Andrew from Plumbmasters of Atlanta just fixed a leak under our kitchen sink and also installed a brand new faucet which he had to go purchase for us at Home Depot. He called us when he got there to describe the options of faucets based on the new style we wanted to go with.gooseneck style. He was very polite and professional, punctual and overall we’re happy with his services. We’d use this company again and we’ll call Andrew directly. We’re in Marietta/East Cobb in Lake Colony.

We have used Andrew several times now, and we highly recommend him. When we were first having issues last year with our main line, three other plumbers came and either did work that was not needed, made the problem worse, or gave us insanely high quotes. Andrew came out quickly, identified the problem fast, recommended the appropriate work, and gave us a very competitive price. Hes professional, friendly, and left our place much cleaner than the other plumbers. Great plumber!

I called and talked to Andrew about getting a leak checked out on our shower he was willing to see us same day even though it was a long and late day for him. (after 9) thats pretty incredible. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and didnt even charge me to look at it! Andrew’s team is top notch. Friendly and professional service, great communication, and very responsive. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.I’ve had Andrew out to complete jobs twice now (pressure relief valve issue and bad water heater) and both times he has left behind clean and polished handiwork, going above and beyond to ensure everything all plumbing in the vicinity is done properly and up to code (he corrected/cleaned up quite a bit of sloppy work left by the previous residents).I can’t recommend PlumbMasters of Atlanta highly enough.

I called Andy after first getting a quote from a larger pink plumbing company. The pink plumbers fixed a leaking main line pipe for me 8 months ago, that same area started leaking again and flooded my yard. I called the pink guys back out and they said their warranty was only for 90 days...and this had been 8 months. In addition to the old pipe leaking again, there was a second leak on the other end of my pipe. They wanted $1,500 for this repair, so I called Andy.Andy came by my house the same day I called him, after he heard my story of the leaking pipes and giving it an initial look he gave me a quote that was half of the quote from pink plumbers AND he gave me a 1 year warranty.He first dug up the area that had been repaired by the pink plumber 8 months ago. He showed me the poor quality work that had been done and showed me how and why it started leaking again.He explained to me multiple times throughout the process as to what he was doing. I really appreciated that.The quality of work was top notch. Its only been about 1-2 weeks since the repair and no problems.I highly recommend his work. He will be my go to plumber as long as I am living in the Atlanta area.

Andrew was so helpful! We had a pipe bust and flood the laundry room. He came out quickly last minute for us, even though we were not on the schedule! He even drove an hour out of his way. Andrew came out today to help with a pipe under my sink that had a slow leak. I received a text when he was on his way, so I knew when to expect him. He was so kind, professional, clean, and went above and beyond!I had mentioned that my garbage disposal wasnt working super well and he showed me how to clean it, then realized I needed a new one after cleaning it. He happened to have supplies with him. Thank goodness- I havent used it in almost two years because the initial property manager said they werent sure what was wrong with it.I would 10/10 recommend this business. Who knew a plumber could help you have such a great day?!

Im very happy and satisfied with Plumbmasters of Atlanta. I was very stressed out with the moving to my new house due to some issues going on one of them was a leaking in my garage and the water heater not working. I requested services from Plumbmasters of Atlanta very late and night. The next day I was contacted via text by Kristin, who was very nice and helpful.Shane came to my house early morning and did all the work in a time manner. He is very knowledgeable about his work. Thru the questions he asked, and the guarantees on his work, he made it quite easy for me to choose from the quotes I was gathering. Out of all the prices, his work was worth every penny spent. When the repair was finished the area was spotless and tidy. Very glad of his prompt help (I was needing immediate same day service within a small window of time), and I am very grateful to have found a company reflecting integrity and value of in their work. Great communication on Plumb Masters end in regards to scheduling. Shane was the technician who came to the house and he was excellent! We were having leaks and drainage problems due to a different companies failure to properly fix and/or install other disposal under our kitchen sink and Shane was able to fix all of the problems. It looks like a while new sink under there!

At the time Andrew happened to be at her home repairing her plumbing needs. I had gotten a quote but wanted another one. He was nice enough to quote me a price sight unseen only via pictures and my description of what was needed according to the previous quote. Andrew did a great job; he was very fast and tidy. We had previous plumbers come out and try to fix our continuing problem in our basement. They only happen to make the problem worse, taking shortcuts and making temporary solutions.But, when Andrew with Plumb Master of Atlanta came out, he was extremely professional and an easy guy to talk to. He immediately recognized the multiple problems going on with our plumbing system. He went out and retrieved the necessary items and fixed the problem the right way. We had a small leak in our ceiling which was obviously from our bathtub. Andy came out and did a great job fixing the leak and explaining the whole process. It turned out to be a bigger issue due to the original builder doing a less than stellar job and Andy took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and the best way to address it. The price felt fair, the service was great and our tub was working again in no time.

Andrew has saved me 3 times in the past few months!! Our rental house was leaking carbon dioxide from the hot water heater and he took care of everything and tested over and over again in order to make sure everyone was safe. My handicapped mother was coming home from the hospital and he swooped in and replaced her leaking hot water heater so she could have a hot shower when she got home. He finally was in my basement at 9 p.m. the other night replacing another hot water heater for me as it sprung a leak on a Saturday and left my house to go to his last call for the night. What a worker. Very professional and incredibly hard working. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Andrew at Plumb Masters of Atlanta one time now and would most definitely recommend him and the company. We opened up shop back in June of this year and at first we were first having issues with our septic tank. We had Roto Rooter come out 3 times prior and all 3 times they just said we had a clog. The only thing they could figure out was how to get the toilets to flush and the lines to stay clean for just a couple days. After 3 attempts to get it completely right, we started looking online for another plumber. Andrew identified the problem immediately and was able to get it fixed for a 1/3 of the original visit by Roto Rooter!. Hes professional and had our workplace ready in just a couple of hours! Its been 5 months and weve been Clog Free!

Andy doesnt normally operate on Sundays but responded to my desperate message anyways, I think proximity helped. Between my message and his response I also called a major national company to come by. He advised of what they were going to say and quote and was spot on. When I updated him he said he could beat the $### price and I sent the other guys away. Btw, other guys didnt take shoes off and was able to instantly drop the price by $80 when they knew someone else was involved. Didnt seem too honest IMO.Anyways. When Andy got here he knew what was going on and helped me save more by doing a little trick.Thanks a ton!In summary hes honest, caring, and reliable. Will call again.

Shane showed up on time as requested. He identified the cause of the leak immediately, showed me pictures. He then repaired it in no time at all, again showing pictures of the repair, replaced the dirt that he had to dig up, and billed what I thought was a very reasonable amount. If plumbing repairs are needed in my future, I will use PlumbMasters of Atlanta again.

Being a single female I have always been a little aphresive to call a plumber. But late Friday night I encountered quite the emergency. My water heater busted and flooded my garage. After calling plumber upon plumber and having no luck getting same day service I stumbled upon Plumb Masters of Atlanta. Andy was at my home in less than an hour. Unfortunately my water heater was shot. But he was professional, efficient and even helped with some of the cleanup. Thank you Plumb Masters for coming to my rescue!
