I had an excellent experience with Caruso electrical! I would highly recommend this business for any of your electrical needs. We had a new upgraded electrical panel installed in our home. From the moment I contacted Angelo he was quick to respond, professional and highly efficient. The first time we scheduled-we asked to reschedule due to an extremely cold day and Angelo couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating to find a time that worked for us. Great experience with Angelo and I would definitely recommend him for any electrical needs. We were looking to upgrade some old two prong outlets and he came out to give us a quote the same day I called. He gave me a good price and was back with a co-worker to complete the work the following week. I have upgraded Electric Service from 100Amp to 200 amp with Caruso Electrical Contracting. Their customer service is excellent, polite, listened carefully to what I said and did it perfectly. Technicians are very knowledgeable and very skillful. Not too pricy or expensive, price is acceptable and very reasonable. I talked to Angelo personally he sees his customer very seriously with the first priority. I will definitely do business with them.

Angelo was incredibly responsive to my inquiry and came out for an estimate very quickly. On the day of the scheduled work (installing a new outlet and moving our washer/dryer outlets to a new location) he was right on time, and very respectful of my home and the fact that I was working while he was there. He finished up in what seemed to me like a short amount of time, and was incredibly neat-- no extra cuts or holes in the drywall, no dust, etc. Everything looks great and I will definitely be calling Angelo for more work in the future.

Angelo Caruso Electrical Contracting company recently installed new wiring from the point of attachment to a new meter and then to a new circuit breaker panel at my fathers house on Norwood Avenue. The work was accomplished swiftly, neatly and competently by Angelo and his assistant. They were very skilled and professional. His communications were always polite and understandable. My father highly recommends the company for your next electrical work. Let Angelo give you an estimate. My father believes he is a very honest person.

I just moved in to a new house and needed some broken switches repaired. Angelo gave the quote for the first hour. He and his assistant were finished in less time and now everything works as it should.I rarely recommend because everyone’s experience is so subjective. But for Angelo I will make an exception. I thought he was great. As homeowners we know how easily it is to discover hidden costs and amateurism when contracting for repairs. There was none of that with Caruso.

Called on a Saturday - Sent pictures, got a quote that same Saturday with an appointment that same week for work. Day before big snowstorm with a newborn and almost half our our house’s electricity was out...tried everything on our own with no luck. Called a couple places and they couldn’t get to us for a few days. Finally came across Caruso and so glad we did!! Was able to send Anthony out in 30 minutes - project was completed in less than an hour. He needed to replace a faulty breaker - was very knowledgeable, polite, nice to chat with and efficient. So happy we found them and will always use them for any electrical needs. I have already shared their info with others to encourage them to use Caruso!

This was a fantastic experience. We needed a new underground line run from our house to our shed/pool. They were extremely quick in replying to my initial inquiry and scheduled a day to stop by to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate. When we agreed to the work, we were provided with a specific date the same day we agreed. Unfortunately, there were severe Thunderstorms the day of the scheduled repair (obviously nobodys fault). We were contacted first thing that morning to reschedule to just a couple of days later. The communication was excellent and professional. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

My husband will change a switch when needed but could not seem to fix a recurring and recent permanent cessation of power from our master bath outlets. They have always given us some trouble but now they were cold and we decided to reach out to Caruso for professional help. Tony left no stone unturned and discovered that in a different water closet, a wire, deep in an outlet box had been compromised, evidently during our homes construction, twenty ears ago.The repair was completed, solving a long term issue and exposing a worrisome, potential safety concern. We are very happy.

The reason Ill continue to stick with Caruso is because he responds in a timely manner, gives me very reasonable prices, and actually shows up and does exactly what he said he was going to, without cutting corners. Thats very hard to find these days.

