I highly recommend Clean Out Kings for your plumbing needs. Bobby is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to providing a quote. He does excellent work! For the past 5 years, I have hired Bobby and his crew to repipe a rental home, replace water heaters, fix clogged drains, hydrablast roots from a sewage line, install faucets and toilets. Bobby Tieu and Raul, two outstanding technicians from Clean-Out Kings. The SOCAL Gas Company turned-off my gas service due to a gas leak from one of the lines. I called for estimates from 3 plumbing companies to fix my gas line, one of them being Clean-Out Kings. The first 2 came out to check the leak and gave me estimates amounting to several thousands of dollars each. Fortunately, Bobby was the 3rd person to show up and explained to me a more practical and best solution to fix the gas leak without breaking the bank and not compromising safety. I agreed with his approach and gave him the job. Bobby and Raul showed up the next day, although later in the afternoon because they had to finish an earlier job they were working on, and still finished my project by sundown. I called the gas company that same evening and everything passed and turned my gas service back on. Bobby and Raul are rarity nowadays, people who are hardworking and honest. I will definitely make Clean-Out Kings my go to plumber whenever Ill need it. Highly Recommended!

Fast, reliable, same day service. Our toilet was constantly running, and Anthony from Clean-Out Kings responded to our Yelp request within a couple hours of my posting. He came out the same day to check out our toilet, shower drain, and pool fill valve that was frozen. Gave us a fair quote, installed a brand new toilet, snaked our drain, and fixed our pool fill valve so we could turn it the same day. Couldn’t have been happier, and will be calling again for plumbing issues.

Martin and his partner from Clean-Out Kings have been outstanding in their services. We first met Martin when he came out to do a sewer inspection when we were purchasing a home. He was thorough in explaining the condition of the sewer. A month later, he helped us install the Water Leak Detection System (Moen Flo) to be approved by our home insurance. He was attentive and took his time to do it right. He would always follow-up with us on his approach and if we were ok with him proceeding. We appreciate Martins professionalism, honesty, and communication. We will continue to do business with Clean-Out Kings and are happy to refer them to family and friends!

Had leaking water heater. Called Cleanout Kings since they did great work in my shower plumbing. Bobby was the one to show up. He was very quick to find the issue and explain in detail. He immediately worked with us in getting a replacement and get the work done that same day. Pricing was more than reasonable. He installed our new water heater went over instructions in full detail and made the whole experience 5 star one for me and my wife. Im telling you, these guys are the best in the area. Will continue to be a customer, hoping that the next issue we have is a smaller one lol.

Dennis explained everything that was going on and was able to get it fixed in the same visit. Another company wanted to charge more and the repair would have been more invasive, but Dennis took care of it and saved us money. Highly recommend Clean Out Kings!

Over due review, used this company a few times now for various issues around the house. Always easy to schedule, they have someone answering calls 24/7. The technicians are always very professional and courteous. They really do care about providing A-1 service, explaining/addressing my questions and cleaning up after themselves. Have used a lot of plumbers over the years and cheap work isnt always good and good work isnt always cheap but these guys are a great value. Thanks again!

We bought our first home and one of our projects was to find help for the plumbing. After researching different companies online, we called Clean-Out Kings for a quote. They were flexible with scheduling and provided a detailed quote based on what we needed done. They were able to handle both water plumbing and gas plumbing, AND we got a great rebate on a tankless water heater! Brian and Angel were really friendly and helped explain what they were doing, as well as provided an estimated timeline for completion. On a 4 day project, they finished a day early. As with any renovation of a 50+ year old house, they identified some issues that we were not aware of. One being the roots blocking our sewer pipe. Brian quickly identified the problem area and explained to us our options, including pricing breakdown. We opted for the more permanent solution to protect our sewer line. They managed to dig, clean, and install the liner all in one day. Thankfully with their expert guidance, this is an issue we will no longer have to worry about. Since we have been doing a lot of the other home improvements ourselves, Brian let us know they have additional flexible scheduling for when they need to come back for the finishing touches. Best plumbers in town!! Quick and efficient service, always on time and great pricing.Recently had an issue with a toilet not flushing and a slow draining sink. Contacted Clean Out King’s in the morning and had a plumber out at 1pm as promised. Bobby T. was our plumber and he was very courteous, clean, and efficient. He had both problems fixed within 30 minutes and gave me some cost-efficient tips on what I could do to maintain my pipes.Thanks again for the awesome service!

We have had a couple of plumbing issues come up and this company has been our saving grace. Tony is extremely friendly, reliable, communicative and reasonably charges for services. They even sent someone out after work hours to help us out when we had an emergency. We had a handyman mess up some of the shower piping, and Tony was able to promptly fix it. Could not be more impressed with immediate and dependable plumbing work.

Our family called Clean Out King’s (COK) twice and the second time we requested Mr. Bobby Tieu.The first time It was a rookie descaling question and the visit was gratis because the work was done but We simply needed reassurance because water damage can an expensive repair.Our hot water stopped working and flowing about six months later. This time we called Clean Out King and requested Mr.Tieu because he was punctual, came PPE prepared (as we have family at high risk for Covid), donned shoe covers after entering our home, and had his tool belt/bag ready to work. Mr. Tieu took one look at our Rinnai tankless water heater and stated he couldn’t physically touch our Rinnai tankless water heater because he/his company was not Rinnai certified thus VOIDING our warranty. He instructed us to call Rinnai Corporate HQ and have them give options of certified Rinnai tankless water plumbers.Mr. Tieu is a PROFESSIONAL and his iINTEGRITY is appreciated!For all the reasons above, our family gives Mr. Bobby Tieu & CLEAN OUT KINGS Company and team a 10/10 -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
