A family member recommended them to me. I called and set up an appointment. They didn’t show up on the original date and time, so I needed to call them. Apparently, a plumber had quit w/o notice,, so they were trying to reschedule his appointments. I set up another time for them to come out and flush my water heater. Andrew, Day and Night employee, was great. He called me before arriving at the designated time. He was knowledgeable and professional. It took him about twenty five minutes to complete the job. I paid him the amount that had been quoted when I set up the appointment, and he was on his way. I was very satisfied with Day and Night. I would recommend them.

At 10 pm our water heater sprang a leak. We didnt notice it until around 11 pm. I called Day & Night Plumbing because they came up in the google search for emergency plumbers. They arrived in a half hour. They use an app that lets you see the actual vehicle position as they drive to your house. Corey Lucero did an excellent job identifying and stopping the leak. It turns out I needed a new water heater. I thought I would have to wait weeks, but Day & Night were able to schedule it in a few days (fortunately the day before Thanksgiving).Jonathon arrived with a new water heater. The old one was difficult to remove because of pipes and tubes in the way. But Jonathon was able to do it. He put the new one in, explained all the work he had done, and answered my questions. He was competent and professional, and did an outstanding job.I highly recommend this company. They will be the one I call for all my future HVAC and plumbing needs.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called on a Saturday late afternoon because my ac decided to give up. The service tech Johnathan called me promptly to let me know his eta and was very polite. When he arrived he was very patient as I put my dogs away and such to let him in to my back yard to assess my ac unit. Within just a short period he had identified the issue and it was fixed in no time. He was very polite and professional, he explained in detail what the problem was so that I knew what was going on with the unit. I was pleased with the quality of service and quick response time. I will def be using Day and Night plumbing and HVAC again. So grateful for cold air!

They were good about coming out in an emergency, and I know it was after hours, but if Im being honest, I felt like the cost was a bit steep for 30 minutes to run a snake through a pipe (One hour minimum charge). That said, the fellow who came was polite and efficient and I did get my clogged pipe unclogged when we were in a pinch.

I used Day and Night for a swamp cooler to refrigerated air change over.Overall good company and good service. They came out to give a free quote and go over things such as the electrical, if your panel is ok and take a look at where you want to place the unit etc, check your furnace and make sure it will work and recommend the wattage/power of AC or type of unit it will accommodate, check for placement of the unit and where it can go. I believe the man that came out was Chris. He was knowledgeable and informative without giving me too much information that I personally didn’t need. (I went through a lot of quotes with companies and some gave me WAY more info than I needed).Pros:-Came out on day one (said it would be a two day job) got all they needed to done-Were professional, wore shirts with their logos (important to me to recognize who is coming to my door and that they are there for what they say they are).-After the initial miscommunication for the electrician not showing up, the ladies who answered the phone for the company were very apologetic and said they would see to it that everything was in order for the rescheduled day. The electrician was also very apologetic for no one having reached out to me.-Have had the AC unit for about a 1.5 months now. Seems like a quality unit.Cons:-They don’t wear booties, this may be nit picky and I let it go but I truly dislike anyone in and out of my house dragging the outside in, but especially working professionals.-There seemed to be some big miscommunications:°On day one of work the guys came out and seemed very surprised by where I wanted the unit placed in relation to where the electrical was. They said they were not told much about the job. This didn’t turn out to be a big deal even though I was worried they were going to try to charge me more- they didn’t.°On what was supposed to be day 2 the electrician and the tech that was there on day one were supposed to come out. I confirmed the time with the tech on day one about what time he’d show up in the morning. Waited around the house and 1.5hrs after they were supposed to have arrived no one had showed up, no call, nothing. I called the company and was told the electrician had not come to work. It was pretty frustrating that no one called me to let me know. They got me scheduled for the next week.°2nd miscommunication was when the electrician showed up on the make up day he at first told me he was going to have to open up the wall where my panel was and run the electrical through the roof and there would be a hole that I would be responsible for patching and “did they tell you that?” Nope. It was never mentioned when they came out with the quote. He was able to find a different solution and used an electrical connection that is a working fix for now and a possible future issue for a kitchen outlet.

I cannot say enough good things about Day and Night Plumbing! first Michelle answered the call at 4 am when we had a main line break. No other plumbing company would pick up!(TLC). She then set William G. To the call he responded quickly and set up services that pin pointed the leak in the slab (shout out to American Leak Detection soooo awesome) fine tuned exactly where the leak was so as to minimize the damage to the slab. All in all, they were fast, professional and would not let up until they troubleshoot the problem and made all repairs within 48 hours!!!!!☺️ My opinion is that I now have my permanent plumber on file!!!Thanks team Day and Night Plumbing!

After a pool demolition that resulted in our main water line and sewer line being broken several times and temporarily repaired by the excavation and landscape companies that broke it, I called Day and Night for a permanent fix by licensed plumbers before such lines were buried. I called in the morning and the work got done expertly THAT AFTERNOON! Day and Night has been our go to plumbers for over 5 years for simple and complex jobs. Every time I call, I get a great result. Ask for Troy or Eric. When you buy good, you have good!

