Absolutely incredible top notch service. Arrived right on time. Ran into a couple of obstacles (through no fault of their own), found solutions fast, the amazing crew work patiently for almost 5hrs, did not get frustrated or impatient. The Manager arrived as well and checked everything. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves. They replaced water tank, expansion tank, PRV, all valves and installed new pipes. They were the only company from 3 quotes I had, who provided pan as well. Can’t say enough about their extraordinary service!!!!

Plumbwise installed an LP high efficiency water heater just over 1 year ago. I noticed the water heater leaking just over a week ago. This was no fault of their own. Sometimes product is just defective. Initial estimate was 4-6 weeks for a new water heater due to the supply chain issues we are having. At best one week for an LP conversion kit and a Natural Gad heater. Someone jumped through hoops and got a water heater in two days and they replaced it the next day. All in all I was without hot water Saturday to Thursday. No cost out of my pocket.Miles and Tyler were very professional young men who did their job well. I’d hire them any day.Barbara was very helpful in all of this, always had answers, picked up the phone quickly. Very professional.If I had one disappointment it was there was no 24hr, weekend emergency service when I called Saturday. The office is open 9-5, Monday -Friday. It would not have helped me anyway. But I also appreciate that because that tells me they want their employees to have a life also.

The guys came to my house to investigate why my pipes were rattling.They listened to my concerns and then did some testing. They came up with a great solution and provided a quote before doing anything. I had them actually come back later that day and not only fix the rattling pipe noise, I had them replace the 12 year old water heater which was way over due. The father and son who came back that afternoon did a excellent job. They were very productive and cleaned up afterwards very well. They even explained everything that I asked about once they were done.and their prices were very competitive. They did not try to gouge me. Very well done!!! Thx again for being ready to help at such a quick notice.

Our hot water heater went out, leaking everywhere. Plumbwise sent someone to shut it down and start the draining process. The next morning, right on time, Andrew showed up to install the new one. He cleaned up when he was done and took the old one away. Their price was fair but the service was exceptional!

Wonderful experience with an outstanding company. We had a plumbing issue just a few days before Christmas, and PlumbWise sent Eric Bloom out within a few hours to fix it. He had us up and running in no time and ready for guests! I was bracing myself for the holiday last minute upcharge, but I had nothing to worry about -- in fact I was pleasantly surprised by the charge for the service. I highly recommend this company and will use PlumbWise for all my plumbing needs.

Within 3 hours from initial call, Eric was on site to diagnose the issue, and returned same day with appropriate part but wanted the area to dry out before installation. When I called the next morning with concerns of continued leaking, he was came back within an hour. Pricing was fair and was nickeled and dimed given the multiple visits!

Installed whole house water filter. Did a good job of explaining my questions and what they were going to do. Also, answered all questions after install. There was a manufacturing defect with the filter that I bought. They came back to replace it with the new one I got. There was an additional cost though, that I had to recoup from the manufacturer. But, they did a good job and it has been over a month and there are no leaks or issues. They were mindful to use the same type of components (such as shut-off ball valve, PEX tube etc.) that were originally there in my plumbing. They used a larger PEX tube to prevent pressure drop due to the filter. Overall good quality, excellent price and great customer service

I received a phone call minutes prior to the gentleman coming to my home and he was right on time and very professional. He had a great attitude and fixed my problem within minutes. I highly recommend them and will for sure use them for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Loved, loved, loved the experience!
