We have used Omni Plumbing many times during the past years. Our experience every time has been pleasant and satisfactory. They are prompt and can be relied upon for emergencies. Last month we had Jason and his team install a tankless water heater. The job was completed very professionally. We compared many quotes, and Jasons price was the best. He also suggested that we get our own electrical work done since it was a small job for which he would charge much more than what a normal electrician would. That indeed turned out to be true. Really appreciate his honesty, and not pushing us services that we do not need. We will use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Sewage backup is never fun, but Omni surely made it easier to deal with by responding as promised and replacing our Very Large Outdoor Sewage Pump. Great folks that know what they are doing, Thank YOU Omni.

We used Omni to do a new outside water service from meter to house. We also had them repair a leak behind my dishwasher and also replace our hot water heater to include a expansion tank. Omni was very easy to deal with as they are super friendly, professional and very fair priced. Our new water service was completed in a very timely manner and we will definitely use Omni as our go to plumber for all of our future plumbing needs!

Jason from Omni Plumbing installed a water heater at our house today. The original water heater was installed incorrectly but the Jason was able to work around that without a problem! They had us up and running in no time and left no trace that they were here except a expertly installed water heater! Everything works better than ever and I couldn’t be happier!

After a miscommunication, owner personally showed up And also was on the phone with me to provide a resolution. it clearly shows the care to the customers as well as the work they do. I am happy to say we were able to find common ground and we resolved the miscommunication. I will definitely hire them again!

Came back from vacation to discover I had a water leak in the front yard. 2 contractors wanted to replace the pipe from the street to the house. Jason, however, said he could repair the pipe for much less and after he was done he discovered that the leak he repaired was NOT the main water pipe at all but the sprinkler system pipe! If I had selected either of the other contractors the problem would not have been fixed. Thank you Jason for an excellent job!!

I had the technicians Chase and Cole out twice in the last week. Once to fix a leak caused by faulty solder on a hose which failed Christmas day and once to fix a leak on the drain in our upstairs shower we noticed a couple days later. It was a busy time for plumbers due to the recent single digit temperatures, but both times they managed to fit me into the schedule when other plumbers werent even returning calls.When they did the work they explained what they were looking at, what they found, what the problem seemed to be, and what was required to fix it. They were careful to keep things clean while working and went back over the area to clean up the dust/mess that escaped their precautions. Then they showed me the fixes and had me look for any issues/remaining leaks. When they couldnt immediately fix a separate issue (slow flushing toilet that likely requires a replacement) they made what adjustments they could without extra charge and gave me a quote if I wanted to replace in the future.The work was just done so I dont know about longevity but it seems to be quality work and its warrantied for a year. I cant fully speak to price as I didnt get other quotes, but it seems reasonable based on other work Ive had done in the past especially given the timing and the number of emergency calls plumbers must be getting this week.
