Chris saves the day again! Our furnace went out on the coldest week of the year, and Chris prioritized us and was able to fix the issue same day! I called 5 other companies who didn’t have the part and couldn’t even send a tech to diagnose the issue for at least 24-48 hours. His price came in lower than the competition as well! Chris is always so positive, friendly, and knowledgeable! So lovely to work with. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! The company is very organized. They visited our home the next day after we called. We received an estimate with a reasonable price. The new AC and furnace were installed the next day after we approved the estimate. The installation crew did a perfect job. They picked up all the old systems and cleaned the job site. The company also registered our unit with the Carrier company for a 10-year warranty for the AC and 20 years for the furnace. We strongly recommend Comfort Atlanta Heating & Air for all HAVC services.

He was my first experience when he came out quickly after a call and got my A/C running.Today I had a new unit put in and I could not believe how smoothly everything went. The total time it took for installation was 2 1/2 hours for a 4 ton Trane Heating and A/C unit. Antonio and his partner were most courteous, clean, pleasant and above all - EXPERIENCED! Update- I have renewed my service plan with them for the second year and it is defenitely worth it! I had heating issue, they responded within an hour of my service request. The technician came in and quickly identified the issue and the needed fix. Once again did not force me to spend money rather gave me options and a new quote. Will defenitely be using them for all HVAC issues. Previous Review - Prompt, Professional and Genuine. I’ve had several bad experience with hvac companies which try to rip your money by scaring you that your hvac is ready to die, etc, but was pleasantly surprised and felt happy how the technician gave honest feedback and also fixed the hvac in a cost effective manner. Will definitely recommend!

Update 2023:My main level unit was serviced by Comfort Atlanta as part of my maintenance package. Upon inspection of the furnace, it was determined to be leaking carbon monoxide. John was able to come out and quote a whole new system that was fairly priced and able to be installed the next day. This is my second replacement with them and I can’t be happier with the service I receive from them.Original (2022):Fan motor on upstairs AC unit went out on Friday. John and team were able to send somebody out Monday morning to service. Upon further review, the system could’ve been fixed but was near end of life as it was. John worked with me to find best option and was available to install very next day. During install, Andrew and team were very thorough and professional. The install took around 4 hours and they even gave me a breakdown of all they did. Im beyond impressed with this company and will definitely be recommending them. I even signed up for maintenance plans to keep my other units running.

I did end up replacing my entire system and the entre process was exactly as promised. I was offered multiple options to choose from and after I decided what I wanted the installation was set up quickly. On install day the team showed up on time and the job was completed professionally and exactly as promised. Its been about a week and the system is working perfectly. I only work with people I trust, and so far, they have won my business.

Highly recommend them. Called when I discovered that my AC wasnt working. Was able to get on the schedule for the next day. Turned out the problem was due to rodents chewing on the wires. Our technician John Rahmani was very professional. He got right to work and found out what was exactly causing our cooling problem. The dual run capacitor was not allowing the compressor to turn on. He went to his van, got a new one and installed it. Runs as good as new. He was very responsive and on time. He explained to us what other maintenance that needed to be done to the AC unit. John made our evening very comfortable for the rest of the night. Outstanding work on replacing our 31 year old system that finally died! We were in the cold and they saved us. Their extremely professional and courteous representative, John, came out almost immediately after I placed the call and performed an estimate. He even worked with me after a couple of situations on my end arose that could have brought the install to a halt. Rather than leave my family and I in the cold they finished the job and worked with me. This is something that I am extremely grateful for and wont forget. Not to mention, the installation technicians were on time, professional, knew what they were there for and made it happen. Also, Comfort Atlantas estimate compared to big name companies price was almost half 40% less and compared to other local HVAC contractors estimates was inline, fair, and reasonable. It did not feel like we were being taken advantage of because of our predicament of being in the cold. Thank you guys for taking good care of us!

