Hot water tank failed. Called Robert, he came out within an hour, assessed the damage, quoted me a couple of prices, depending on which tank I chose. Got the repair scheduled for the next day. Dropped off the new parts the next morning and kept me updated when the technician would be out to replace everything. A couple of other minor issues were detected during the removal of the old tank and installation of the new one. They had to grab a couple of additional parts, and took care of the minor repairs. My bill remained what I was quoted on the initial call out.Timely, helpful, thorough, and professional. Could not recommend them more.
