for a second time. Different technicians. Guys did a great job They were nice, thorough and on time. We live in an old house that has regular plumbing issues. They looked for ways to reduce the issues without extensive repairs. Two calls,two techs two good experiences. Might be signs of a good company.

    This company does such a great job of getting out quickly and taking care of the issue asap at a very fair price. They just recently helped my mother over the busy memorial weekend and took care of her sink and dishwasher that wouldn’t drain.     Plumbers were very prompt and completed the pipe replacement in a short amount of time. They also were able to use a snake in one of our toilets to unclog it. This happened while they were fixing pipe in kitchen but was unrelated to that issue.     I don’t know where to start but I am very happy with Dymek’s! My mother had a leak in her main water line and there was flood under the house! I called a plumbing company and gave us a quote of 26k to drain the flood and replace all the pipes. I reached out to my mother’s home insurance and recommended this company to come out and assess damage. After everything is said and done, the total cost to us is $149.00 to replace the defective part of the pipe! Wow, Chris was wonderful and explained everything to us. He was very knowledgeable and offered a lot of helpful hints to prevent clogging of drains. He also unclogged and replaced some pipe in the bathroom and kitchen. I highly recommend this place. They’re very honest and trustworthy. It’s not a surprise they have 5 star rating all around! I also met Walter who was helping Chris out, very nice guy too. The owner Ron is wonderful. Thank you!!!

    Home warranty sent out their plumber and an appliance technician and neither guy could restore water to our refrigerator.     Ive had an issue with my shower for quite some time now. I have had three different plumbing companies out to try and fix it with no luck. A contractor friend of mine referred me to Dymeks Freedom Plumbing. It was super easy to make an appointment. They called when they were on the way to my house. Showed up on time.     Trying to do a little but risky plumbing job myself, I tried a little too hard and broke off a PVC pipe that had full pressure lurking within its thin and britle walls. The water main had to shut off and all morning showers needed to be suspended. This was not good as we had three adults visiting for a few days and its Friday. Any such problems with plumbing I always go to my speed dial for Freedom Plumbing. Their response was quick and saved the day. I was given some options and a decision later they went to work removing concrete and extending the broken pipe and iinstalling a shutoff valve for future use. Outstanding! The area was left clean and everyone hlgot their showers. Great job Freedom!

    Was referred to Freedom Plumbing by a neighbor. Our kitchen drain was backed up and I called a rooter company first that had a $59 drain cleaning special. Big mistake. They tried snaking it for about 5 minutes, and immediately said we needed to spend $2000 on new pipes. Then I called Freedom and he took his time snaking the drain and got it working in about 30 minutes. He didn’t try to get me to do any unnecessary work. Will use again for sure.

    As a homeowner, I am always looking for professionals who care about the work they complete as well as the experience of the customer. My wife and I worked with Chris and his team to help with a flooding that occurred in our laundry room. I had 2 other companies out before Freedom Plumbing and never really figured out the source of the plumbing problem. When Chris and his team arrived, the issue was found within 30 minutes! I really felt like Chris not only knew his stuff extremely well, but also wanted my wife and I to feel at ease knowing the true issue. Chris was never pressuring or forceful, but truly helpful.     We were very pleased with the service we received. Jimmy was very good about addressing all of our concerns and answering all of our questions. He gave a clear explanation of the work they would be doing throughout the entire process. We had our house re-piped. Quite a big job, but Jimmy and his crew worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. The plasterers came the next day, a father and son team, and they also did a fantastic job of covering up all of the holes in the walls. Honestly, we cannot even see where the holes were they did such a good job! Jimmy and Cameron returned this week to replace the filters on our RO unit and to snake all of our drains and also did a toilet repair. They double-checked to make sure we had no more leaks. We are very pleased with the entire crew’s work ethic and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dymek’s Freedom Plumbing!

    Dymek’s plumbing saved the day! Our sewage line backed up and needed to be cleared, causing a small flood in our bathrooms. They were at our house within 1.5 hours of calling on a Sunday and fixed the problem! Really professional and knowledgeable guys. Would recommend!!

