This company is great!In 2010 I had my home re-piped to eliminate the polybutylene pipes, the work was warrantied.Fast forward to a week ago and I have a drip, drip, drip in the walls at the shower on the 2nd floor. Damaged the drywall, of course.Called Sagewater, they took a look and said yep, theyll take care of it, all under warranty and the work was done today.Gotta like a company that keeps its word and works fast and well.Well done!

The group replaced all the plumbing in the apartment complex i live in. The workers and supervisors were super friendly but most important super efficient! They were friendly and really care about my home and taking care of it .They covered every thing every day they came in and cleaned it up each evening before they left. I would recommend SageWater highly for any project they undertake. I met the owner before the crew arrived and he set the level for his employees to attain and they met that goal. Couldnt ask for better.

Thanks to SageWater for making a complicated and invasive project as smooth as possible. They just finished up a 2 year long project in my building to replace every inch of our water pipes. I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of SageWaters crews. Entire walls in my apartment were demolished and rebuilt, so my living area was a major construction site. SageWater protected my apartment from dust with plastic sheeting, and at the end of each day they cleaned up so completely it was as if they were never there. Now that they are complete, my walls are back up, painted, and look great.

Sagewater recently re-piped my apartment and I want to compliment Keegan Sullivan and his crews on doing such a great job. Keegan and each member of his crews have been professional and polite through every step of the process. All my concerns and questions were addressed promptly and in a professional manner, especially when I was apprehensive about having “strangers” in my home with my animals. Care and concern was expressed especially since the work was being done shortly after Covid-19 lockdown was lifted. The crew members were all very respectful to me, my pets and my living space. The work was done faster than I expected, the end results looked well done. I’m not a plumber but I’ve seen a lot of residential construction and plumbing repairs to know a good job from a bad one. (I’m in the real estate business.) The crews are hard working and deserve extra kudos!

Keegan (Project Manager) and crew showed up on time as promised. Completed a complex plumbing retrofit in a few short hours. Areas to be undisturbed were plastic sheeted and taped. All patches to walls and ceilings were expertly repaired and paint matched to perfection. Even had a crew member clean after completion. True professionals.

Sagewater team is fixing pipes in our building. They really did good job. They are efficient, neat and pay attention to detail. They are patient and listen to suggestions. They are on time. Especially project manager, Corey, Joe, who checked very floor, every unit at the beginning and end of day to make sure everything OK. I am very pleased with their work. Mahalo.

They performed sewer works and extanding new pipes into my Appartment at Sterling, VA. Vector and his team did really valuable work and great effort. Ther organized and Clean once they finalized thier duites. I higjly recommand them as Profissional contractor.

Amazing job!Day one: all the plumbing in every room was replacedDay two: inspection, drywall; and paint (with textured walls and ceiling) finished completely in roughly 8 hours.They covered everything with plastic to contain the dust, they matched the texture and paint perfectly, and they cleaned up before they left.I had some concerns before the project started and Victor came right over to do a walk through and discuss the project. They are great with communication and timing.

The team was very organized, prompt and informative on each step they took working on our unit. The team was also very polite and very clean prior, during and after their work. Also very considerate in the early am ..allowing us to exit a little.later than planned ..we apreciated very much the excellent work they did ..we will recommend their work to others with water leaks and or needing pipe replacements.

Compliments to the plumbing crew who managed to pull off a couple of miracles and save my valuable stonework in both baths. Their work was professional. They conducted themselves with respect, honesty and were quiet, clean and non-intrusive. The painting staff were quick and their work was professional. Although this was a long and arduous process for the owners, the staff at Sagewater made is bearable. Thank you.
