Chris and Brandon were able to fix the water flow in both my master bathroom sinks and tub. They did a great job and were efficient, professional and enjoyable. I had had two other plumbing companies out to fix the problem but they said they would have to drill into the water, replace the handles and do all kinds of things. Chris had the sinks repaired within one hour and when they returned, he and Brandon got the tub restored within 90 minutes. Thank you Servall! My toilet was stopped up. After many attempts i could not unclog it. Jacob called me and let me know he would arrive within 45 minutes. 10/12-23 UPDATE: We ordered new washing machines to be installed tomorrow. Last night while disconnecting the hoses, the water continued to run. I called Servall this morning and Justin was here by 1PM. The service from Servall continues to be stellar. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so. Thanks to everyone at Servall. My wife Jackie Harman is a real estate agent and has used Serv All in the past both for her clients and at our home. We ran into an issue with a dishwasher install last Friday, called Serv All and Donnie was here within two hours to make the necessary fix to allow the new dishwasher to be installed. Serv All will continue to be our first choice for all our plumbing needs whenever the occasion arises.

The tech just left. Ive been in hell. After 3 weeks without a working bathrooms, techs telling me my drain field is needing replacing, draining the tank, still no working bathroom, fighting with my bride to be and worrying. Chris from servall comes by and within 20 minutes with a camera realizes its just a series of soft blockages. He saved me from getting hydrojetting and thousands of dollars in unneeded work right before my wedding. Thank you servall youre the only plumbers Ill use from now on!

The first company we called wanted to do $3,000 of UN-NEEDED work and were horrible.We called up Servall and spoke to Jennifer in the office. What a professional, nice lady!She promptly sent out Donnie and Chris. They are amazing workers! They were prompt, courteous and professional.They were able to work with my Dad on his repair and got it done in 2 1/2 hours for a 10th of the price that he had been quoted by the other guys! We are so pleased with their work and ethics. They have lifelong customers with our family!

Justin addressed the issue without all of the unnecessary steps and costs. I was once a GC and knew there would be a better way to address the challenging clog. Justin was absolutely wonderful! No matter whom he works for, I would follow him wherever he goes!

I called them around 12:00 pm to fix a leaking water pipe. They said they were pretty booked up and they would have to wait till someone came in. They called me back at 3:00 said they had someone coming back in and they would be here by 4:00. They were here before 4:00 and had my pipe fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable about the leak outside the house - where the water main is attached to the house. Gave me a quote and time for when the fix will be made. Explained the leak in detail and my options.Next morning, Jesse stopped by and within 1-1.5 hours the entire work - which seemed like a mountain of a job was completed. While he had dug up the leak site, he explained how the leak happened and how he had elevated the pipe to lessen the chance of such a leak in the future. He was very efficient and here is the steal ---- they charged me less than what the quote had come up because of their honesty and integrity - the amount of digging up was less than what was anticipated and hence the lower price.Highly recommend Servall plumping.

If you want a job done right the first time around, I would STRONGLY recommend Servall Plumbing & Rooter Service!From start to finish Tim and his crew worked daylight till dark replacing the entire sewer line from my house to the tap; some 130+ feet, approximately 12 to 14 ft. deep (at one point), through a myriad of tall, mature pines and hardwoods. As anyone can plainly see from the photos, safety and attention to detail are top priority with this company! I called into the Servall office at 8:20 am requesting service today for a severely blocked drain line in my daughters bathroom. I was hoping I was going to be able to be seen today since its the day before Thanksgiving. I was told that they had an appointment late afternoon. I was so happy!! I received a text message at 10:12am saying the Plumber Chris was on his way. In the text message was his picture.. Nice touch. Upon arrival Chris was polite and business like. He went to work. Unfortunately this was not an easy simple clog that could be removed with a plunger. Chris needed 3 different snakes finally resorting to The Big Guy as he called it. He was diligent in his approach to get it done right. The obstruction was removed. Chris tested the water flow several times before cleaning up. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and my overall experience with the Servall company. I will definitely be using this company again and will refer to my friends and customers. I too am in the service industry and appreciate dealing with such a competent company.

I called Serv-All at 2pm on Monday; by the time I got home at 5:15 Tim was already there, for a free 2nd opinion, speaking with my husband trying to find the most efficient fix to our problem. We had 2 other plumbers come out earlier that day and neither came up with the simple solution that Tim discovered. After Tim left the pink guy showed up to give us his estimate which was more than 3 xs (almost $2K) more than Tims quote for the EXACT same job and materials. Needless to say; we scheduled the job with Serv-All for Wednesday morning; not only because of the price but because of Tims professionalism and personality.Wednesday morning Tim and his crew were at my house promptly at 7, as promised. They began right away and finished within 2 hours. Despite having dug a 10 x 30 trench in my yard, and couple good size holes you can hardly tell they were there. They replaced my grass and pine straw after filling in the holes and trench and my meter is no longer spinning.Serv-All will definitely get any plumbing jobs I have in the future and will come highly recommended to all my friends and family!
