I had an excellent experience with B &B Plumbing. Booking the service was super easy. I was emailed a quote promptly. They were able to remove my old fiberglass insert tub/ shower quickly and efficiently. They made sure to clean everything up from the demolition. They installed my new bathtub pretty quickly. Communication was excellent as well, both from the plumbers and the main office. The plumbers were clean, kind, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

So happy with the work done by B & B plumbing. It was a very hard job. Pipes buried beneath the concrete. The company sent three knowledgeable employees to assess the problem, locate the pipes, remove the concrete and make the repair. It is always hard to have plumbing problems but I feel confident that we can rely on this very professional company again. Thank you B & B

The young technician, I think his name was Andy, was knowledgeable about Kohler products and fixed our shower valve problem quickly. B and B did a great job installing an expansion tank to for my new water heater. I was having issues with my t and p valve and I didn’t know what the issue was and I couldn’t use my new water heater. I called two other local plumbers during my search who wanted to book an appointment two days later, no thanks I need a hot shower today. Thank you to all the staff that helped us the same day to get a hot shower.

Our business dealt with multiple plumbers in the past - B&B were by far the best. They addressed the problem quickly, did the repair without interrupting our office workflow, and behaved with class and professionalism. They were reasonably priced as well. We will definitely use them in the future.

My RHEEM tankless water heating was leaking and thankfully was under warranty. RHEEM offered to replace the unit but I had to go through a PRO Partner and pay for the cost of labor. I searched the closest plumber companies and one of them was B&B Plumbing.After calling several companies, I decided to go with B&B. Robert came to my house within the time allotted and he replaced the faulty unit quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions.B & B handled the return and paperwork for the return of the faulty unit. Everything was done in 2 hours! Needless to say, I am very happy with the service and I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.

Replaced 3 toilets with them and fixed a broken shower. Staff was professional, arrived on time, operating within estimate/budget, and overall provided very smooth and hassle-free experience. Especially if you have Kohler fixtures/shower/toilets, definitely check these guys out since they are Kohler recommended installers and are familiar with all hardware/can check warranties/provide a potentially lower cost vs. costly rip and replace.

Hi Bill,I would like to compliment your journeyman plumber, Robert, on his professionalism and the pride he takes in his work. His honesty and integrity are to be commended. He could have easily have said our toilet water inlet valve had to be replaced, but instead he fixed it.I asked his advice on an upcoming Kohler bathroom remodeling regarding rain shower controls and positioning. He said by using the existing mixing valves we can control the hand held and rain showers individually.BTW - it was the Kohler Corp. that referred us to B&B Plumbing, and I am glad we did.Best regards,Howard Miller
