    LOOK NO FURTHER AND HIRE CERTAPRO TODAY!!We are so, so happy that we decided to hire CertaPro to paint our 20-foot walls. The crew showed up right on time and got the job done perfectly and thoroughly. They asked lots of questions to clarify exactly what we wanted painted and what we wanted patched.I wish I had taken before pictures to show their complete attention to detail. We had a filthy air intake vent that was too high for us to reach, and Luis and his crew not only cleaned it, but also painted it to blend in with the wall. They patched so many holes in the walls that were not even aware of as well as a crack in the ceiling and a dent in our window seat.We are blown away and will be hiring CertaPro in the future for all of our painting projects!

    This company has amazing customer service- Maidelys Jorge is awesome - she came out and gave our practice a quote- she touch base with us along the way. She was able to match the colors we needed. Daewin Moreno was introduce to our practice as the lead supervisor- his contact information was shared prior to his arrival. This was great to see before the project started. He arrived on time and review the site and give us input and an estimate of time to be completed.     I worked with Christy from Certapro in the lead-up to the actual painting and throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and provided really helpful advice throughout the process. She even went out of my way to meet me at the bank on the day of payment so that I could get off to work on time. The painters did a really nice job and tweaked all items to my satisfaction. Christy was clear that Certapro would not be satisfied until I was happy with the final product. They also did the work at a fair price.

    We contracted CertaPro Painters to take on a big painting project in our home. Throughout the process, all of the CertaPro employees were friendly, polite, and professional.     We were very pleased with our experience with CertaPro Painters! We realized at the very last-minute that we would need almost the entire interior of our house to be painted, and we had a very tight window in which we needed the work to be done. CertaPro provided us with a very reasonable rate and was able to start and finish the work within the timeframe we needed. The workers showed up precisely on-time (and maybe even a few minutes early) on both days of the job and they really went above and beyond to make sure that everything looked beautiful.     I had CertaPro come over today to power wash the back of my house and also clean my pergola. What an amazing transformation! Johnny went above and beyond and removed several layers of dirt! He even cleaned the brickwork on our fireplace! I am very pleased indeed and will certainly call them again.They also painted the front columns on my house a short time ago and did a fantastic job.     I contacted CertaPro to quote me on removal of texture on interior walls and ceilings, repainting, painting kitchen cabinets, and installing crown molding. Though I ended up going with only the re-texture and repainting for now, it was not because of price. CertaPro offers competitive prices and I am extremely happy with the results. Maidelys was a gem to work with on all coordination and contracting. Darwin and his team were always on-time, and took care to do an outstanding job! Darwin clearly has very high attention to detail, and made sure that as paint dried there were no areas of texture remaining. Its amazing how much of a difference a quality paint job does to a place. I would highly recommend CertaPro, and will definitely count on them for any painting needs in the future (and hopefully crown molding soon!).

    Excellent. The project called for interior painting hallways on four floors and the baseboards baseboards of an Alexandria condominium. Yeong-Min the overall project manager and her crew under Eduardo performed a truly professional project on time and on budget. The crew was neat with all surfaces covered, equipment and clean up done at the end of each of the four days work and responsive to our specifications and needs that arose. The Board of this House has used this crew in the past with the same high quality results. We recommend CentaPro with out hesitation and would use them in the future.

    CertaPro did a fabulous job on my interior home painting project. Maidelys came out to prepare the quote and returned a spec sheet that evening with a reasonable price.     The entire process was very smooth. Maidelys came to our house the same day when I contacted her and shes very knowledgeable about what needs to be done. She also rest assured me that CertaPro will do a superb job painting the interior of my house and they did! Maidelys, Luis and his team took great care of our house and treated us like family. We wanted to paint our walls white and the walls were in dark color and rough shape but they spent the time to repair and smooth them out before painting.     I had a very good experience with MJ and Ricardo at this location. Needed one room painted, called on a Monday for an estimate. Got an immediate response back and did a virtual estimate, agreed to it and had Ricardo her on Thursday morning to complete the work. On time, masked, and took care of our property. Wall repair (small amount of drywall and nail holes) was done well and the paint looks great. Also including fixing a small hole in the ceiling from a fan install - can’t tell it was ever there. My wife and I are very happy.

