Greg was our technician that came to see us from BDS plumbing. We had been having a leak onto our ceiling from what seems to be from our master bathroom. Greg was knowledgeable, kind and explained the issues causing our water problems. Although our water problems were not directly a plumbing issue, Greg gave us some suggestions that would help fix the issue without spending an arm and a leg. I appreciate the honesty from BDS plumbing, as that is not something you get every day with some of these larger corporations. Greg McFarland of BDS performed an excellent service in replacing a lawn faucet on the side of our house that was leaking and the associated pipe in the inside of the garage. The faucet is sturdy and cosmetically attractive (blue head) and the installation was completed excellently. The side of the house looks better for it and the leak has been fixed. This is my second time using BDS and I will call them whenever I am in need of their services. I recommend BDS highly and without reservation.

Greg has been awesome! I had four quotes done, and they were next to the lowest. I felt more comfortable with them and opted to pay a little bit more. They came out and completed the job without issue. About four weeks later, I had a major leak, right were they had worked, and where the line comes into the house. I found this at 6:30 am, I called and left a message and received a return call within 10 minutes. She (I cant remember her name), but she had Greg come back out first thing and he replaced the fitting. It was no fault of their own, the water pressure cracked the schedule 80 fitting, so he installed a brass fitting. Long story long, I will hire them again! Thanks!!!

He found a way to fix our water service leak MUCH cheaper than a quote we received earlier that same day. What a relief.I have a new favorite plumber!

I contacted BDS for an estimate on changing out stems and faucets on my bathtub. Greg came out and did a thorough job - he even went down to the water heater to make sure my water pressure was normal in case that was causing any issues. Greg gave me a prompt estimate, came back the next day to do all of the work and was always responsive. Professional, friendly and taught me more about plumbing than any past plumber has! We had water pooling in our master closet out of nowhere. They were able to get us in quickly and Greg came out to diagnose our issue. Turns out we had pinhole leak behind our shower in the walls that had seeped under the flooring and down into the garage. Very efficiently, Greg contacted another company to come out to try to dry up the water and subflooring. He then fixed the leak in addition to helping us with an issue with a shower in another bathroom. The communication and transparency about what was going on, as well as what needed to be done, was excellent. I would recommend them with confidence to any of my friends or family.

One of the time a tech came out to diagnose an issue in the yard without charging a fee stating he was nearby on another job already. Most recently Brent came out to fix a vanity leak. He didn’t have the necessary part to finish the job but promptly returned the next day to complete the repair. He didn’t charge us extra for the two trips. I had Greg come out for a service call to diagnose an issue I had. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic about his work. Greg went above and beyond in this service call. On a call for just one thing, he must have answered at least 20 different questions I had about my home and looked at my other plumbing fixtures and shut off valves. Greg was very efficient, so this did not take long. He was also thoughtful; he removed his shoes at the door near our shoe rack and he was clean and professional. At the end of the call, Greg and I went outside and he showed me where and how to shut off the main coming from the street. Something every homeowner should know before a crisis occurs. Brent and his team are top notch! We used BDS Plumbing Solutions to replace all of the plumbing lines in my 3-story townhouse. His team was completely finished in only two days. They arranged a drywall crew to patch the holes shortly after they were complete. Whole project took about 3 days and now you cant even tell work was done. Awesome! About a month later I noticed a small water spot in the ceiling of my kitchen. Brent came out the next day and corrected the problem, with no additional charge. Nobody “wants” to call a plumber. And let’s face it, you never know what to expect. Steven texted and gave me a 30 minute notice before he arrived (time to put the dog up).Then he took the time to not just answer my questions, but also went the extra length to explain things to me.He gave me the price. Admittedly I choked a bit, but he doesn’t set the prices, and they were competitive.I asked when he would be able to do the work, expecting him to say a few days. Nope, he said I’m ready now if you are. That was a surprise!I spent a few minutes making sure he had what he needed, then I went back in the other room and went back to WFH. I checked on him a time or two over the next few hours. He worked non-stop.Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. In today’s world, that says a lot.Just a reminder, you get what you pay for. I had some pretty major issues upon buying a new home that had previously been renovated and updated. The plumbing was a disaster from the first week. Our main sewer line backed up. How the actual home inspector missed all this stuff is beyond me. Brent, Greg and team showed up very promptly. They kept the cost in mind and did a very cost effective approach instead of jacking up my floor and finding the bad pipe and eliminated it and replaced with new pipe. After living in the home we started to the smell of swamp gas. After farther review we had to get all of our drains trapped properly. I advise you anytime you buy a property pay a Licensed plumber to take a look as this has turned into a nightmare that could of been prevented. I learned my lesson. I would recommend BDS to any friends or family. I also want to start referring them to my commercial clients as i was so impressed by the professionalism and true passion for their trade.

I came home from church today to find the water line between the meter and my house in the front yard broke, and my entire bottom level of my house is flooded with probably 2 to 3 inches of standing water.Brent Had the water shut off 10 minutes, had a temporary repair solution in place within an hour and had his crew scheduled to come back for the permanent fix in two days. He also got me set up with the a good water restoration and repair crew That was also out within the hour.Calling BDS was the best thing I could’ve done.

I CALLED BDS PLUMBING DUE TO A PIPE LEAK IN MY KITCHEN I SPOKE TO BOTH CINDY AND JESSICA ON THE PHONE THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THEIR PLUMBERS THE WERE BOTH VERY KIND, PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SENT BRENT TO MY HOME HE EXPLAINED EVERTHING ABOUT THE PIPE THAT NEED TO BE FIXED AND THE ADJACENT PIPES THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. AND HOW THEY ALL WORK. BRENT REPLACED ALL THE PIPES IN MY KITCHEN AND HE DID A GREAT JOB. SO I DECIDED TO CALL HIM BACK AFTER I HAD MY KITCHEN REMODELED SO HE COULD INSTALL THE DISHWASHER, GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND FAUCET HE DID A GREAT JOB EVERYTHING IS WORKING GOOD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRENT FOR ANY PLUMBING JOB. HE IS VERY PATIENT, KIND AND PROFESDIONAL IT IS VERY OBVIOUS HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK AS A PLUMBER.