    Our garbage disposal broke a few days ago. We called Freedom Plumbing (suggested by a friend) who also did a leak detection in our bathroom walls a few weeks prior. Chris Pehrson and his son Jake came out. They were very personable and friendly, answering my nosy questions (I’m just a curious person by nature, lol). They fixed the disposal in a timely manner as well as notice a corroded pipe that needed to be replaced. After I had paid and they had cleaned up, I noticed something minor and they brought back some of their equipment to take care of it. The technician actually arrived before 11AM which was greatly appreciated as our water had been turned off since the night before.     Dymeks Freedom Plumbing was recommended to me by my home insurance after filing a claim due to a failed water heater that flooded my garage. Chris Pehrson was the plumber who came out and quickly installed a new water heater temporarily, then permanently once the repairs to my garage were finished. He also performed a leak check throughout my place to ensure nothing else was causing problems. He found my water pressure regulator needed replacing as water pressure coming into my house was too high. That wasnt the reason for the water heater failure, as the water heater was more than 20 years old!I appreciated Chris thoroughness. He explained everything he was doing. I also had him install a videt on one of my toilets. Great company. Would highly recommend them and especially Chris for any plumbing work. They were on time and friendly.     This is my first time using Dymek’s Freedom Plumming to come out and do a leak detection in my home. I’ve never had an issue like this in the 34 years I’ve been at my residence. Mr. Chris Pehson showed up earlier than expected wich was great for me. He went through the property and was able to inspect and find the leak. He installed a valve to cut-off water to the part of the house with the leak. I wanted to be proactive and have him do that in order to stop any further damage to the structure of the house.     I have a tankless water heater in a restaurant installed in a really cumbersome location on a wall above a drop ceiling. Two other plumbers had already taken a look at the unit. The first plumber looked at the unit and without much delay gave a quote for full replacement and shot an astronomical number at me. The second didn’t even look at the unit. He saw where it was and left. Tais was thorough, friendly and informative. He got in contact with the manufacturer of the unit and given me options on how to proceed.     This is the second time Dimech has come to deal with the plumbing. They were amazing. I live in a condo with an HOA and they call whoever they can get to handle whatever problem but the pipes under my foundation have been leaking so one leaked about five years ago, and Aimee came and fixed it. They did a great job then another one broke another time and those people took forever. They were not great. I don’t recall if I complained or not but they were not good then the next time we got another person not so great and then the fourth time which was about two weeks ago we got these guys back and they were amazing and they even checked the floor for hotspots and stuff because it was copper piping and There was nowhere else it was supposed to be hot and then I felt it on my feet through the cement slab and called HOA that I think this is gonna leak again by the time I actually got through to the HOA hopscotch they came to check it and Tara from morning to afternoon My floor was leaked. Wow so they turned off the hot water. I did without hot water for two days today they came in and a four hour window. They fixed it again not that I want to see them again but if I did need to have plumbing done I would definitely suggest these guys I did put that also on my Nextdoor group because they were amazing.     Chris Dymek and his assistant showed up on time on Monday August 10, 2021 and spent from early morning to about 7pm working to dig a trench, repair the sewer line and working with a crew to do the sewer liner. They kept the job very clean and organized. Everything went smoothly. The next day, Chris showed up to wait for the City Inspector. After the City Inspector came, he worked to fill the trench and lay cement. He was here until 8pm. Chris is always patient, organized, courteous and one of the hardest workers I have ever met. Dymeks rates are competitive, theyre licensed, insured and they get a city permit. You couldnt ask for anything more from a plumber. I felt comfortable throughout the project and am extremely satisfied with the work.

