Im a manager with Ashley Furniture and weve been dealing with other companies for years to fix our AC units that are very old and on their last leg. Mark Mendoza was sent out to assist us with the extreme heat and AC units down making us and our customers uncomfortable. He worked very hard to get what he could going and on and the temp in our store has drastically changed making it more comfortable for us all. Thank you Mark and team for helping us get our store back to a comfortable level and I appreciate your help and informing us of all the issues and updates!

We needed some warranty work on a Bosch dishwasher and they had Allens Mechanical come out. They showed up days before I was told by the factory. The tech, Kellen showed up when he said he would. Not only polite, he did excellent work. I cant commend his work ethics and professionalism enough.I would recommend Allens and Kellen in the future.