(Please read, I never write reviews)Amazing experience with Caruso Electric! If you need an electrical contractor call Angelo and his team first. Customer service is their #1 priority and it shows. I had a major electrical issue at my house and requested a service panel replacement/upgrade. After talking to Angelo I texted him pictures of my current electrical service panel. Angelo emailed a quote for expansion and replacement of my panel. The next morning Tony arrived to fully replaced my old GE 20 breaker panel with a Square D 40 breaker panel. Tony was great from start to finish very knowledgeable and takes time to explain/answer questions. Angelo and I had been texting through the process and he responds promptly. They truly care about their customers!!While Tony was onsite we reviewed a few other electrical concerns and have already scheduled a return visit to address those concerns. Below is the background on the need for replacement.The Background: I lost my 200amp breaker on the 4th of July in my electrical service panel due to corrosion (old panel), I ran my house off a generator for the day and searched Google for electrical contractors, on the 5th of July after many failed attempts to contact a electrical contractor I came across Caruso electric, Angelo picked up the phone. I told him I was without power and was requesting a full service panel replacement due to age and corrosion in the panel. He requested a few pictures, emailed a quote and scheduled Tony first thing the next day.I am completely satisfied with the product and service I received from Caruso Electric, I dont believe anyone else would have gotten to me sooner under these circumstances. I cant comment on pricing comparison, but for what I paid to have this work done, I believe I got the best deal, Angelo and his team care about their customers and Im sure pricing for services are comparable or better than the rest.Thank you Angelo and Tony, you guys are the best!

Had a very good experience with this company. Appreciated the professionalism of the fellas that came to do the work and what a job they did! Brand new external riser pipe and wiring installed to code. Good communication with Tony for the estimate and to get things in place. Responsive to all my questions. Very reasonable. Completed only what was needed, didn’t try to upsell with “repairs” that maybe were not imperative as was the case with other company’s estimates I received. Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough about the truly AMAZING experience we have had with Caruso across multiple projects!! From coordination to installation, they have been exceptional!! Every one that has come into our home has been professional, courteous and just so knowledgeable! We underwent a large kitchen remodel (NOT for the faint of heart, mind you!) and Caruso Electric did an outstanding job designing our lighting needs. The owner himself made some very strategic suggestions that took our remodel from good to GREAT! Everyone employed there is top notch and they are perfectionists with a talented eye for detail that we had never considered!! As I write this, I am sitting in the warmest glow of expertly installed lighting. I can’t say enough good things about this company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Don’t hesitate! They will care as much about what you are working on as you do!!

Caruso came and did an electrical service upgrade and lighting installation to our home. We own a Colonial Van Patten and were still running on 100 amp service (Yikes!). We had them come out and do a quote and found their price to be incredibly reasonable. While they were out doing a quote on a service upgrade we asked them if they could price out recessed lighting and fan installation for our middle floor living room. After having received the quote we went ahead with the install and decided to go with all items in the original quote. We are incredibly pleased with all the work done! Our electrical upgrade was the best decision we could have made. The gentlemen that came to the house were very respectful and worked quickly. Our new wiring is very tidy and they did a great job securing everything into the panel (its not just a big mess of wires now). They cleaned up after themselves - even did a great job vacuuming my living room after the lighting install! We will definitely be calling them in the future to help us install lighting modern lighting in our basement when we start to remodel that area of the house. Side Note: I was talking to the gentlemen about the house - we moved in about a year ago, they seemed have a lot of knowledge specific to Van Patten homes in general and their knowledge goes beyond electrical. I found this to be important because there are often dependencies (plumbing, layout, structural) to electrical work and I completely appreciated the experience they brought into our home.

Angelo’s team did a great job! Our whole house works better with the new breaker box. The furnace is running the way it is supposed to. The microwave was only at about half power the last few weeks, and it is now operating normally. There haven’t been any instances of lights dimming because something is running, or lights getting momentarily brighter because the dryer or microwave got turned on. No more breaker switches checking out on us. Old breaker boxes just can’t support modern households. All in all, a huge difference. We are very glad we had the upgrade, and a variety of other peripheral jobs, done. Angelo’s employees conduct themselves very professionally which helps everything go smoothly.

We were looking to upgrade our very old panel and after a few calls to other contactors it was clear Angelo was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. Pricing was better than expected to go from 100 to 200 amps. We were quickly booked for the upgrade a few days later. The team that showed up were professional and personable - a good combo!