    Dymeks Freedom Plumbing is the BEST and Im so glad I called them for an overflowing toilet tank on 2nd floor and could not shut off water at that source. From the intake phone call, quick scheduling, on-time arrival and extremely professional and thorough work, my customer experience was phenomenal. Chris Dymek and Anibal worked tirelessly to inspect, repair and test all three of my toilets and master bathtub as well as informed me of other major items to look at for future repair/replacement.     I have used Dymek’s Freedom Plumbing for 20 years or longer. I live in a wooded area that is very prone to roots interfering with my pipes. Chris Dymek keeps me on a Maintain schedule to insure that the main line is kept clean to avoid any possible back up to the house. Chris is diligent, experienced and honest about all situations and offers all options that are available to resolve any issues that I have that are typical of a 55 year old house.Prior to having Freedom Plumbing referred to me by my son, I had a number of other companies service my home that simply did not know what they were doing.     My wood floors in the hall were squishing, so I called Dymeks on Saturday. I told the girl that I could wait until Monday, so she scheduled an appointment for them to come out between 1 -4pm. On Monday, I had an emergency and called them to see if they could come out any earlier. The girl put me on hold and when she came back, told me that someone would be out within the hour.Two people came out and they were both very professional. They wore masks and did a leak detection, as I thought the leak was in the wall by the shower. One of the guys was actually training the other one and I could hear him give very detailed instructions on everything that he was doing, so his co-worker would understand. The guy told me that the leak was actually coming from the seal in the shower and running down into an open area, which was causing water to pool under my wood floors and not coming from a pipe in the wall, which is what I originally thought.They were very honest and no repairs were needed and all I paid for was the leak detection. I was very satisfied and very appreciative that they changed their schedule around, so they could accommodate mine. I will definitely be using this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

    REPEAT CUSTOMER. December 28 2020 We had two repairs, install a new kitchen faucet (Christmas present) And a big drain leak under the master bathroom sink. Chris D called us ahead and arrived on time with a helper. The Helper immediately began on the kitchen faucet & at the same time Chris D diagnosed the leak under the bathroom sink. Chris D removed all corroded leaking parts, re-threaded the wall pipe, and reassembled with all new parts for a clean dry water tight repair. 55 minutes after walking in our front door and done.! There’s more good stuff. Cheerful polite. Chris D showed us pictures and video of the leaking drain and kept us informed throughout.     In the past, Dymeks Freedom Plumbing has successfully taken care of emergency plumbing repairs for me. The company performed perfectly again on 7-7-21, when the professional, knowledgeable, and courteous team of Fred and Eddie successfully removed a leaky faucet and replaced it with a new faucet.     Had a plumber tell me my sewer line under our home needed to be replaced because it was cracked. I called freedom plumbing to inquire about alternatives. Spoke to Chris, one of the owners. He said there were options to me having to tearing up the sewer pipe which runs through our homes concrete slab. He suggested he look at it first. He came out ran a camera through my sewer line and said he saw no major problem except for a need for a hydro jet cleaning. He did that then ran the camera through a second time and saw no issue. This saved me allot of hassle and mess if I would have followed the advice of the previous plumber. I did not have a clean out pipe. I had them install one so the next time I need a clean out of inspection they would not need to go up on the roof. Also in case there is ever a back up, it will outside my home versus in the home. They were efficient, reasonably priced and the cement work they did to cover where they had to break on my front patio to install the clean out was a 10 out of 10. The cement work blended perfectly. Highly recommend them.

    I have nothing but the highest respect for Freedom Plumbing. They have responded quickly to resolve our recent plumbing issues. The first was an emergency response to a slab leak. Chris Dymek and his crew arrived at our home shortly after being notified of our problems, found the leak, opened the slab and replaced the leaking pipe. Even after their work was completed and while other damages caused by the leak were being repaired, Chris followed up to make sure that their work had accomplished its purpose. The second problem was a bathroom sink that was not draining properly. Others had told us that the repair would require entering the wall behind the sink and replacing the drainpipes, which would require additional expensive removal and replacement of wall tiles. I called Freedom Plumbing and asked for Chris to come out to check out the problem. Chris showed up with a helper and they quickly diagnosed the problem and cured it simply because of Chriss experience and skill to clear a vent pipe problem. During the first work performed, Chris had prepared drawings of a part of the home plumbing, including the bathroom sink area, which he used to locate and repair the vent pipe problem on his second visit.On both occasions, the work performed has been excellent quality. They communicate through the entire process, explain what they are doing, and answer any questions. This is been the best experience we have ever had with plumbing issues over decades of home ownership. If any other plumbing issues come up, I will call Freedom Plumbing.
