Michael and Pratt Plumbing have been a pleasure to work with. We had a big gas leak at the side of our house. I contacted them at 11am on Friday and they were here by 1pm. They had it fixed and my gas was restored by 4pm. This was a huge relief. There was much follow up with the city permit and each time Pratt was proactive and responsive to complete this job fully. They have been friendly and helpful. What could have been a huge stress point was fixed quickly and completely. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Michael, Mark, Steve, and German were all here on different days to make repairs to our clean out to the main sewer. They were friendly, hard working, and good at explaining what was needed for it to be done. I appreciated their determination to make everything right. Michael, also, kindly gave me tips on how to maintain the water softener. They cleaned up in good order too. If we need plumbing in the future, we will call them again.Today, June 14th, Mark came to repair a leaking shut off valve in the bathroom. He addressed the problem, changed out both cold and hot water valves in a matter of minutes. He was friendly and informative. I love how he had on protective covers over his shoes so things stayed clean. So respectful and considerate. I again, recommend Pratt Plumbing for your needs. Big or small, they do the job.

I had a leak under my shower in the concrete slab...not an easy thing to get to. I had jackhammered the concrete out to expose the copper pipes and find the leak to try and fix it myself. After doing all of that, I felt I really didn’t have the tools or the knowledge to be able to repair properly, so I went online looking for help.Pratt’s seemed like a smaller but highly rated company with some good references. Just the type of company I like to do business with. And, the online information indicated they provide Free estimates...exactly what I needed.It was already later in the afternoon, but upon calling them, I was told they would try to send someone over to take a look at it that day, since I had already done all the work to expose the leak.Michael Webb was exceptional! He looked it over and gave me three different options with price estimates and possible outcome considerations. I made my choice and he showed up early the next morning and went to work. Michael was great to work with. He kept me informed and showed me the progress along the way. He had to do a little more excavation to get his power press tool in place, but it all turned out good. He got the job done for me and I was very pleased with the entire process. He even offered me the option for him to do the backfill and concrete repair work if I didn’t want to do it.I will definitely be using and referring Pratt’s Plumbing to anyone I know needing plumbing work. They are responsive, professional, dependable and from my experience absolutely capable.

John came to our home first to assess the situation and provide his professional advice as to the types of heaters available and which ones would work best in our home environment. On the day of installation, Damon prepped the area and was very mindful of protecting our floors and carpet. We called Pratt Plumbing figuring we would have to go all weekend without hot water but got a call an hour later stating that Damon would be over to take a look at it. I asked about a new one and he gave me a complete rundown of costs and what they would do if we chose to go that way. I appreciated the explanations and the timely service.

Great experience!My kitchen sink backed up and we called another local plumber. They came by, gave us a really high quote, and then never got back to me. I called Pratts once. John came out and was incredibly helpful. he listened to what the other plumber had done, and offered a different solution. What was originally a $2500 estimate turned into $250 because it seems Pratts isnt in the business of being wrong or scamming people out of their money. I was very happy that he fixed my problem, but mad because I didnt call them first. 5/5 would call again!

Have used Pratt Plumbing for a few jobs over the past couple of years. Most recently, we had a gas leak on the line running from the meter to the house under about 55 feet of concrete. Gary came up with a very innovative solution that fixed the leak without having to tear up all that concrete and without the expense of boring. They also found a couple of other small leaks inside the house and corrected those as well. Gary and his team saved me a lot of money and completed the job quickly and very professionally. Very pleased with the service we received.Previously had a major leak on a sprinkler system valve in our front yard. Kiel did a fantastic job of completing the work quickly.I would highly recommend Pratt Plumbing!

My water heater had an intermittent leak for approximately 2 years until it finally decided it had enough of being in my house by becoming a constant leak. Of course, this was a Saturday night. I called Sunday afternoon after bailing out the drip pan about 100 times hoping it would heal itself while trying to barter with it. John returned my call within 10 minutes and asked several questions. He recommended waiting until Monday morning to get my situation under control. At about 0815 Monday morning, Andrea called to schedule a time for them to come out and remove my sad and tired water heater. I talked to her and John again about some options. Damon was at my house within an hour after getting off the phone. He had everything he needed and went over some options with me again. He got it done within four hours. That included draining both water heaters and putting a brand new shiny one in their place. He was also very patient. I am very very happy with the service I received from all parties involved. My new water heater is an AO Smith that sounds like a mans water heater when it fires off!! Its not loud, but you can tell its serious! They didnt try to up-sell me anything. I felt they were very honest and helpful....which is something to be said. I have never written a review before, so that should also say something. This is a company I will always call again for my future plumbing needs.

I had a clogged bathtub drain and called another company out to take care of it. Over $400 later they told me that they were going to have to start digging up the pipe to find the trap and replace it and that it would possibly involve tearing out the bathtub. They said this would be in the $3,000 - $5,000 range. Before they came out to begin the digging work, I called and canceled the appointment.I then called Pratt Plumbing. Gary was very knowledgeable and was willing to spend a few minutes on the phone with me educating me about the problem that I had. He recommended that Kiel come out to try to clear the drain. Kiel, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, came out and he literally cleared the drain in less than 2 minutes. Pratt Plumbing and Kiel literally saved me thousands of dollars.If you want a company that actually understands what providing a service is, and is in it for the long haul, call Pratt Plumbing. If you want a company that operates to turn as much of a profit as possible, customers be damned, take your chances on another company.

We had several tasks for the plumber professional to accomplish: install a gas stove, replace a toilet in our guest bath, and repair the shower handle in the master bath. Pratt Plumbing called to let us know that our service professional would be Kiel today and that he would arrive as scheduled. Kiel arrived on time with everything he needed to perform the work that we needed to have done. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to do whatever it was that we needed to have done. When we encountered a small problem installing the gas stove (placement of the gas pipe), he quickly found a workable solution! All the work was completed as we had hoped and in a timely fashion. Kiel was the epitome of professionalism as he worked in our home. I hope we get him the next time we call Pratt Plumbing.