We own a rental property in Alpharetta GA but currently reside in FL. We originally contacted Gagne Heating and AC for the repair who quoted us $1200 for anew motor and compressor cleaning on the unit. We agreed and they made the repairs but the AC was still not working properly. Gagne called us back and told us it would be another $4200 to replace the unit entirely. Being so far from the property, we wanted a second opinion, thats when we contact John at Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air. John first told us he was booked through Saturday (today is Thursday), but once i told him our tenants had small children in the 90 degree house he managed to get us in an hour later. When he arrived to the property he advised us that the unit was wired incorrectly (Done by previous company) and that he would rewire the unit and confirm it is functioning properly. Within an hour of being there he had the ac unit up and running and my tenants happy. Best part was, it only cost us the 80$ service fee and an extra few bucks for rewiring. John could have tried to rip us off like the competitors did, but instead he was honest and fair. I was so impressed with his integrity and kindness, we will always turn to Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air for ALL our AC needs in the future and i HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need. I wish I could rate our experience as 10 starts! We have a 22 years old unit that was working on ‘its last leg’. Every other year we had to add a couple of pounds of Freon to it, and this year was no different. After calling around I was disappointed how some companies charged $200/lb, which is extremely overpriced (they pay $8-$15/lb). I’m glad I found the Comfort Atlanta Heating And Air. First of all, they offered the LOWEST for r22 ($80/lb, whereas Coolray wanted $200/lb). Their service call is $80 (super inexpensive for the same day service). Second of all, technician (Jason) was at my house the same day. Unfortunately, our unit had a bigger problem than low Freon...One of the wires that attaches to the compressor completely burned, which is a bad sign. After his assessment, Jason told us that although he can attempt to replace the wires, the compressor itself might have been fried, and even if the unit will work again, it might not last. Therefore, it would be better to look into replacing the HVAC system all together. However, he DID NOT go into a sale pitch and didn’t put any pressure on us to buy a new unit from them. Of course, we decided to try to fix vs replace; seemed like a cheaper option at the time. He fixed the unit and it worked perfectly, unfortunately not for long. The unit died a few hours later due to burned compressor terminal; Jason warned us about that being a possibility. I kinda wish we would’ve listened to him in the first place ... Next day, I decide to shop around and get a feel how much will the new HVAC cost us. First, I called John, the owner of the Comfort Atlanta Heating and Air, and told him over the phone what we might need. Without a ‘sales pitch’ he gave me a rough estimate right away (around $5000 for both systems). Then I called the Coolray and had the sales person come out to my house the same day and quote us for new HVAC. Although, Dustin was a good guy, the Coolray price for 14 seer 2.5 Ton AC unit and 75,000 BTU heater was VERY UNCOOL. He quoted us at $7680 for both. I almost fell on the floor!!!! Especially, after I researched the price range for HVAC in GA; $7680 is at least $1500 above the top price. For $7680, you can get Lenox brand through Costco with much better efficiency rating, cash rebates etc. Mind you, all we asked for is 14 seer (the lowest available) and Trane or Carrier (Coolray sells Carrier, which is ok). No thank you! Of course, Dustin went on to tell me how the model I want was a ‘copper level’ system and that he doesn’t even have on the list in his brochure; I was like ok, I guess I am cheap. He also told me that there no specials for that kinda model’ and that ‘his customers usually buy 19 seers and above’. Yeah, I am not that kinda consumer. I roll on the budget and I’m CONFIDENT that 14 Seer Trane that Comfort Atlanta installed today will work just as AMAZING or even better than Carrier (we have Carrier in the second floor and are not happy with the brand; had to change coil within the first year of installation).I called John back and made a deal.What can I say... everything from START to FINISH was done efficiently, smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with the job.Jason and Andrew arrived the next morning promptly at 8 AM. John (the company owner) arrived shortly after them to go over the job and ensure that installation will be done correctly and everything will go smoothly. The whole process took roughly 4 hrs and if I tell you that Andrew and Jason busted their tails, you better believe it. I am very particular and love things done the right way from the start; I cannot stand sloppiness. They cleaned their mass, they raised the unit above the ground; they used level to make sure it was leveled appropriately and won’t ‘slide off’. The whole crew was respectful and courteous. They wore face masks (due to COVID-19), and shoe covers in the house, which is a huge deal for me.I would HIGLY recommend them for your HVAC system repair or replacement.Thank you Comfort Atlanta for the amazing job!

I called several HVAC company and none could come for several days, I hit gold when I called Comfort Atlanta! John answered the phone and said he would be there in about 30 minutes. After checking the A/C, he said the compressor was out of freon and the coil had a leak. to correct the problem, it would be best to install a new coil & compressor as freon was being replaced with a newer refrigerant. John stated he could be here tomorrow morning at 8 oclock after agreeing on a price. He and a co-worker were here at 8 and 2 1/2 hours later they were finished and our home was cooling down. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has an HVAC problem,

Excellent timely appts! Affordable pricing and trusted service. I’ve used them for 2 yrs now covering 3 rental properties. HVAC units and furnace are affordably priced and so are the repairs.They worked hard to squeeze my appts in over a holiday weekend, not to mention the hottest weekend we have experience yet.Honest company.
