Robert is GREAT, I own a restaurant in Tustin and most of the drains were full And overflowing, They had to shut down The Restaurant and it was on Sunday, which is busy busy.He showed up Within 40 minutes of my call, He is very knowledgeable And he pointed the problem right away he opened two of the Drains he had to snake them many many times to get them to open.We were open and running within an hour and a half of my phone call. My experience with DCDrains and Jason was great. A good friend of mine recently used them for her sewer pipe renovation, and she HIGHLY recommended them. The woman in the office who fielded my call was awesome. Jason arrived on time with a really good camera, and he gave me an estimate that was below what Rooter Heros had quoted for the same work. Jason was polite, knowledgeable, and honest with me about the condition of my 70 year old sewer line. I decided to postpone the work but I will call DC Drains when I am ready to move forward with the work.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Steve from DC Drains.My rear yard was flooding from this mornings heavy downpour. I called DC Drains and they sent out a technician within a few hours of my call. The technician, Steve Oblad used a heavy duty snake to unclog my landscape drains. The water in my rear yard immediately flowed out into the street after the mud and roots were pulled out from the drain pipe. Thank you Steve for a job well done.

I’ve done a few jobs w/the folks at DC Drains & will recommend them to anyone. From a complicated sump/runoff system to yesterday’s tankless install, these guys are professional & hard working & detailed. Ryan & Jason went the extra mile yesterday going up/down 2 flights of stairs to do our 75g swap-out of a traditional water heater to tankless. And they have always been super responsive to our needs… some of those in this profession just need constant chasing, not these guys.

I had a leak in the expansion tank. Within an hour, Eli came to the rescue. He replaced the expansion tank and fixed the exhaust to the hot water tank that was completely wrong and wasn’t up to code. The original exhaust was slowly leaking carbon monoxide into the garage. I had no idea. Upon removing the original exhaust, it showed that it was already damaged by the heat, aside from the gap that was leaking carbon monoxide. Eli was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

Everyone, from the Angela, Dave, Jason to Mike the technician, is absolutely wonderful. All my questions were answered with a clear understanding. Mike did a fantastic job of replacing my shower valve. He had to cut out part of the wall to access shower valve and lines and when he was done he even taped the pieces back in place. Best of all was the price! I had a quote of $1500.00 higher from Hero Rotor. I recommend DC Drains, you wont be disappointed.

Great experience all around. A real person, Justine, answered the phone and scheduled a tech for the same day. She called as promised when the tech was en route. Tech Garrett showed up on time and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He was done in less than 30 min. Service was a little pricey and they do charge you for the visit ON TOP OF whatever repairs are needed. But they were upfront about it and told me that before I scheduled. I’d call them again in a heartbeat, they were fast, friendly, and reliable so the price was justified.
