The good:I called them up to get a quote on replacing my sewer lines under my house. They were able to come by the day of or the next day to take a look at everything and give a quote. The service fee is $69.00 and is included in the cost of the work if I had them do the work.Almost every time I call, I get a person on the other end and she is able to answer my questions and gives an update. They sent my invoice on email and the one time that I emailed them I received a reply within a reasonable time frame.The bad:It took about 2 weeks to get a quote for the work requested. They said that it was due to a contractor not responding to their request for a quote.They did offer a refund because of the situation, but I decided to wait until they received word from their contractor instead. They ended up giving me a quote for the work and I accepted it. I believe the work will begin around Feb 2023.Ill update this review periodically and after the work is completed.

My only knock is they dont give out prices over the phone. They waive their service call fee if you get the work done, but without knowing the price I felt trapped in decision making. I understand different projects can have a ton of variables, but dropping in a new toilet is very standard work.All that said, the workers were extremely pleasant and I am very happy with the work done.

I called for a gas stove install when my stove was delivered and the Big Box store installers decided they were unable to install it. The appliance would have been sitting in the middle of my kitchen for days had it not been for Route 66. They were at my house within 30 minutes of my frantic call. Steve Miranda was extremely professional, he wore shoe covers, worked with a smile and finished the job in less than 20 minutes. The price was a lot less than I thought it would be for an emergency call on a Friday especially considering they responded so quickly. Based on the way they dealt with me this is the plumbing company I will use from now on for any need that I have in my home!

Tim, Aaron, Stephen, JJ, and Jacob all worked tirelessly to repair broken pipes under our home. Tim headed up the project for us and did a great job. It seemed the more they dug and looked, the worse the pipes were (old home.) This was not something we expected and it made the job last longer than expected. They were kind and communicated well with us through the whole ordeal. They worked as quickly as possible and spent time making sure the job was done well. We really appreciate all they did to get us up and running. They filled the holes at the end of the job and made sure that everything was clean after each day (difficult work as it was raining constantly.) The office was very helpful as well and always communicated any changes and who all would be in our home. We will be using this company again!

When the foundation company busted my gas line they tried to blame us. Saying there was already a slow leak. The tech looked at the issue then showed both parties that it was caused by hitting it with the shovel. They fixed the issue quickly. Also helped to find the most cost efficient way, since the foundation company was only willing to pay half. They help all the way through getting my gas back on. We will definitely use them again.

Oops!Anyways we called Route 66 and they sent Tim plus another gentlemen they were both professional and didn’t waste no time and they worked very hard today and went under the house and got the old pipe removed and installed with new pipe and pvc and even helped me out by installing the shower pan down for me!
