    Kenneth found the culprit causing the leak. He was very thorough and impressed with his professionalism. He explained everything in detail. Reason for the 4star, instead of 5, he didnt have his line locator with him that day. Wouldve been an additional $225, to map out the line, which we wouldve had agreed to, instead of rescheduling another day. I would not hesitate to use this service again!

    ABQ Water Authority notified me that I may have a leak. I was able to make an appointment and Ken was out quick and detected a major leak. A couple days later, Ethan and partner came out, dug up the problem line, made the repair, tested and backfilled the hole. He was great, kept me informed all through his process and left the landscaping looking as if nothing had ever happened. Fast, friendly quality work from beginning to end. All during the holiday!     Martin isolated the subterranean leak, marked the spot on our wooden floor and Ethan and Dom performing the floor demolition, repaired the leak, and reconstructed the concrete slab. The work was done in a timely and clean manner. We’ve used American Leak Detection several times in the past and they continue to be our go to company.

    Devon and the crew did a great job. Very professional and pleasant. The fact they were able to get to us the same day was a bonus. The only question, which doesn’t have to do with Devon, was the price of the pump. It seems pretty high compared to the same product from other suppliers that I’ve seen.

    Kenneth is highly professional. We noticed wet soil in our side yard and suspected an underground leak. After calling the company, they sent Kenneth, who conducted a thorough inspection. He confirmed there was no leak, and all of this was done free of charge. Highly recommended!

    It was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything that he was doing and what he was looking for and what would indicate a problem. And then he walked me through the results.     The watermain broke just our side of the meter. You can imagine what type of leak this caused! Our technician, Bobby was exceptional. He showed up on schedule and committed to get the water back on by the end of the night.Unfortunately, the broken pipe was deeper than expected - almost 6’ - and it was directly under a large tree’s root system. Bobby stuck with it and got things handled. Ed, The supervisor, was also in contact with me. I really could not have asked for better service.I hope I never have another leak like that again, but if I do, I know these are the guys I’m calling.

    Kenneth was very professional and provided two different quotes. We were able to choose which of the two quotes/options that would work best for us in fixing a water pipe leak. He was also able to schedule us for the next day for their technicians to come and fix the leaking water pipe underneath our driveway.The following day, technicians Mike and Ethan arrived on time in the morning. Mike thoroughly explained what the issue was and showed the pipe that had the leak and what type of pipe they used to replace it with. They cleaned up the driveway and sealed/cemented the hole back up pretty neatly.To fix a leaking water pipe is expensive but American Leak Detection of New Mexico is worth the money spent.     Ed confirmed my diagnosis that the problem was the solenoid valve on the irrigation system. Ed tried cleaning the diaphragm and solenoid and reassembled the unit but it still leaked. Unfortunately, he did not have a spare valve on his truck and we live in the east mountains. So he notified the office and a technician is scheduled to install a new valve tomorrow.

    Outstanding! I just had a new boiler installed for the radiant heat. The system wouldnt hold pressure. Called American Leak Detection of NM and the leak detector guru showed up that day, found the leak and scheduled a repair. The repair team was excellent. They had to go through the (thick) slab to identify the point of the leak, did the repair and cleaned up. I dont mind paying up for premium service. Highly recommended!
