Pete and Alan came out when they said they would. Got right on the job. After discussion my options and what I would prefer. I needed to replace a gas water heater. I really appreciated the time they took to explain the options the cost and time of each option. To me that’s beyond service. They made sure I understood the workings of the gas heater. And safety measures Thank you so much. The work was fantastic.

Very professional and helpful scheduler. Gary, the lead plumber, knows his profession inside and out -- took him less than 5 minutes to fit an entirely new joint with two angles. His assistants were very friendly and competent. The repair was done and cost about $300 to $400 less than some other quotes I got. They gave me credit for digging the hole and finding the leak myself, but others didnt seem to factor this in although it would have taken them at least an hour to do this themselves.

Called Petes Plumbing to replace a hose bib, install new piping for our master shower and relocate lines for our tub. They were absolutely fantastic. The two technicians were very friendly, informative and got the job done in a timely manner. I will be reaching out to them again for all of our plumbing work.

Woke up this morning to no water in the house due to our main water line had busted during the night. We phoned a couple of plumbers who couldnt respond today, then called Petes Plumbing based on their ratings. My husband spoke with Loretta who realized the jam we were in and she jumped into action. She had a plumber, Mike, at our house within a couple of hours. My husband had already dug a huge ditch and found the break, then Mike repaired the broken pipe for a very fair and reasonable price.....this was a very dirty job; the wet heavy clay/mud was all over the place. We are so appreciative of their professionalism and getting this fixed for us so quickly. Thank you Loretta, Mike and Petes Plumbing!!! You were a lifesaver! Highly recommend Petes Plumbing and they will be our go to plumber from here on out!Vivian and Bob Vance

I had several plumbers look for a mainline leak and could not find it. This went on for six months and kept leaking harder. My water bill was over $3000. Pete the Plumber came as a recommendation. He got on it so fast it literally scared me. He spoke to my insurance company and told me not worry after learning my financial delimma. Ok now what kind of plumber prays for you on the sidewalk of your home when u know u cannot envision how youre gonna pay. Im religious and thought I hope this man is not trying to prey on a weakness of a single elderly woman. He kept saying Im not gonna leave u Im gonna work with you . He did. He kept his word. That means a lot to me in times like these. I learned Mr. Pete was not only a great plumberwho is picky and professional but hes actually an honest man. I found him to be a great man who takes pride in his work. Together he and his son are a riot but the son is respectful even when hes right. Mr. Pete has the wisdom and his son has the energy. Wisdom and energy are a winning pair. I guarantee you you will be satisfied with Pete the Plumber and an extra dose of an excellent work ethics character and kindness, patience and a truly good sense to help with your plumbing issues. Than u Mr. Pete & son. You were great and Im relieved finally. Thank you for peace of mind.

Petes Plumbing is awesome!!! Yesterday my hot water heater broke and starting leaking all over the basement. I was devastated. I looked around and found Petes Plumbing. Within about an hour, the team at Petes plumbing was at my house and handled everything with professionalism and excellence and at a very fair price. Water heater went south after 15 years. Pete’s was busy but was able schedule us within two days. Professional and clean installation. Not cheap but done right the first time. You get what you pay for. Have used them in the past for kitchen disposer and faucet install. Always friendly and great work. We will definitely call them first for any future needs.

Needed a plumber to install a garbage disposal and Petes Plumbing not only was the most cost effective BUT came within 2 hours of when I called. And he installed it in an hour and half. Totally worth it instead of attempting it myself. I am so pleased that if you live in Alpharetta I totally recommend Petes Plumbing. Affordable, fast, and very reliable. Tested the work to ensure it worked. I like how they work. Only people Ill call for any plumbing issues 👍🏼

We called on Wednesday at 4pm with a plumbing problem, Gary was here at 7am the next morning, thanks Petes! In addition to being family owned and operated, the quick service and expertise is why you should call Petes. Dont waste your time with the big companies that take your call at a call center and have to dispatch someone for $89 to give you a quote, go with Petes Plumbing.
