We had an extremely positive experience with DJ and his crew. They were professional, responsive and most important to me, trustworthy!! Here is why, My parents live in Albuquerque while I live in Phoenix. When they need any work done they look to me to find somebody because Im a licensed contractor in Arizona and know the trades. Initially, the drain behind the washer began to back up and my mother thought a pipe was just clogged and called to have it snaked but that wasnt possible. When the solution became more complicated than expected my mother asked that I handle all communication with the company. She wanted to make sure the company was being honest and fair with pricing and English is my mothers second language and much of the plumbing terminology is not familiar to her. I spoke directly to DJ, the owner, who explained they believed the P-Trap was broken. I knew this to be the most likely possibility as when these houses were built they used cast iron and its quite common for them to essentially disintegrate. After discussing the repair and pricing we moved forward. As a contractor I was already aware the repair could become more extensive since repairing the P-trap was only a theory until the concrete was removed but DJ did a great job communicating the possibilities so there were no surprises. Raymond showed up to start the work and after getting the concrete open there were more leaks in the combo tees. Raymond called and explained it to me so I could help my mother understand the situation and DJ and I discussed the added cost and continued the repair. After everything was fixed, they repaired the concrete. The communication was wonderful! My mother is not an easy woman to please and she was very happy with the decision to use DJs!! As a daughter who loves her parents I am grateful to have found a plumbing and mechanical company I can TRUST to do work at my parents house in another state when I cant be there to do it. That speaks volumes to me!! Thank you again DJ!!

DJ always comes through. Most recently, his plumber Manuel was able to make it after sundown to snake some roots out of my mothers backed up sewer line, saved her (and me!) from a terrible night. Quality people.

Called DJ with a heater problem and he sent Jim out very professional and very nice guy, knows his stuff for sure ,and another time for a/c electrical issue and he sent someone out quickly the same day and figured it out quickly one gentleman name was Carlos and I forgot the other guy but both professionals recommend them BIG TIME. Workers were very professional and responsive. I am a single mother and I feel like they treated me fairly and I wasn’t taken advantage of. They were very clear on explaining the process and the repair that were needed. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I know this is my 3rd review. I cant say enough good stuff. Came out fixed my mess of a swamp cooler in about an hour. I always call them when I have a problem and have never let me down.

I cant say thank you enough for the amazing work! Coming out in the snow for an emergency service goes above and beyond expectations. I wouldnt think of ever calling anyone besides Dj and his team! Amazing work!

These are our go-to plumbers, can’t say enough about them. They always make time and make us feel like a priority! Whether it is a small or major job, they bring the same promptness and quality to the task at hand. Not only do they effectively get the job done, they also walk you through each step as they complete it so that you know what they are doing and how they are going about it. They are prompt and efficient at their craft, quality workmanship at fair rates. They have completed multiples jobs for our family: located gas leak in main line and repaired entire mainline, converted electric to gas stove, brought water heater and furnace up to code, repaired faulty water heater part, capped off old gas fireplace to prevent further leaks. You name it, DJ and his guys can do it! Thanks for all the great work guys, we always know who to call and if you go with them, you will know too!Pablo and Sarah

Hats off to DJ for the emergency service & repair (working in the snow at that) getting our water back into the house... had a leak in the old copper under the house somewhere, installed new line from the well house to the house went under the slab and up into the house , abandoned old lines and ran new ones! Very much appreciated Sir 🙏 as alwasy, will only be calling this guy and his team when in need
