I have never seen a more kind and helpful service provider than Good Ol’Boys Plumbing. They didn’t ever need to make a house call, because they explained the problem to me and how to try and fix it through texting. He even sent me a picture of the tool I would need. I called Good Ol Boys and left a message. My call was returned within 10 minutes. I spoke with Chris and he was professional and polite. In an attempt to get a quote to me quickly, Chris requested I send photos of the water heater and surrounding area. I was able to get clear photos and Chris sent me several repair options in a quote in less than 20 minutes. The following morning we contacted Chris to go ahead with our choice. I wrote him at 830am and by 12pm David and Dylan had arrived to perform the repair. I was quoted an hour window for arrival and the guys arrived in the first 15 minutes of that window. They immediately got to work and by 3pm, we had hot water again.I would definitely recommend Good Ol Boys Plumbing and I would contact them again for plumbing needs in the future.

I called Good OlBoys Plumbing after a plumber from a different company said it would cost approximately $2,000 to fix my plumbing issue. He told me the cost would be $1,700 if I signed on as a member of their company. I may be a single mom but I am not stupid . That price seemed exorbitant so I called Good OlBoys. Roy came to my house the next day and he arrived on time (unlike the first plumber who was 3.5 hours late)!He immediately found the problem which was so minor that he did not even charge me since I had used their company in the past!! I will always use Good OlBoys in the future. They are honest, professional , and prompt . Thank you Good OlBoys!!!

Im a grumpy old man that typically frowns at the rushed quality of work most tradesman do, but Im extremely happy with the work that was done for me. It really was quality work. Roy and Christopher replaced our Water Heater and our PRV. What won me over the most is that they could have just swapped water heaters working off and adding to the existing jumbled layout of piping thats accumulated over 50 years of this house, but instead took out the unnecessary mazed piping and re-worked it nice and tidy. They took their time and did it right. Not rushed. Very friendly guys as well.

Look guys...I needed to change a water heater and modify its pipes and connections (gas,drain, expansion tank, etc.). After I quoted the work with multiple plumbing companies I received quotes only for the labor in all the possible range (from $2,500 to $800). I was extremely disappointed because coming from the mechanical/technical world I knew they were overcharging me as crazy.After reading the reviews I decided to contact these guys. And everything other customer say is true, Chris answer my questions super fast he allow me to send him pics and explanation of the work needed by text message and gave me a quote through the same way. More than reasonable price and no hidden costs. At the end I bought the heater and installation with them. Next day they were at my home installing the device.Roy, the person who came to install the heater and modify the pipes was amazing. He knew what he was doing and was able to explain each step to me. Also he didnt take shortcuts and was very thorough in everything he did. Was really a pleasure to deal with him.My recommendation is quote with a lot of companies if you want. But always check with these guys....honest...reasonable price and extremely professionals.

We needed a water pressure regulating valve replaced. Good Old Boys Plumbing was very responsive and very reasonably priced. There were no hidden fees. Roy showed up on time and was able to identify to problem area quickly. He did not have the part on his truck, so had to drive to pick it up so he could complete the job the same day. The valve was difficult to reach, so he had to spend extra time widening the opening etc. The change in quoted price to actual price was clearly and transparently explained. I will use them again for sure!

Had a fantastic experience with Good OlBoys Plumbing. Our water heater died a couple nights ago, and we immediately went to work researching reputable plumbers in the area. I called yesterday, received an immediate callback from Chris, and he spent a good 20 minutes chatting with me about my tank vs. tankless options and answered all of my questions. He laid out the pros and cons of both types heaters without ever pressuring or upselling me. I decided on a tankless heater as well as a gas line installed into our backyard for a grill. They game me a same-day arrival window, and kept me in the loop as to when they were going to arrive. Roy and his partner were efficient, courteous, and left the area extremely clean. They even spent time after installation working with me to test multiple showers (to ensure the water was hot while multiple faucets were running) and walking through the cleaning process in the future. I will be using Good OlBoys for future plumbing needs and recommend to anyone who likes honest service and great work.

We had assessed and believed that we had a grout leak, but wanted to be sure. We contacted Good OlBoys. From the time they were contacted, they were very responsive and professional. After inspection they too thought this was the issue, pointed out some things, educated me, provided recommendations & offered to come back out. They didnt even want to charge me and/or take my money for the service visit but it just didnt feel right in this economy. They asked for an update once that part of the project was finished. I had a leak inside of a wall at a rental property that I own that needed to be fixed ASAP. I called several companies that could not get anyone out the same day. Chris was able to get his guys out to my house and get the repair done within 3 hours of when I called! The fix was not easy, as they had to cut into a wall and literally chisel out some concrete on the slab to access the leak. He is very customer service oriented and his employees know how to get creative to solve the problem.

Jerry came out that evening and provided a quote for service, which was much lower, less than half of a previous quote I received from another company. Scheduled the service and they made it out 2 days early. I have referred this company once already and would not hesitate to refer friends and family in the future. These guys are honest and great workers! I paid for an estimate that included three toilets only because I was confused. They could have totally ignored it and I likely would have never known! I had a hose leaking near my water meter. Water and sewage came who revealed the leak to be on the property side of the meter. I called several companies prior to Good Ol Boys. Chris sent Joshua who arrived about 20 minutes beyond scheduled time. He took corrective action by replacing the hose. In addition he realigned the hose to reduce the pressure. He further gave further recommendations concerning the pressure gauge as well as replacing our aged water heater. I was very pleased with this company.

Called this afternoon to get a quote on a new hot water heater to replace our 22 year old one and a to have a leak in the bathroom looked at. By 4:30pm the job was done. That kinda of service should get 6 stars. Especially nowadays when its hard to get people to even call you back. I wasnt even thinking anyone could be out here for a week expecting it to be 2 or 3 weeks before the job was done. Same day service with no rush charge is more than anyone can ask for.
