Noah arrived hours early, did a thorough examination of the problem (new A/C shut down unexpectedly), determined the cause (tripped water sensor in air handler) and corrected the problem. He then checked for causes (none found) and made sure the unit restarted properly and completed its self check. After the unit was running he verified that there was no water approaching the sensor, but also instructed me on how to reset the sensor if thee problem did recur. He also increased support for the air handler drain pipe.

Had a weekend bathroom plumbing emergency due to an old shut-off valve. Getting ahold of the plumber took longer than needed because of the automated system. Once I finally got through and explained the problem, they scheduled a plumber as quickly as possible. The work to fix four valves was quick but costly. At least I feel the work was done right.

Jesse and Kenton installed our central heat and air. They also did an amazing job. Mike was the salesman and he did an amazing job. Prompt appointment, next day and within the 2-hour window. Mr. Green has a very professional delivery while working. The job is a pesky branch of my sewer line that services the dishwasher. Two years ago I called 1-800-Plumber and their service lasted longer than anyone elses effort. I was expected a repeat. This service performed lasted one week. I came home with the house filled with sewer gas -- really bad smell. I thought it could be an old, unused washer drain that had gone dry and maybe my putting water in the drain would protect the house from swamp gas. A short burst of the garden hose, the washer drain overflowed and sludge came up into the kitchen sink blocking drainage and REALLY stinking the place up. I called about warranty. Because it had been a week they promised I would be taken care of no matter what. Mr. Green came back out and took the time to evaluate our setup on the sewer pipes. Apparently, the old washer drain was still hooked up to an unused branch of the sewer line under the house. He redid his snake and charged me nothing. We discussed services that will help us if I have any other problems going forward. I will use them again when necessary.

Today, I had my annual plumbing system House Guard inspection for my AC. I had some concerns with a room that was not cooling very well. Not only did Noah Sintas inspect our AC and cooling system for the warranty, but he was able to offer a few suggestions that should correct our cooling of our master bedroom. I was not pressured to commit to the work. I have all the information I need to share with my husband so we can consider our options together! I am very thankful for this service!!!We also had our annual plumbing inspection for our home guard membership with 1-800 Plumber. I was able to knock out two inspections in one day!!! Josh Opitz was our technician who inspected our plumbing. He was very knowledgeable and informative! I had also asked for him to look at our shower and offer a quote to fix a shower pan that needed to be fixed. I have the upload confidence in asking for him to repair this with his permanent solution! He even offered financial assistance which I didnt know would be an option. Very satisfied!!!

Im lucky that I havent been shocked by any of the equipment plugged into this outlet, but I wonder if this condition might have something to do with a couple of intermittent computer system issues...in any case, the issue will be corrected within the nest two days. Again, completed by a very professional and knowledgeable technician. My main concern was the condition of our 7-year old water heater, which snaps, crackles and pops continuously these days. Enes confirmed what I suspected, that in water heater years, ours is as old and decrepit as its owner and needs to be replaced soon. I was presented with several options and prices for each, along with the pros and cons of each choice. No pressure, no games - price quotes in writing. Thanks for having us out, a handshake and hes gone. I like this company and its people and the way it treats veterans. Micah explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciate very much. He found a problem, explained why it was a problem, gave me an up-front price to fix, and let me make my own decision as to what I wanted to do. When I chose to delay the repair, he did not try to panic me or guilt me into changing my mind. I respect that.When it is time to do the repair, I will definitely have 1-800-Plumber do the work.

I saw an ad online for 1-800-Plumber + Air & Electric and decided to give them a try because Ive had the worst luck with AC repair companies lately. I contacted them through Facebook and was answered back almost immediately. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. Their customer service up to this point had been impressive. Setting them over the top was their service repairman Edward V. He made me feel at ease when he showed up taking all the necessary precautions, like wearing a face mask and shoe covers, to keep my home safe. He was very thorough and extremely informative of my home needs and AC unit repair. I would recommend this company to everybody and be sure to ask for Edward V for your repair needs! They have my business!

Kenton came out 30 mins after we called and looked at everything. He was extremely nice and helpful, and broke the bad news pretty gently. And bonus points for being a local hockey fan.The next day the crew came out and did our new install, everyone was very polite and treated us like family. Our 6 year old daughter wanted to see inside the van, the truck, and what the Attic looked like and the crew was very nice and put up with her. You can tell that while they are not the cheapest place in town, they care deeply about their customers and the work they do.

Eddie came to service our heater and clean out the dryer vent. He was very professional and friendly. I was impressed on how well he cleaned up after his work. Ive seen a lot of service workers, and they dont clean like this. Very happy with my service today.

Weve always gotten wonderful service from 1-800-Plumber, and theyve done a lot of work in our 1920s cottage. Most recently we needed our gas lines replaced. Swayze and Carl did a wonderful job finding and correcting the issues that needed to be addressed to bring everything up to code. Grateful for their hard work!