Dorothy the woman that I spoke to on the phone tried to help me troubleshoot, even before the plumber was sent out. Great experience with Day and Night Plumbing, easy to book the service and the agent was very professional to explain all the price and time options. The service tech arrive on time and he did a great job! Find the problem in a very short time (capacitor on the outside fan unit) and fix the issue quickly. At the end he explained all the job performed, which was the issue and they send me the email with all the picture and the receipts online. The price is affordable compare to other similar business. LeeLand Suns that’s the plumber for me. He restored our happy home 😁. I really am so happy that someone recommended Day and Night Plumbing to me. I have been a happy customer for a couple of years now and again today I am not disappointed. I have been struggling with a backed up kitchen sink.l for a couple of days. After doing all that could, I gave in and called “Day and Night” yesterday. They are here today! Woo Hoo ! Today is a Sunday! I thought I d have to wait until Monday or something.LeeLand did a superb job and did beyond expectations. Not only that, he is a nice, warm, kind, and approachable guy. I seem to get a lot of grouchy work people here where I just want them to do the job and go. LeeLand is not like that and like I said, approachable. I really appreciate Day and Night Plumbing. Ive had some really bad experiences with different plumbing companies ie, Moreno Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, my home warranty company gave me option to use a company of my choosing this time and I couldnt be more pleased. My technicians name is Casey, he was professional, quickly fixed the issue and actually took the time to show me exactly what he fixed, he even gave me pro tips for how to avoid the same issue in the future, recommended having my water heater flushed and also keeping mu utility closet free of dust. Simple switch from furnace to swamp cooler. Two techs were dispatched -one was an apprentice in training. The company sent text messages with names of each tech & ETA. They were both great guys to welcome in my home & took time to be thorough. The initial charge was much more than expected, but their customer service gal caught an error in billing & rectified it the next day. She was terrific at addressing my concerns & explaining the merger of companies (vans had Duke City signage). She also offered me a yearly membership that covers summer + winter transitions + priority service + discounts on other plumbing services for $250/yr. This is a good deal (apparently rates increased 25% since last winter!). So now Im paid till next spring & only need to make an appt when winter hits...no wait list! I think these are good folks who gave me the sense that they are reliable & want to earn repeat customers.

Casey padilla is a fine young man. The only problem was that the first drain cleaning machine that he brought in was broken. He tried to fix it. He had to mess with it for about 20 minutes or so, and then he just gave up and I dont blame him. That machine worked and completed the job ...casey worked to his best abilities while he was here.

These guys were available within a couple days and the AC was able to be installed just a week later. This is a busy season for HVAC peeps, I get it. Staffing shortages doesnt help. But man... Its HOT. We need AC or else it becomes a health concern very quickly.Literally everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. On time, great communication, respectful of our property. Ive used these guys before for a very small job, but this was the first big issue Ive run into as a homeowner, and they handled it well.They sent me a message letting me know who would be arriving at my home and when, and Marcos was great. He showed up on time as expected, and gave a ballpark idea of cost before work started. After he finished, the total came in pretty much dead center in his range, and within the amount I expected to pay for the service.I wasnt able to be at home, and had to leave the task of handling this service call to my wife, who is not savvy about home repair. Marcos did a great job of making her comfortable and explaining everything she needed to know, and was able to communicate with me over the phone as needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will continue to use this company again as needed. Best of all, I can use my water again!

They would have come that night charging an after hours fee, but they were also available at 7 the next morning for normal rates ($95/hr -- smack dab in the middle of high and low for 8 other plumbers I called). I chose the next morning. Immediately received a text and email confirming the appointment. Received a text the next morning when Mike and Kyle were on the way. They explained their plan, answered my questions as I watched them work, and thoroughly cleaned up the mess. They were both very pleasant and professional. Top notch customer service and plumbing expertise. Based on my experience with Mike and Kyle, I highly recommend this company. Preston came out and was able to diagnose and repair our leak. There was a serious leak behind the washer - a pipe broke behind the wall. The leak had been running for a few weeks, and had created a hole in the dirt under the foundation. Preston was able to repair the leak in less than 4 hours. He was incredibly careful, and only a small portion of the tile floor (less than 9x9) was jackhammered. He also only made a hole large enough in the wall to do what needed done. He filled in the hole, did the cement and drywall replacement, and cleaned everything up. Very kind, genuine person. I highly recommend this company and esp. Preston. OH! and this happened on the weekend. The service was more, but well worth the price.

From the very beginning when I made the initial phone call I could tell I finally found the right place. I spent several weeks getting estimates and talking to plumbers. The estimates were as high as $1,600.00 to install a shutoff valve and a frost proof faucet in an exposed block wall. Most wanted to convert to PEC instead of simply using copper on the copper pipe. Preston listened to what I wanted and did just that. They were less than a 1/3 of the highest estimate and about 1/2 of the next closest.Do yourself a favor and just call these guys, I wasted several weeks and hours on the phone until I talked to them.Great job, great price, whats not to love.

We had to have extensive work done on our gas system. Day and Night Plumbing was very accommodating. They started working over the weekend in a Saturday to ensure the work would be done quicker. They ensure you are envolved in all decisions concerning the work that is being done. Jason and his entire team are friendly, clean up after themselves everyday and you always know where the job is in process. I initially worked with Preston to install an RO system and while he was here our a/c went out. He checked it out on the spot and then he and Kurston went out of their way to get us a new a/c and worked after hours to get it installed after several days of 100 degree weather. Very fair, thoughtful and kind. Such a great experience working with them when usually plumbing/ac stuff is such a headache. Highly recommend them.

This has been the best experience ever! First Casey came to check out the problem, and he was so kind and professional. Addison on the phone explained a lot after it was determined I had to replace the water heater. Preston came the next morning and replaced the water heater and he was a skilled professional too. Day & Night is a 10/10.
