Steve and Brandon were very professional from the time they took my call to the time the job was finished. Additionally I appreciate them being very timely with the repairs and communicated well with me throughout the process. I will definitely call them again for any additional issues that requires an electrician.

I spoke with Steve over the phone and he got me scheduled for a service visit the very next day! Very professional and helpful communication. Doug is the Electrician that came out to my house, and his communication and professionalism was amazing as well. Doug figured out my issue and fixed it quickly. I am extremely happy with the services provided by B&B Electrical Contractors of Albany and this will be my go-to business for any and all electrical issues I have in the future. Brandon call me to let me know when he would be coming out and he came assess the problems diagnosed other issues I was having with electrical switches and was able to repair switch out and fix all of my problems he was super polite respectful and did all of this in a timely manner I will definitely recommend this company for any electrical installations repairs etc.Michelle Bryant
