I had been without A/C for 2 weeks during this insane heatwave. Called a few places and was told wait time was a few weeks out for service. I called FRA, spoke with Floyd who fit me in for an inspection the next morning and had Gary come out that same afternoon! Gary changed out the furnace motor quickly and efficiently and had my A/C up and running again! Absolutely fantastic experience all the way around, professional, friendly and fast service at an incredibly great price! I have already recommended their company to others and will definitely continue to give them my future business!

From their initial on-site evaluation and recommendations for our Mitsubishi 3 unit mini split system, to the most reasonable quote, to installation and follow-up, Floyd and his crew impressed us and were pleased we chose his team. So much so, were having him work up a quote to replace our radiant heat boiler and tankless water heater. FRA Mechanical installed my new heating and AC unit 2 weeks ago. Floyd was very professional and fast. He and his crew showed up and removed my old units and got my new unit installed in no time. Everything looks GREAT and they insured that everything was up to par and my satisfaction before leaving. The next week I had a roof installed and they damaged 2 of my refrigerant lines. FRA Mechanical responds quickly and is reasonably priced. Floyd came out and worked on our air conditioner, which was having a difficult issue to trace down. Where others had wanted to take the easy way and just replace parts until it fixed the problem (and cost more), Mr. Aragon worked on it logically, testing carefully, until he narrowed down the actual problem and only replaced what was necessary. The next day, he followed up to see if everything was working properly. We really appreciated the care and attention.

Great service. Wonderfully professional. Committed to making sure the job was done correctly. They replaced a 20 year old furance that is located in a crawl space under the house. Very small space to work in. The price was half of other quotes i had received from larger companies. Informed me every step of the way what was being performed. They definitely made me feel more at ease than any of the other companies that had been out to quote prices. Overall just a dang good job. Great folks to do business with.

I am pleased with the professional install and it has worked great for a year. I contacted the company again to service and turn on the new unit this spring. These guys were very responsive to our needs. We had a shower that needed to be repaired. Joe came out and looked at it. He had to cut in to the wall behind the shower in order to replace the valve and fix the shower head. He did a very good job and put up new access plates in case we ever have to do this again.
