Terry was awesome. He was professional, courteous and fair.We had an issue with a toilet bubbling up when the shower would drain on the other side of the house and he immediately knew it was a venting issue and the places to look. He explained how to fix it and charged a very reasonable amount.It is so nice to have someone that has been in the trade their whole life and actually knows what he is talking about. I recommend him to everyone!

We had a main line water break at our home (built in 1980s). This water line was the older blue polybutylene pipe that has many lawsuits years ago. Our meter was “far” from the home and many plumbers were reluctant with distance and price. My wife found Terry on the Facebook Milton sweet tea group (he was highly recommended). Terry asked for some initial pictures then came out to estimate. Very reasonable on price and completed job fast minimizing damage to yard. Plus a 15yr warranty. Very nice to work with. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing job. Thanks Terry!

Our upstairs bathtub started leaking into the room below a few days before several house guests were due to arrive. Terry came over to look at it immediately, and returned the next day and fixed it. We are so appreciative! Terry was knowledgeable and friendly, and clearly explained the issue and what steps were required to fix the leak. We will certainly call Plumbing Central again. Highly recommend.

I love the folks at Plumbing Central and I have personally referred a family member and a friend that have also have received exception service and treatment. The owner, Terry Davies spoke to me on the phone politely and came out himself the same day as called each time and gave a free estimate for the projects. Work was completed promptly as promised. Honest, reliable, master workmanship and affordable. I will use and recommend Plumbing Central again.

First -- Terry came out the day before Christmas eve to replace two water heaters that were starting to fail. He responded quickly, explained things clearly, and did a very professional job very efficiently. I did a lot of comparison shopping, and his price was very fair. Also a very nice guy to work with. I would certainly give him a call.

We had a leak in our sink that no one could fix or even find, and Terry came in and fixed our sink and replaced the faucet with one of those new touch sensor contraptions. He did a fantastic job in no time. Terry is highly knowledgeable and experienced. 10/10 would recommend.P.s. he gives free estimates!

Terry was the only plumber out of four that I had called that could take on the expertise needed for the job. We had a main water leak about 20ft above the ceiling tiles. He came that day to diagnose the problem than came back the next with a scissor lift to go up a fix the pipe. Terry showed professionalism, honesty, and extensive experience to help us with our problems. Highly recommend for any job.

I recently had my countertops done. I called a couple of plumbers and their estimates were super high. I felt like they were trying to take advantage. Based on the good reviews for Terry, I decided to make an appointment. His price was fair and was very polite. We had a hard time coordinating a time, but besides that I am overall satisfied. We, like a previous reviewer, just moved into a home and had an issue with a toilet. I read the online reviews and took a chance and called the company, left a message and Terry called me back within a minute. After I described the problem, Terry showed up in 10 minutes...pulled the toilet, repaired the problem and reinstalled it. Done within an hour. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

Stop looking. You found a great and honest plumber. This guy was AWESOME. He charged me less to install a new water heater than the rooter place charged me to replace a hose bib. He worked with me every step of the way and I found myself looking for more stuff for him to do because he is so awesome. Found out that he, his Dad, his Grandfather (and his Grandmother!!) were all Master Plumbers (going back to 1901). He showed timely, worked fast, gave great advice, charged me a fair price and everything works great. Wish I could give him a 6th star.

I called Plumbing Central on Monday, they promised to come and fix my kitchen sink issue that same night, but it was only Tuesday night that Terry Davis and his crew showed up at my place. He was extremely apologetic about not making it to take care of my kitchen plumbing the night before.Mr. Davis asked me a couple of questions and within 20 minutes my kitchen sink issue was taken care of. His crew and of course Mr. Davis himself know what they are doing and work very well together as a team.I am very thankful for advice I got from Mr. Davis regarding clean up of my kitchen sink leakage aftermath and very pleased with the way he communicates with his clients.If I were to encounter another plumbing issue, I will call Plumbing Central only. Terry is the man. I had a renovation JUST done on my second floor master bath. First time running the shower I got water stains on my 1st floor ceiling. Had roto rooter out and I insisted this was probably an issue with the fixtures due to some evidence I had compiled. Roto rooter consistently ignored me and after cutting a hole in my ceiling, insisted I need to tear down the newly renovated tiled shower wall for them to diagnose. Terry came out and confirmed my suspicions. Water was going back into the wall from a misinstalled tub faucet. When the diverted was on there wasn’t a good seal so some water was going into the wall. He didn’t even charge me. To confirm it because it was so easy for him. Awesome guy.

I called Kerrie at 8:00 pm on a weeknight about what I thought was a sewer backup. Not only did he answer his phone but based on my description he suggested I check and see if my lift pump was working. Sure enough, somehow it had come unplugged. Problem solved. The average plumber would have known the same thing but charged me $125 to come out. Guys like this seem to be rare these days. I will gladly recommended him any chance I get based on this interaction. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I had an outside pipe burst due to the freezing weather so I just Google searched Alpharetta plumbers and Plumbing Central was the only one who I could actually talk to on a Sunday night around 10:30PM. It wasnt a plumbing emergency so they swung by the house the next morning.I previously had this pipe repaired as it burst a couple years ago but when I had it repaired then, I was told there was no shutoff valve and one needed to be installed. When I told Central Plumbing this, he said, no way, theres always a shut off valve for outside spigots...and there was, in a highly unusual location but he found it! He could easily have said there wasnt and charged us to install one but he didnt.This is a great local company who is very responsive (uses text messaging) and very HONEST! They have a customer for life and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks (or doesnt for that matter).

PLUMBING CENTRAL WAS INITIALLY SCHEDULED TO COME OUT TO JUST GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A PROBLEM THAT I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE WAS EXTENSIVE BASED ON THE TWO PREVIOUS ESTIMATES. I WONT MENTION ANY NAMES, BUT THEY WERE EXTREMELY HIGH AND BOTH HAD ME BELIEVE THAT MY BATHROOMS WOULD BE OUT OF COMMISSION FOR A FEW DAYS. TERRY CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND INSTEAD OF JUST AN ESTIMATE HAD THE PROBLEM REPAIRED IN 30 MINUTES FOR $150. A COUPLE OF THOUSAND LESS THAN THE OTHERS.HONESTY, RELIABILITY AND GREAT WORKMANSHIP! Plumbing Central not only promptly repaired the main broken pipe but was very thoughtful. Terry Davies knew I have school going children and worked hard to complete fixing and installation of the new pipe before my kids came home from school.
