From our initial interaction with the sales staff, to design, to construction, everyone we worked with at Home Vista was outstanding! Their craftsmen are highly talented and exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the carpenters and masons at Home Vista, our deck and patio are exceptionally beautiful and uniquely “us;” not at all like the “cookie-cutter” offerings from most deck and patio companies! Communication was clear, product management was first rate, there were no hidden charges or sales gimmicks, and the project was completed on time and on budget. Who could ask for anything more? I highly recommend Home Vista.

Home Vista was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the process they were always very responsive, professional and informative. Our deck, roof, screen porch and ezebreeze windows are all high quality and installed with care. Each of the crews that came to work on our porch were professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Thanks to the design and construction crews at Home Vista (formerly Nova Landscape & Design), we are enjoying a gorgeous porch, deck and patio! They worked patiently with us on our custom design ideas. Any hiccup or challenge with design implementation was handled with creativity and professionalism and we ended up with just what we wanted. The hardscape crew and carpenters were such nice gentlemen to have around for the 2 months and the job site was meticulously cleaned up every evening before they left. Ben, our project manager at the time, was as patient, personable and professional as could be. Our final project turned out even better than we envisioned and we look forward to spending our spring and summer on our new porch and patio! 😊

We used Home Vista to construct a new patio with a concrete slab for a swim spa in January 2023, and could not be happier with the whole experience. David and his team did a superb job with the construction. We were impressed by their attention to detail along the way as well to make sure that the product - our new patio - was as perfect as could be. The members of the HV team that we worked with were a delight at all steps of the sales and planning process beforehand - Ben, Joe, Cameron, Cindy, Wali, they were all great. The 3d renderings of the proposed work was helpful in the bidding stage as well. This was a feature not offered by other companies we approached to bid. We look forward to working with the team again in the future when we are ready for the second phase of our patio!

We have used Home Vista twice to enhance our front yard. They created tiers on a large area with a lot of drainage problems and did an amazing job! We receive compliments all the time from neighbors and passersby. And we have never had problems again with flooding or drainage.The best I can say is that we will use them again for any patio or yard remodeling we need to do in the future. 😊

Even the professionalism of Cameron with every communication - we were treated with respect and felt like our project was their only priority. Our screened-in porch and patio turned out better than we hoped and are the envy of the neighborhood. We couldn’t recommend this company more!

I dont believe Ive ever communicated with a company as responsive as this one. I was involved throughout the process and they took my desires into account for what I wanted and respected my wishes when it came to leaving the plants and trees undisturbed. The Patio itself is very nice and has nice details that I never would have thought about( i.e. rounded corners on the stairs...) The workers were great! They cleaned up everyday and updated us on what the plan was for the following day. They showed up when they said they would and performed the work they said they would efficiently and respectfully.

We had Home Vista design and install a large stone pathway and stone stairs up a steep hill in our back yard.They are fantastic to work with! From first contact to end of project they were fully engaged in the process. Never did we feel pressured, uncomfortable or confused about what and how the project would go.The project manager gave insightful suggestions and was patient with our questions and concerns. The crew was flexible, which I appreciate, because I asked for minor changes in shape, curve or placement of the rock and never did I feel like they were irritated for having to make a change.We live in a HOA and they knew the process of how hoas usually work, had paperwork for us to send in for approval and were ready to answer questions. They were so thorough we didnt have any problem being approved. We didnt have to have a permit so I am unaware of that process.Home Vista was not the cheapest nor were they most expensive. We had several contractors bid for this job.Once we had all the approvals and the ordered material arrived, (there was a small delay because of severe weather for which no one had control over) the project went fast, about 5 days in all. I was concerned at first when just three guys showed up to work with 40+ stone slabs at 400lbs each. That concern was unfounded. These guys were amazing! Not once were they imposing to us, loud or rude. More workers showed up during the week and they were all the same.We absolutely will be having them come and do more for us in the future. This is another thing I appreciate with this company. They knew our budget, knew what our dream was, made the priority happen and set the rest for future work. All without making the yard look unfinished.P.S. Keep in mind the pics are in winter. I will add more pics in the spring when everything is more lush.

HV did a great job throughout the entire process of remodeling our outdoor space. We had a small slab and an awkward hill in our backyard but wanted a more functional space for enjoying and entertaining. The designer had a great idea to dig into the hill and build a retaining wall with a drainage system that would both give us more usable space and keep the bottom of the hill from flooding (which it often did with moderate to heavy rain).The turnaround from design to installation was quick (just over a month). The install team was able to demo the old slab and install the new patio, wall, and drain within a few days with minimal disturbance to the rest of the property. The finished product looks great and is so much more functional than what we had.HV did a great job with the small details--the materials and dumpster were delivered the day the project was going to start, and they had them all hauled away the day they finished. The crew did a great job of cleaning up both the yard where they hauled materials to the project and the street where the dumpster was located.I would fully recommend talking to HV for any patio projects you are considering!

I decided to go with Home Vista after interviewing multiple patio developers. The team was creative and I didn’t feeling like was being hustled. The process end to end was smooth and they delivered what they planned to deliver and when they planned on delivering. The communication from all the team members was great. I would definitely recommend them as we have a unique design and space that we are proud to show neighbors in the community.
