Pleased from every angle with our decision to sign a PV panel installation contract with Experienced Solar. Communication with Brandon and Mike is direct, consistent, proactive and informative. That is to say, it’s a pleasure to spend time in their low-key yet expert company while undergoing a process we took two decades to get underway. Their nimble responsiveness will never be forgotten. The installation team was extremely efficient, tidy and respectful in additional to bringing their professional expertise to our one hundred year-old home. Before beginning my project, I conducted online research and I contacted many potential suppliers for an off grid solar proiect for a modular home in San Geronimo, New Mexico. My interactions with Experienced Solar stood out in a very positive way. Kevin Goodreau, the owner and Michael Rogers impressed with their technical knowledge and experience as well as their excellent customer serviceapproach. They explained the details of the planned system, always willing to answer questions or concerns with excellent response times. As a Mechanical Engineer by profession, Iwas impressed with their attention to detail throughout my project. They were able to schedule a build date in May of2023 which they held to, that demonstrated excellent proiectmanagement skills and a willingness to meet commitments despite their busy schedule. Their staff is first rate and the job they did installing the system as well as interacting not only with me, but with the modular home provider, NM ClD, andSan Miguel County were exceptional. Their after-sale support has also been nothing short of amazing, answeringquestions on weekends and after hours which has been greatly appreciated. Best of all, their installed system is rocksolid and has performed flawlessly in the year it has now been installed. l could not recommend Experienced Solar more highly for your solar needs!

My experience with Experienced Solar was great! Kevin, the owner was very informative. The Office Manager, Jeff, offered good information and facilitated expedited and thorough job production. The field worker did an outstanding job also, and offered good advice while he was at my property. We scheduled the job several months in advance and when it came time for the job to begin, it started on time and finished six days earlier than anticipated. I would recommend Experienced Solar to anybody, especially those without solar experience. Thank you for a job well done!

We really enjoyed working with Experienced Solar on our PV array. From start to finish the communication from Michael, Evans, and the rest of the team was amazing. They always kept us up to date on developments with the permitting, materials, etc. and answered every dumb question we had. We would hire these guys to design and build anything!

As an Electrical Engineer, with a specialty in power and renewable energy from UNM. I had lots of questions and found Experienced Solar the best! They put solar panels my father/mothers, brothers, sister/fiancé’s houses and my house. Great experience, and recommend for your system: 1.) going larger, electrical energy usage is only increasing over time, you will not regret having extra energy 2.) getting a transfer switch for powering the house on solar/batteries/generator when the grid goes down. I will be using Experienced Solar to add batteries (maybe a generator) to the transfer switch in the future. I highly recommend Experienced Solar!

People give out 5 star reviews way to easily now a days. As long as the experience is reasonably ok and nothing went terribly wrong, anyone will give 5 stars. This is not one of those reviews. This is a real 5 star review. It is one of those rare and special experiences for which 5 star reviews should be reserved. I hope you will take the time to read it and judge for yourself.When I went to Experienced Solar, I told them I wanted a very large solar array with a backup battery. They tried very hard to talk me out of this. They explained that a backup battery is very expensive and provides little utility, but I have my own reasons for wanting one and I was insistent. True to their word, their quote for a battery backup was very high. I ultimately decided to still buy the solar array from them, but to buy the battery backup from Tesla. Tesla had by far the cheapest and best backup battery system.Tesla was a nightmare to deal with. Contacting them was extremely difficult and they put up roadblock after roadblock, until they finally put up the ultimate roadblock by refusing to do my project because it was too small. Given this, I finally gave up and decided to proceed without the battery backup.This is where most stories would end. However, when Experienced Solar learned of my troubles with Tesla they contacted their own suppliers in an attempt to obtain the same equipment that was being offered by Tesla. Despite their efforts, they were unable to locate a supplier that would be able to provide the same equipment.Having gone above and beyond, Experienced Solar could have proceeded to sell me the solar array I had asked for and I would have been impressed, but they still werent done. Together, we found another battery backup system. I wish I could say it was a close second to the Tesla system, but it wasnt. It was more like a distant second. Still, it was dramatically better than what theyd had to offer on their initial estimate and was good enough that I was willing to make the purchase. We had finalized everything and were ready to proceed, until...Just before starting the project the owner contacted me to verify the elevation of my home. It seemed that there was a maximum elevation requirement on the battery backup we had selected. The battery backup could only be installed to a maximum elevation of 2000 meters. My home sits at 2030 meters. I was just barely outside of the spec. The battery wouldnt work.Now, surely, Experienced Solar has done everything they can for me right? No. Experienced Solar, like a pit bull worrying a bone, refused to let go. Experienced Solar contacted the manufacturer of the battery on my behalf to request an exception to the elevation requirement. Surely they argued, 30 meters wouldnt make a difference. They also pointed out to the manufacturer that it would be an opportunity to test the equipment at the edges of its specifications. Experienced Solar fought with the manufacturer for a week trying to get them to grant an exception.Unfortunately, the manufacturer could not be convinced, and ultimately that is where the story really does end. I did not get my backup battery, though Experienced Solar did install an outlet that provides emergency power when the sun is shining which at least partially addresses my needs. But even though the outcome is not what I had hoped, I have never in my life seen a contractor fight for me the way Experienced Solar did.

I was against Solar because I didnt understand how it all worked and tied into my existing power plus I was sick and tired of all these Solar companies coming and knocking on my door every other day. I reached out to Brandon by chance and talked to him about Solar and he explained everything perfectly and in a way that made too much sense. Experienced Solar took care of everything and I mean EVERYTHING. They were professional but also goofy and great people I talked to every single worker from design to install to electricians almost every day they were on site. Wonderful group of people, Price was good, workmanship was excellent, customer service was outstanding. I would and have recommended them to many others. Cant go wrong with Experienced Solar.

I was very happy with the service I received from Experience Solar, they did what they said they would do, keep me informed on the progress, were VERY neat and clean on the job site. The install people were very nice people, answered any questions and were pleasant to visit with. The system does exactly what Kevin said it would do, lowered my electric bill from $200.00 average per month to less than $10.00 average per month. I had not heard of Experienced Solar or Kevin prior to getting an estimate from them, they were highly recommended by a local business man