    We are very pleased with the work done by CertaPro Painters of Alexandria. The office manager, Maidelys, completely understood our home painting goal. Best of all, she is very friendly and personable! She is thoroughly knowledgeable about the requirements (and special efforts like removing wall paper) for painting all the rooms, ceilings, and closets in our house -- including the garage. The project began with a complimentary color consultation. Laura came to our house and walked through every room, making suggestions for possible paint color choices, taking into account the existing decor and the preferences of my husband and me. We are totally pleased with the results! The painting crew of three men, including the site leader, Luis, was outstanding. They were promptly on time every day and worked very hard all day long. They were always willing to make changes, quickly take care of touch-ups, accommodate preferences, and go beyond the basic requirements of painting. For example, they pitched in to help us replace the shades on the windows upon the completion of the project. Luis was very helpful and informative throughout the project, working extremely hard, most notably on the garage interior when the weather was very warm. We relied on his opinion, and advice. He even helped us pick out switch plates and agreeable made several corrections when we requested them. He was always upbeat and a pleasure to work with. Our home looks beautiful! We highly recommend this company!

The team sent to our house were polite and excellent contractors. They repaired all manner of odd drywall problems, moved doors and a few pieces of furniture for us, and painted the entire 3 floor 3 bedroom townhouse interior in six working days with us in it.     We hired CertaPro Painters of Alexandria to repair and paint the steeple on our church, which is in a highly visible location along Franconia Road in Alexandria. Their proposal was responsive and they came in at a fair price. The prep work was thorough, the carpentry was accurately done, they used a good oil-based primer where needed, and the painting was carefully done. Cleanup was excellent - not only did they pressure wash the roof to remove paint chips, etc., but then they also swept up the driveway below the roof so the cleanup was complete. The steeple looks great. Excellent job by the Darwin family team of CertaPro. Thank you.

    Certa painted every wall in my house. I had an appointment to get quote on Wednesday, got my quote immediately. I wanted to get more than one so I had another company look on Friday (Their estimate was $600 more). I was able to set up my interior painting for the following Tuesday.     I bought my new house and it was an older property. The HOA wont let you replace your window where I am at. CertaPro Painters Alexandria painted my metal window frame and windowsill. It looked like a new window smooth and shiny. My baseboards, which were installed by the last owner, had gaps between the joint, dried paint drops, and was mixed in with the wall color. CertaPro fixed the gaps, smoothed my baseboard, and gave it a bright lively trim color. It looked like a fancy new baseboard. My kitchen, right above the fridge, had two gaping holes and an imprint of a cabinet. CertaPro made it disappear and I have a brand new wall - I stood there and stared for 5 in awe. They can paint, fix, and make anything like new again.

Being of a certain age, I appreciated the agents taking pictures off the walls and removing all decoration in the room. Everything was put back in place.     I unintentionally hired a horrible painter two years ago to strip all the wallpaper in my living & dining rooms and then paint the entire main level, which also included the family room/eat-in kitchen combo and three hallways. The work was so shoddy and unprofessional that I had to fire him after one week on the job.So, I called Sami with CertaPro Painters in Alexandria. He arrived within 30 minutes of me firing the first painter. He assessed the job, and provided a reasonable estimate to finish the work. His polite and professional crew started the very next day. They repaired everything the previous painter had screwed up and completed the entire job in two days. It looks great!I have continued to use CertaPro Painters Alexandria for several more projects . . . a major color change on exterior shutters and front door . . . a staircase and large, open upper hallway. I have used them at a rental property that I own and have referred them to numerous friends and neighbors.Sami really knows what hes doing and his crew follows up with an excellent paint job and courteous service.

The staff was absolutely professional and flexible to my family’s needs and availability. Our site lead, Edmer was extremely knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. We also depended upon Maidely’s for her expert painting opinion as she came out twice to ensure we were happy with our choices and pleased with the color and job.     We had our oak kitchen cabinets painted an off-white by CertaPro from the cabinets’ original 1991 pickled oak stain. The team, headed by Darwin, and including Nestor and Edwin, did an outstanding job of painting. All the cabinet doors, drawers and kitchen pulls were removed, painted and replaced. After a day and a half of work, the painting was completed. We then paid Darwin the contract’s total amount. He told us to let the paint dry thoroughly for two more days so we left the cabinet drawers and doors slightly ajar.After the drying period, we noticed that some of the doors did not close properly or at all. We became concerned that since we paid CertaPro in full, they would not return to rehang the cabinet doors that functioned improperly. After some time had past, we requested CertaPro (Sami) to come back to rehang the doors. CertaPro honored our request. We cannot praise Sami, our contractor, highly enough even though he should not have surprised us. We hired CertaPro, through Sami, in 2005 to paint the entire interior of our upstairs and he was equally as dependable then. Reviews were non-existent or not as popular at that time.With the integrity of Sami, the diligence of our painters, the very reasonable total job cost and follow-up provided, we give CertaPro an A+ for this job and would not hesitate hiring CertaPro for other jobs.
