Hristo took care of our clogged tub issue and gave me advice for keeping it clean going forward. He is concerned for the customers and does a great job. Glad to have it clean and my mind at ease.he’s a 5!NOT so glad a short snake of the tub overflow drain was a whopping $587 (with a Veteran’s “discount”) to $487. We haven’t had to use many plumbers in 20 years here, but that seems a bit much for the time, effort and difficulty involved. Roto gets a 3 for an overall grade 4⭐️

My water heater went out and Roto Rooter was the first company I called. While my water heater was in a tough location (my attic), they did not let that stop them. Plus they fixed my water valve for my home water shut off, fixed an issue with water pressure for one of my sinks and checked to make sure I didn’t have a plumbing issue from a water spot on my ceiling. I truly appreciate the work they did and all in one day. Thank you! Hopefully I don’t have to but I will be using you again if I needed Roto Rooter again.

I recently had a sewer back up. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a technician at my home within an hour. This was a very pleasant surprise and very unexpected. The technician, Kemar, cleared up my backup very quickly and my toilets were flushing properly again. Thanks Kemar! Then they dispatched a field supervisor to find the root cause and they were able to diagnose the real problem. They were able to send a crew out the next day to fix to repair the pipe that had roots in it so I wont be having any more issues flushing my toilets. I couldnt believe they were able to resolve my issues so quickly. Roto-Rooter has always done top notch work for me and I will continue to use them when the need arises!

Had a main sewer line clog on Christmas night that caused my second and first floor to flood throughout my home! Called around 9pm, someone was at my house by 11p, ON CHRISTMAS DAY to start the fix and clean up process. This team has been extremely helpful with information, insurance claims, and getting the problem fixed! Its now the next day, at 3pm, and the issue is taken care of. The team has been very organized with how they send the plumber and water restoration teams out at the right time. So glad I called after just Googling who to call!! Roto Rooter came to my house twice within two months to repair a plumbing leak. On the second visit, they sent a master plumber, Stefan, who was very competent and skilled. He immediately found the leak (a different one from the first repair) and educated me along the way. He repaired the leak, then evaluated and treated another pipe in close proximity to the source of the leak to prevent future leaking. Stefan was amazing, and I would certainly request him to come back to my house if, heaven forbid, I should have a future leak.
