Had been without water due to city main broke for 36 hours. Turned the water heater off so we could use the water for our house needs. When the water came back on the water heater would not start. Im 71 this is a newer water heater you do not just start it therere steps to take . Joes was the second plumber I called they said will get there today it was their holiday party day but they arrived got us going . Couldnt ask for more and hope their party was a big time.

I had them come replace my clean out drain to my house because roots had completely taken over. I believe it was Will and Mike and they were able to get the job done in one day! My experience was good ,the only reason they couldnt get to me sooner was because they were so booked up but as soon as possible two men showed up looked things over carefully and went to work getting my water supply working again. Unluckily for me but to be expected in a house with close to 75 year old plumbing my sewer line was clogged with tree roots and would be best to replace so it got rep[aced ,,they showed up about 11 and by close to 2 a new sewer line was installed and working quick and I felt was as reasonably priced as any plumber could be and they will work with you on payments if needed

Turned my March Madness into Gladness!!!I live in an old house and was upgrading my kitchen sink fixture. When a 30 minute upgrade turned into March madness when the hot water valve I was replacing snapped off. One call to Joe the Plumber and John and Jose came in on a fast break, repaired my mess up, gave me a quote on repiping my house and boom SLAM DUNK, SCORE!! These guys did a great job so if you are on the fence about using Joe the Plumber , just do it! These guys are pros and I am always pleased with their work. So guess whos going to repipe my old house? Its a slam dunk Joe the Plumber!

What a blessing Joe the Plumber is. I had a gas leak at my house that their technician Keeven found. He was very fast and thorough. When he turned my gas back on my hot water heater wasn’t working. Keeven went to the shop and got one and installed it. This was all after hours. Joe the Plumber blessed me with the hot water heater. They are and will be the only plumbing referral I give. A couple of years ago I had these folks replace half my sewer line. Just this week, it was time for the other half. Despite the fact that they had to crawl underneath my house, dig out my sewer by hand, jackhammer a huge hunk of concrete, and do a ton of digging, every one of them (I think we met them all, it was a huge effort) were very pleasant and professional. They clearly cared about getting my drains working again as soon as they could, but still took pride in their work and took care to do it well. I had a good look at the pipes while they were exposed and all the PVC was fitted perfectly with no weird angles or imperfections. Its so nice to be able to take a nice long shower again and I cant be more thankful for their hard work. It was a mess under there but they took care to be as clean as possible. Hands down the most professional, courteous, and respectful plumbers Ive ever called. After two great experiences with this company theres no chance Ill call anyone else to work on my pipes. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Joe The Plumber. Called on a Friday and the receptionist/dispatcher was very friendly and clearly explained time frame and rates. Bernardo came out on Saturday, which was clearly explained to me that they were booked out on Friday. No big deal at all. Bernardo called beforehand to let us know he was headed our way, which I greatly appreciated. Wife was home and Bernardo was very considerate and explained a remedy to the issue we were having. He cleaned out our plumbing, then stayed to ensure all the plumbing drained adequately. I had forgot to mention a rubber reducer was leaking and Bernardo was so thorough he caught it and replaced it. Top quality service ! Joe The Plumber will be my plumber of choice and my referral to others seeking a plumber!

We used Joe the Plumber at our business. They put a new wax ring on our toilet that was leaking, unclogged the pipes and installed new clean outs outside. It took a couple of days but we had some really bad issues. There were a few communication issues on scheduling but they took care of that with some discounts. The guys that came out to work were great at communicating the issues we were having and explained what they were doing to get it fixed. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Huge shout out to Heather for returning my call and giving me a “guesstimated” time frame for when Swayze would get there. I had actually called other plumbers in town after leaving a voicemail and whenever she called me back, I felt beyond confident in her that I cancelled the others right away. 😅 It felt as if I was talking to her in person that’s how comfortable she made me feel! Additionally, huge huge respect and thank you to Swayze for coming out and fixing a mess that another company did months prior to.(It was a sprinkler repair company.) I wish I got his coworker’s name so I could thank him on here as well, but sadly I forgot. We need more people like Heather and Swayze in this community and I’m thankful that Joe The Plumber has these people representing the company so well! Ive had two visits in the past two weeks and was blown away by customer service/guidance that Wil, Austin, Michael and Swayze provided on those two visits.Both visits, all four employees shared the common trait: THEY LISTENED TO ME! Other plumbers I have worked with hear the request and respond with an upsell proposal that wasnt close to what I wanted.All four guys were understanding my requests, provided their suggestions to get the job done, did it quick/did it correct and were very affordable overall! Not to mention also incredibly courteous and polite.No one ever wants to call the plumber, but when you do need one I assure you: start with the team at Joes! You wont be disappointed.

Joes team, from top to bottom, are the most accomplished plumbing pros we have used. Heather is professional, yet completely personable, manning the calls and handling the scheduling. In this last instance of using JTP, we had backed up on one side of the house. They understood that our washing machine and dishwasher were very limited and were considerate to place us high on their list. Within 24 hours, JTP had crew at our home to scope the issue. They found collapsed pipe and made their plan. While doing so, they accessed our second line to the city that we had recently redone and found that this second line had come apart at the drop to the city. So, they added this repair into their estimate and gave us a timeline for the fixes. In two days, JTP - with Joe himself running the backhoe, had handled city needs, dug the holes, run the pipe, and had the first line brand new again, and the second line fully repaired and better than the previous plumber had left it. Ends up they held to their projected cost and blew away their time estimate. I will recommend Joe The Plumber to anyone needing plumbing. Joe and Heather, and their crew, are solid pros.

The guys from Joe the Plumber, Jorge, Rudy, and Rocky were really awesome. I had water backing up in my bathtub every time I did dishes in the kitchen sink or ran the washing machine, plus the drain hose from the washing machine would overflow onto the floor. The stuff left in my bathtub was so smelly. These guys had a challenge, but got the pipes and drains working properly in a timely manner. They were very professional, punctual, and kept me informed. I thought the cost was reasonable for all the work they did. Its great to be able to use my kitchen sink and washing machine without worry now. I highly recommend them.

I had to have my outdoor sewer line replaced from the house to the alley, and I got three estimates to do the job. Joe The Plumber was the lowest of the three. When they came out to bid the job, I was told they could do it just past where the problem was in the sewer, which would be cheaper. Since it was an older pipe, I decided to go ahead and go all the way to the alley. I was not pressured by them at all, and I feel they were very honest. I appreciated not being pressured.I had the new sewer line replaced, and they did everything they said they would, like put my fence back up each day after they left, and after the job was done, they took the time to come back and secure the fence really well. The hole that was dug was filled in perfectly, and my yard is level where they worked.I plan to use them again in the future if, unfortunately, something in my plumbing goes wrong.
